MODELSThisinstructionsispreparedforthefollowingmodels:MODELRECONEKIT12F400B8OHRK12F400B15F400MB8OHRK15F400MB12N800MB8OHRK12N800MB15N800MB8OHRK15N800MB18N1200B8OHRK18N1200B18N1200BN8OHRK18N1200BNTOOLSANDSUPPLIESTOOLSANDSUPPLIESREQUIREDSolderingiron,solder,glue,plasticspacer,razorknife,tweezers,maskingtape,epoxyglue(NOTSUPPLIED),clothrags,methylethylketone(MEK),cottonswabs,and,ifpossible,audiooscillatorandamplifier.MATERIALSSUPPLIEDTubeofBeymaglue(bluecolor),Latex(whitecolor),Plasticspacer,Movingparts,gaskets,dustcap.PREPARATIONUnsoldertheoldvoicecoilleadsfromterminals.PREPARATIONUsingrazorknife,removeoldcone-coilassembly,andcleanwithMEKthesurfaces,wheresuspensionandsurroundwillmount,ofoldpartsandglue.PREPARATIONFoldapieceofmaskingtapelengthwisearoundapieceofcardboard(70mmx25mmx1mm),withadhesivesideexposedandinsertitintheairgapandrotate.Repeatthisuntiltaperemainscleanwhenwithdrawn.Checkgapwithmagnifyinglight.Cleantopplateandmagnetofanydebris.INSTALLATIONInserttheplasticspacerintothenewvoicecoilassembly,allowingoverhang10-12mmbelowbottomofvoicecoil.Slidespacertubeoverthepolepieceanddownintogap,makingsuretinselleadsonassemblyarealignedproperlywithterminalsonframe.Carefullyguidevoicecoilassemblydownspacerontoframeandintoproperposition.TakeasmallragdippedinMEKanduseittopressdownonspiderwhereitjoinstheframe.Workbackandforthtoevenoutspiderandsecurebondonframe.Repeatforsurround,workingoutbumps.INSTALLATIONSpreadwhiteglueoverthesurroundusingabrush,becarefulnottoputwhiteglueoverthegasketbed.LayabeadofgluefromtheBeymatubeongasketarea.Waitfor5minutesandplacegasketsegmentsonframeinproperposition.Thewhitegluecanbeputattheendoftherepair(easier,buttakeslongertime)INSTALLATIONLayabeadofgluefromtheBeymatubeongasketarea.Waitfor5minutesandplacegasketsegmentsonframeinproperposition.Rotatedownthedeviceandallowglue7-8hourstodry
INSTALLATIONOncecompletelydry,removeplasticspacerandproceedtofixthedustcap.Applyabeadofglue(epoxiglue)onthejunctiononthedustcapandcone,orintheflangeofthedustcap,andallowdryingatleast24hoursbeforet
