DESIGN2018.01項目簡介Introduction上海陸家嘴御橋科創(chuàng)園位于中國(上海)自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)世博地區(qū)第一輻射圈層,隸屬浦東新區(qū)北蔡御橋社區(qū)。項目地處中環(huán)外沿,東接張江科技園區(qū),南連康橋工業(yè)園區(qū)?;乇眰?cè)為華夏西路(中環(huán)線浦東段),東側(cè)滬南路向北通往陸家嘴金融貿(mào)易區(qū),是浦東重要的城市主干道,整體交通條件優(yōu)越。軌道交通11號線沿御橋路東西向貫穿整個園區(qū),并在園區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有嚴(yán)御路站,距離迪士尼站約5站距離,該站點現(xiàn)狀已建成并隨時具備通車條件。同時,項目周邊3公里范圍內(nèi)集合有御橋、錦繡、三林東和康橋四大商業(yè)和居住組團,配套支持條件優(yōu)越。Shanghai

Garden“綠河”作為本項目規(guī)劃的重要理念,是一條連接了整個城市區(qū)域的重要流線,不僅僅串聯(lián)著不同區(qū)塊不同功能的的建筑包括精品辦公,研發(fā)基地總部辦公,創(chuàng)新院,零售,商業(yè),文化等;同時也連接著我們的工作,生活與學(xué)習(xí),為創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)與創(chuàng)新精神提供了健康,舒適且極具體驗性的公共通道和環(huán)境。而本次深化設(shè)計的目標(biāo)就是在遵循尊重當(dāng)前規(guī)劃精神的基礎(chǔ)上打造一條更為立體的“綠河”,人們不僅能在首層公共“綠河”空間上體驗,互動;更能在真實的辦公,學(xué)習(xí)及工作環(huán)境中去體驗這條從下而上,由內(nèi)到外的立體“綠河”,而這條立體“綠河”不僅僅再是一條綠色的通廊,它可以是裙樓室外露臺,可以是室內(nèi)綠色中庭,又可以是辦公高層室外平臺,空間層次豐富而具有變化,建筑坐落在園林之中,而園林的概念又處處體現(xiàn)于建筑之中,你中有我,我中有你,從而達(dá)到“半園半院”的“半”字哲學(xué)意境和環(huán)境。As
