圖二ZBJ-II型五、安裝調(diào)試:Fifth,theinstallationandtrialrun:1、緊固所有聯(lián)接螺栓,尤其是加熱筒內(nèi)套三個頂絲,接通冷卻水管道,連接電器及電源線路。1st,fasteningallstopbolt,particularlyheatingmuffinnercoatingthreesetscrews,connectioncoolingwaterconduct,connectingcircuitandpowersourceline.3、檢查電源電壓是否正常。2、檢查所有潤滑部位。 3、檢查電源電壓是否正常。3rd,theinspectionsupplyvoltageiswhethernormal.4、空載啟動運轉(zhuǎn)5分鐘,無卡、碰等異?,F(xiàn)象,即可投入正常生產(chǎn)。當(dāng)試機中發(fā)現(xiàn)異常,須立即停車,查找原因,故障排除后再作空載運轉(zhuǎn)。4th,theidlingstartrevolves5minutes,doesnothavethecard,tobumpandsoonabnormalphenomenon,thenputsintotheregularproduction.Wheninthetestingdiscoversunusually,muststopimmediately,searchreason,aftertroubleshooting,makestheno-loadrunningagain.5、將溫度調(diào)節(jié)器調(diào)至要求溫度,當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到預(yù)定濕度后,方可開機,并適量進(jìn)料。5th,transferstotherequesttemperaturetheattemperator,whenafterthetemperatureachievesthepredeterminedhumidity,onlythenstarting,andrightamountfeeding.6、逐漸增加進(jìn)料量,直至正常生產(chǎn)出合格產(chǎn)品,當(dāng)正常生產(chǎn)30分鐘,方可表明試車成功,進(jìn)行正常投產(chǎn)運行。6th,increasestheinputgradually,untilregularproductioncertifiedproduct,whentheregularproduction30minutes,onlythenindicatetestacarsuccessfully,carriesonthenormalproductionmovement.7、停機前要使料斗內(nèi)無料,并在停機后馬上倒轉(zhuǎn)1分鐘,使推進(jìn)器內(nèi)所容原料退出。7th,beforetheengineoff,mustmakeinthehoppernottohavethematerial,andaftertheengineoffreverses1minuteimmediately,causesinthepropellertoaccommodaterawmaterialwithdrawal.8、機身必須良好接地?。?!8th,thefuselagemustearthgood!!!六、故障原因及排除方法:Sixth,breakdownreasonandeliminationmethod:序號Serialnumber故障現(xiàn)象Breakdownphenomenon產(chǎn)生原因Hasthereason排除方法Eliminationmethod1電源扌日示燈不亮Thepowerlightisnotbright①電源未接上Thepowersourcehasnotjoined熔絲斷Thefusebreaks指示燈壞③Theindicatinglampisbad①接好電源Meetsthepowersource更換熔絲Replacementfuse更換指示燈?Replacestheindicatinglamp2電機不啟動Theelectricalmachinerydoesnotstart①控制按扭壞Thecontrolaccordingtodamagesbytwisting兩相運轉(zhuǎn)Tworevolve電壓、頻率不符③Voltage,frequency①更換按鈕Replacesthebutton接好電源線Meetsthepowerline檢杳電壓、頻率③Inspectionvoltage,frequency

materialhumidityisbig支架內(nèi)套磨損嚴(yán)重Thesupportinnercoatingattritionisserious加熱筒內(nèi)套磨損嚴(yán)重Theheatingmuffinnercoatingattritionisserious推進(jìn)器螺旋前角不符合要求④Thepropellerspiralfrontrakedoesnotmeettherequirement①干燥原料Dryrawmaterial修復(fù)內(nèi)套Repairinnercoating修復(fù)內(nèi)套Repairinnercoating修磨推進(jìn)器④Resharpensthepropeller七、注意事項:Seventh,mattersneedingattention:1、開機前應(yīng)手轉(zhuǎn)動皮帶輪是否有卡現(xiàn)象。1st,beforestarting,smoothlyrotatesthebeltpulleywhethertohavethecardphenomenon.2、開機前應(yīng)先緊固加熱筒連接螺絲和加熱筒內(nèi)套三頂絲。2nd,beforestarting,shouldfastentheheatingmuffbindingscrewandtheheatingmuffinnercoatingthreesetscrewsfirst.3、連續(xù)工作停機前料斗物料下完,并開倒車反轉(zhuǎn)一分鐘,方可停車3rd,beforethecontinuousworkingengineoff,underthehoppermaterial,andturnsbacktheclockreversesoneminute,onlythenstops.4、 須再開始生產(chǎn)時,加熱筒溫度必須升到350°C再開機,少下料,待棒送出后可大量下料。4th,muststartagainwhenproduces,theheatingmufftemperaturemustriseto350Cagainstarting,thefewyummytreats,aftertreatingthesticksendsout,maythemassiveyummytreats.5、 冷卻水要暢通。5th,thecoolingwatermustbeunimpeded.6、生產(chǎn)時要注意電機電流大小及電壓是否正常,以防電機損壞。6th,whenproductionmustpayattentiontotheelectricalmachineryelectriccurrentsizeandthevoltagetobewhethernormal,byagainstelectricalmachinerydamage.7、推進(jìn)器不能轉(zhuǎn)動時,應(yīng)立即停車,并開倒車,把料斗物料清出后繼續(xù)升溫,在原定溫度提高20°C再開機,按原開始步驟進(jìn)行。7th,whenthepropellercannotrotate,shouldstopimmediately,andturnsbacktheclock,isclearafterthehoppermaterial,continuestoelevatetemperature,enhancesintheoriginaltemperature20Cagainstarting,accordingtostartsthesteptocarryonoriginally.8、出口方向照墻壁,前方靠墻,放置木板。8th,theexportdirectionilluminatesthewall,frontdependsonthewall,thelayingasideplank.9、 開機工作時嚴(yán)禁出料口前方站人!9th,whenstartingworkrefusesfrontthedischargeholethestationperson!10、 電器線路應(yīng)保持干燥清潔,停機應(yīng)切斷電源。10th,theelectricappliancelineshouldmaintaindryclean,theengineoffshouldthedump.11、 嚴(yán)禁石塊、鐵屑進(jìn)入料斗,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常,立即停車11th,refusesthestone,theironfilingstoenterthehopper,discoversunusually,stopsimmediately12、 所有潤滑部位2個月加潤滑脂一次。12th,alloilsite2monthCanadalubricantonetime.13、機身無良好接地,嚴(yán)禁開機!13th,thefuselageisnotgoodearths,refusesstarting!附件一Appendixone推進(jìn)器修復(fù)工藝Propellerrepaircraft推進(jìn)器正常使用24小時后,一般應(yīng)取下修復(fù)。Thepropelleruses24hourslaternormally,generallyshouldtakedowntherepair.當(dāng)制棒機出現(xiàn)以下故障時,需對推進(jìn)器進(jìn)行修復(fù):Whenthesystemstickmachinepresentsfollowingbreakdown,mustcarryontherepairtothepropeller:1、 出棒速度明顯下降;1st,leavesthegoodspeedobviousdrop;2、 原料干濕程度以及溫度的高低均達(dá)到要求,棒機經(jīng)??ㄋ溃荒苷Ia(chǎn);2nd,rawmaterialdoesthewetdegreeaswellasthetemperatureheightmeetstherequirements,thestickmachinefrequentlydeactivation,cannottheregularproduction;3、出棒能成型,但一節(jié)節(jié)脫離,不能聯(lián)接在一起;3rd,leavesthesticktobeabletotakeshape,butoneisseparatedfromsuccessively,cannotjoinintogether;4、出棒很快,但結(jié)構(gòu)松散,密度過低;4th,leavesthesticktobeveryquick,butthestructureisloose,thedensityisexcessivelylow;5、推進(jìn)器前端面部位磨損小于4mm;5th,beforethepropeller,theendsurfacespotattritionissmallerthan4mm;6、成品棒內(nèi)孔直徑小于15mm;6th,intheendproductsticktheholediameterissmallerthan15mm;7、由于進(jìn)入石塊,鐵釘?shù)犬愇锘蚱渌蚴雇七M(jìn)器螺旋部分磨損。7th,becauseentersthestone,foreignmatterorotherreasonsandsoonnailcausethepropellerspiralpartattrition.推進(jìn)器的修復(fù):Propeller'srepair:1、 把推進(jìn)器端部需堆焊部位預(yù)熱,溫度達(dá)到350°C左右。1st,needsthebuilt-upweldingspotthepropellernosepreheating,thetemperatureachieves350Cabout.2、 選用特種焊條直流焊機,調(diào)整電流在150A左右。2nd,selectsthespecialweldingrodcocurrentweldingmachine,theadjustmentelectriccurrentabout150A.3、 根據(jù)推進(jìn)器端部前角磨損情況分層堆焊,每堆焊一層,必須清除焊渣,再焊第二層,焊接厚度超過所需厚度1-2mm,焊好的推進(jìn)器不應(yīng)有夾渣,氣孔等缺陷。3rd,thebasispropellernosefrontrakeattritionsituationlaminationbuilt-upwelding,eachbuilt-upwelding,musteliminateweldsthedregs,weldssecondagain,weldingthicknesssurpassesneedsthickness1-2mm,weldsthegoodpropellernottohavetheentrappedslag,flawsandsoonblowhole.4、 堆焊后,把堆焊的部分插入干燥的生石灰或草木灰中,插入深度在三個導(dǎo)程以上進(jìn)行冷卻。4th,afterthebuilt-upwelding,inbuilt-upweldingpartinsertiondryquick-limeorplantash,depthofpenetrationabovethreeleadcarriesoncooling.5、冷卻到50°C以下時取出,在綠碳化硅砂輪上修磨,修磨時不允許用力過猛或局部過熱,嚴(yán)禁用水或其它液體冷卻。5th,coolsto50Cbelowwhentakesout,resharpensonthegreensiliconcarbidegrindingwheel,whensharpeningdoesnotallowtomakeaneffortfierceorthelocaloverheating,refusesthewaterusedorotherliquidcooling.6、 修磨時,螺旋端部360°圓周處前角由2°,逐漸均勻地增加,到端部時前角增加到22°±
