5、workhoursinaccordancewithrelevantlaws andregulations.三、報(bào)酬及其他福利IIlRemunerationandotherwelfarebenefits乙方的報(bào)酬為稅前元/月，大寫：乙方在試用期期間的報(bào)酬為稅前 元 / 月，大寫：PartyBssalaryisRMBpermonthintheprobationaryperiodandRMBaftertheprobationaryperiod.試用期過后，甲方為乙方提供住房補(bǔ)助5000.00元/月（伍千元人民幣每月），甲方 憑乙方出具的租房發(fā)票報(bào)銷，報(bào)銷時(shí)間在每月的8 號(hào)。如遇節(jié)假日或休息日，應(yīng)提前

7、ntshallbebroughtforwardtothenearest weekday.PartyAshallinformPartyBandexplainthedetailedreasonwithin5workdays incasePartyAfailstopaythesalaryduetospecialreasons.3.2甲方應(yīng)于每月 8 號(hào)以貨幣或轉(zhuǎn)帳形式足額支付乙方上述報(bào)酬。如遇節(jié)假日或休息 日，應(yīng)提前到最近的工作日支付，如因特殊原因延期支付報(bào)酬的，甲方應(yīng)在五個(gè)工作日內(nèi) 向乙方說明原因。PartyAshallpaysalarytoPartyBbeforethe8thdayofevery

8、monthintheformofcashorbank-transfer.Ifthe8thdayofthemonth fallsintheweekendorholiday,thepaymentshallbebroughtforwardtothenearest weekday.PartyAshallinformPartyBandexplainthedetailedreasonwithin5workdays incasePartyAfailstopaythesalaryduetospecialreasons.甲方可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的狀況或乙方任務(wù)量和工作表現(xiàn)，適時(shí)調(diào)整乙方的報(bào)酬。PartyAcanadj

9、ustPartyBssalaryaccordingtoitsoperatingconditions,PartyBs workloadandperformance.當(dāng)乙方的工作任務(wù)發(fā)生變化時(shí)，甲方可按規(guī)定調(diào)整其相應(yīng)的報(bào)酬。乙方接受新的 工作任務(wù)后，即視作接受甲方按照該工作任務(wù)重新確定的報(bào)酬。PartyBslaborremunerationwillbeadjustedincasePartyAadjustsPartyBsjob responsibilities.Acceptingthenewpositionisregardedasacceptingtheadjustedsalary.乙方應(yīng)遵守國(guó)家及

10、地方的稅法制度，自行繳納其個(gè)人收入的個(gè)人所得稅，甲方無 義務(wù)為其代繳。PartyBshallpaypersonalincometaxvoluntarilyaccordingtothestatestaxlaw.Party AdoesntshouldertheresponsibilitytowithholdandremittaxesforPartyB.3.6乙方在合同期內(nèi)享受中國(guó)法律規(guī)定的節(jié)日，公休假日，另外公司每年為其提供 5 天的帶薪休假。PartyBisentitledwithal llegalholidaysinaccordancewiththestatesregulations,In a

11、ddition,PartyBenjoysapaidleaveof5dayseachyear.四、雇傭合同的解除和終止WContractCancellationandTermination合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現(xiàn)時(shí)，雇傭合同即終止。Thiscontractshallbeterminatedonceitexpiresandbothpartiesdonotextendthe contract.經(jīng)合同雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商一致，本合同可以解除。Thecontractmaybecanceledbasedonbothpartiesmutualnegotiation.乙方應(yīng)遵守中國(guó)政府的法

12、律、法規(guī)及有關(guān)規(guī)定，乙方如違反上述規(guī)定，甲方有權(quán) 即時(shí)解除合同;乙方因健康原因，經(jīng)醫(yī)生證明連續(xù)病休15 工作日后仍不能繼續(xù)工作，甲方 有權(quán)提前終止合同。PartyBshouldabidebyChinalaws,decreesandrelatedregulationsandPartyAs workingsystems.Duringtheduration,PartyAisentitledtocancelthecontractincase PartyBviolatesChinalawsanddecrees,andterminatethecontractbeforeexpirationin caseP

13、artyBcannotresumehisorherworkforhealthreasonsafterthemedical certificationofcontinuoussickrestfor15workingdays.乙方因歸國(guó)或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超過十天且未向甲方做出書面說明的， 本合同自動(dòng)終止。ThecontractwillautomaticallyterminateincasePartyBisabsentforover10days withoutwrittenexplanationduetohomecomingorotherprivatereasons.乙方被證明無法完成本合同

14、項(xiàng)下的工作任務(wù)，甲方有權(quán)隨時(shí)解除本合同。IncasePartyBisprovedtobenotcompetentfortheworkunderthecontract,PartyA isentitledtocancelthecontractatanytime.乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守甲方的工作規(guī)定以及規(guī)章制度，盡職盡責(zé)，否則，甲方有權(quán)隨時(shí) 解除合同并追究因此而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，并有權(quán)對(duì)所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失在乙方的報(bào)酬中作相 應(yīng)扣除。PartyBshouldabidebyPartyAsworkingsystems,rulesandregulations.Otherwise, PartyAisentitledtoc
