3、raffic PlanninIntelligent Transportation Syste。其中交通工程介紹 to Traffic 講述交通工程的定義，研究范圍，功能交通工程的研究目標；交通工程的構成要素，交通工程面臨有待解決的問題等。第二章：交通系統(tǒng) 的特性和組成（Characteristics and Components of Traffic 講述交通四要素中的道路使用者、車輛、道路以及環(huán)境的特性。第三章：交通流特性Stream Characteristics）講述交通流的微觀參數宏觀參數不同參數之間的相互關系以及交通流的類型第四章交通調（Traffic 分別講述常用的交通調查，如交通
