2、是高考的基本功能高考要立足于服務國家、服務高校選才這個基本點,為不同類型的高校選拔出符合要求的新生。圍繞科學選才、提高質(zhì)量、促進公平這個核心和關(guān)鍵,進一步探索和完善評價人才的辦法,保證較高的信度和效度,注重提升考試的區(qū)分度?!耙龑Ы虒W”是基礎教育對高考的現(xiàn)實需求高考因其連接高等教育與基礎教育主渠道的特殊地位,對于高中教育教學,客觀上具有重要的影響,是所謂的“牛鼻子”和“指揮棒”。因此必須處理好高考改革與基礎教育改革的關(guān)系。高考改革要與高中課程改革在目標上同向同行,在路徑上相向而行。高考改革與課程改革是相輔相成的,兩者各司其職,相互配合,不斷促進教育公平,不斷提升教育質(zhì)量?!八膶印本褪强茖W設計考

3、查內(nèi)容,解決“考什么”的問題指社會主義核心價值觀為統(tǒng)領的科學的世界觀、正確的價值觀的綜合。高考要旗幟鮮明地弘揚社會主義核心價值觀,整體上強調(diào)對學生核心價值的引領。核心價值指學生在社會生活實踐或科學研究的復雜情境中,能在正確的思想觀念指導下綜合運用學科知識能力處理并解決復雜任務的綜合品質(zhì),它是知識、能力與情感態(tài)度的綜合。學科素養(yǎng)指在學生掌握基礎知識和基本技能的過程中,培養(yǎng)支撐學生終身發(fā)展、適應時代要求的能力,主要包括獨立思考、邏輯推理、信息加工、語言表達和文字寫作能力、創(chuàng)新能力等。關(guān)鍵能力學生長期學習的知識儲備中的基礎性、通用性知識,是學生今后進入大學學習以及進入社會實踐所必須掌握的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。必

4、備知識“四翼”就是創(chuàng)新研發(fā)考查要求,解決“怎么考”的問題高考通過增強情境的探究性和設問的開放性,允許學生從多角度思考,對同一問題或現(xiàn)象得出不同的結(jié)論,考查學生的批判性和創(chuàng)新性的思維能力。創(chuàng)新性高考注重將學科內(nèi)容與國家經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展、科學進步、生產(chǎn)生活實際等緊密聯(lián)系起來,通過設置新穎的問題情境,考查學生靈活運用所學知識解決實際問題能力,引導學生關(guān)注社會進步和科學發(fā)展。應用性高考試題設計注重素材選取的普遍性、突出知識體系的完整性和知識間的聯(lián)系,要求學生能夠基于試題情境深入思考,整合所學知識得出觀點和結(jié)論。綜合性高考通過加強對基本概念、基本原理、基本思想方法的考查,引導學生重視基礎,將所學知識和方法內(nèi)

Mike Curtin sees my arugula story all the time but for him, its more l

18、ike 12 boxes of donated strawberries nearing their last days. Curtin is CEO of DC Central Kitchen in Washington, D.C., which recovers food and turns it into healthy meals. Last year it recovered more than 807,500 pounds of food by taking donations and collecting blemished (有瑕疵的) produce that otherwi

19、se would have rotted in fields. And the strawberries? Volunteers will wash, cut, and freeze ordry them for use in meals down the road.5 Such methods seem obvious, yet so often we just dont think. “Everyone can play a part in reducing waste, whether by not purchasing more food than necessary in your
