6、),Inthisproject,IhavefoundwhentheFLNmRNAinVSMCwassuppressedbyRNAi,theproliferationofVSMCwasdescendedandtheswitchfromContractilphenotypetoSyntheticphenotypewasblocked.ThisresultwillbepublishedinCellBiochemistryandBiophysics(IF:4.37)inafewmonths.Ihavefoundahugefamily(250persons,familytreeisinappendix)

11、eneuroimagingtrainingcourseholdbyneuroimagingbranchofCMAfor3months.ThiscoursewastostudytheMRIdiagnosisofneurologicaldisease,whichincludeofcerebralvasculardisease,cerebraltumorandDegeneration.canreadcerebralorspinalCTscansorMRscansandmakethediagnosisindependently.Iamfamiliarwiththeimagingchangesofcer

12、ebralinfarction,cerebralhemorrhage,MS,cerebralinfectiousdiseaseandcerebraltumors.Inmyclinicalpractice,Ihavediagnosedmanyintractablecasesbymyself,whichincludeofreversibleposteriorleukoencephalopathysyndrome(RPLES),Wernickesencephalopathy,CerebralVenousThrombosis,progressivesupranuclearpalsy(PSP),Creu

13、tzfeldtJakobdisease(CJD),cavernousmalformation,centralpontinemyelinolysis(CPM),extra-pontinemyelinolysis(EPM),gliomatosiscerebri,primarycentralnervoussystemlymphoma(PCNSL),Tolosa-Huntsyndrome,multiplesystematrophy(MSA),mitochondrialmyopathyandsoon.From2006tonow,IstudytheMRchangeandgeneticmutationofC
