6、度,可直接旋入構(gòu)件的孔中,使構(gòu)件孔中形成相應的內(nèi)螺紋塑料螺釘:由頭部和螺桿兩部份構(gòu)成的一類金屬緊固件,但螺桿上的螺紋為專用的塑料螺釘用螺紋可直接旋入塑料件中,用于把一個帶通孔的金屬(或非金屬)零件與一個塑料件緊固聯(lián)接在一起浮動螺釘:壓鉚于沖件預制孔內(nèi), 用于經(jīng)常拆裝之沖壓件的把手螺釘, 其結(jié)構(gòu)特點是螺釘本體內(nèi)包含彈性體螺紋標志及尺寸(除非特別指明,適用于所有的螺釘、螺母和螺柱)螺紋分為外螺紋和內(nèi)螺紋兩種,一般螺釘為外螺紋形式,螺母或螺柱為內(nèi)螺紋形式,常用的螺紋如圖示H:原始三角形高度 P:螺距D:內(nèi)螺紋公稱直徑 d:外螺紋公稱直徑H1:螺紋牙高D2:內(nèi)螺紋中徑 D1:內(nèi)螺紋小徑d2:外螺紋中徑
