There are ten programs about Kong Fu Tea and I will present them to you one by one.第一道:孔雀開屏,觀賞美葉First: Like a peacock, appreciating beautiful tea leaves孔雀開屏: 指孔雀在展示美麗的羽毛,這里我們也向大家一一介紹功夫茶茶具:茶盤;這是宜興制作的紫砂壺,紫砂壺一向為愛茶人士所喜愛,它色澤光潤,具有良好的吸水性,長期沖泡會留有茶香,外部也更潤
15、滑。公道壺 ,用來均勻茶湯 ,茶先倒入公道壺再分給來賓 ,可便每杯濃淡相同 ,體現(xiàn)中國茶藝對來賓共等對待 ,無分貴賤;這是聞茶香用的聞杯;這是品茶用的品杯。茶匙,用于量取茶葉;茶夾, 用于夾杯; 茶漏, 可防止茶葉撒落; 茶向?qū)?,撥取茶葉; 茶針,這是疏通壺嘴用的。茶罐 ,用于存放茶葉;茶荷花 ,用于裝茶葉以供觀看外形。現(xiàn)在我們用茶匙把茶葉放入茶荷中。觀賞美葉:請大家觀賞茶葉的外形色澤。它顏色墨綠、外形緊結(jié)。Peacock: It refers to a peacock showing its beautiful feather.Here, I would like to introduce

24、and fairy tea enjoying a bath.l我們常說“第一泡是水,第二泡是茶,第三第四泡才是茶的精華” ,第一次沖出的茶水一般不喝,直接注出,稱為烏龍入海。仙茶沐浴指第二次沖水,這時要將開水注滿壺中,蓋上壺蓋后再用開水淋壺的外部,這樣內(nèi)外加溫,有利于茶香的散發(fā)。We always say that when making tea, what we make tea for the first time is called water, what we make for the second time is called tea, and what we make for th

33、taste carefully.第九道:欣賞湯色,細聞香氣Nineth: Appreciating the tea, smelling the tea aroma品茶有三個步驟:觀色 ,聞香 ,品茶。先將聞杯輕輕提起,茶湯進入品杯,大家先看看杯中的茶湯是否明亮顯橙黃色。細聞香氣:我們用雙手搓著聞杯, 這樣有利于茶香的釋放, 觀察香氣是否顯著。There are three steps of tasting tea: observing the tea, smelling the tea aroma and taste the tea. First take up the Wen cup sli
34、ghtly and put the tea into the Pin cup. Before that, you should observe whether the tea is golden yellow. Then we tub the cup with our hands, which is good for the tea aroma to spread. At the same time, we should observe whether the aroma is significant.第十道:三龍護杯,細嘗名茶Tenth: Three dragons protecting t
35、he cup, tasting the famous tea請大家用拇指,食指扶杯,用中指托住杯底,這樣拿杯穩(wěn)當(dāng)又雅觀,這樣稱為“三龍護杯” 。中國文字中品字是由三個口組成, 茶湯溫度較高, 品嘗時也分為三口, 第一口緩緩喝下茶湯,感到香氣停留在口中。 第二口讓茶在口中翻滾, 細細品嘗, 這樣能領(lǐng)悟烏龍茶所特有的清香、清爽、甘甜、流暢。孫中山先生曾提倡以茶作為國飲,魯迅先生曾說: “有好茶喝,會喝好茶,是一種福氣。Please hold the cup with your thumb and index and lift the bottom of the cup with your midf

Su Dongpo, a Chinese greatpoet, once praised tea as Mr. Beautiful Leaf and he wrote an article named Mei Ye Zhuan to honor tea.
42、 Tea, as Mr. Sumentioned, is like Mr. Beautiful Leaf with fresh characteristic and gentle heart.
