As you heard during the ses, this is an importantopportunity for you to align your team, contribute to your team members individual development, anddeliver results in your business. This note will remind you of some important preparations to besucsfulhis pros and also make
4、you aware of the resourto support you.跟進研討會 (Follow-Up to Shanghai Workshop)您將要用到五月份研討會中您制作出來的以下材料。若未完成,請在您教授的前兩天完成。There are several materialst you developed in the May workshopt you will use during yourprior to running your 2-dayteaching. If these are not complete, please be sure to prepare themwo

7、aration& Orienion Seswith your team, and your 2-day workshop. Additionally, there will beclipsfor you to show during your workshop. The materials will be electronically sent to you by the TrackingSupport Team in your business group. You should receive these during thek of June 15. Pleasereview these

You should involve all of your direct reports and may c
10、hoose toinvolve otharticipants at your discretion and their availability. Although timing may fluctuate slightlyfrom the outline in the workbooks based on your group size, you should not deviate from the basicoutline of the teaching sess and ensuret you use the slides andclips. You cannot delegateor
11、 share the teaching responsibility as this is an important component of your development through thispros. The Tracking Support Team members, HR, training staff or other colleagues should not berequested to teach your workshop. However, the Tracking Support Team members have been trained todeliver t

Notetthe sooner you start the pros, the more engagement you will receive from your team on your project.The Tracking Support Team in each business group will be gathering information regardin

You will be asked to update

Additionally, team members from CPLI or the Tracking Support Team may attend your workshop or contact you to inquire about your experience, learning and project results. Prior to the Report-Out Workshop with the Chairman in November, survey data from your team m
