15、4年,他和當時名演員W坎普、J.伯比奇同屬宮內(nèi)大臣劇團,同當時新貴族騷桑普頓伯爵、埃塞克斯伯爵等均有來往。他的劇團除 在天鵝劇場、環(huán)球劇場演出外,也到宮廷演出,夏季或瘟疫流行期間,則到外省演出。1596年,莎士比亞以其他名義申請到“紳士”稱號及家徽,1597年在斯特拉特福購置了房產(chǎn),1599年成為環(huán)球劇場擁有 1/10股份的股東。1610年莎士比亞賣出了他的股份,回鄉(xiāng)隱居。1616年4月23日在家鄉(xiāng)病逝,葬于鎮(zhèn)上的圣三一教堂。Step 2.
