1、新課標人教版課件系列高中英語必修4-1.4Reading 簡古多爾(Jane Goodall, 1934)生于倫敦。自幼即對動物行為極感興趣。18歲離開學(xué)校,到赴非洲為止,她曾先后擔(dān)任過秘書以及影片制作助理。此后,她在非洲擔(dān)任古生物學(xué)家路易斯利基的助手,與利基的合作經(jīng)驗使她能于1960年在貢貝溪動物保護區(qū)設(shè)立一個營區(qū),得以觀察該地黑猩猩的行為。1965年獲劍橋大學(xué)動物行為 學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1977年她建立了“簡古多爾人、動物與環(huán)境研究所”。1991年,她倡議并成立了“根與芽”組織,目的是使從幼兒園到大學(xué)的年輕一代都能夠行動起來,為了環(huán)境、動物和他們自己的社區(qū)創(chuàng)造一個更加美好的世界。1995年,被英

What should we learn from Jane Goodall? There are two points that made her success: one is her way to

10、 study chimps, and the other is her true love to the animals. The first one is facile (易做到的), because it is only a way. Everyone can do it. But for the second one, it ismore easily said than done. As a woman, she gave up everything, went to the forest to study the chimps and devoted all her love to
