36、HANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETING極端天氣預(yù)案活動現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備遮陽傘融合現(xiàn)場設(shè)計，針對日間活動遮陽。每周活動至少前三天查看活動當(dāng)天天氣預(yù)告，如遇陰雨天，將 調(diào)解萬象城將場地內(nèi)懶人沙發(fā)等不防水設(shè)備收進庫房或靈活挪 到其他可遮雨位置。提前購買一次性雨衣、防水布等物料，活動當(dāng)中如遇突然降雨， 將最大程度協(xié)調(diào)顧客疏散，將不防水物料進行快速撤離。如遇大風(fēng)等極端天氣，首先安排工作人員將現(xiàn)場顧客引入室內(nèi) 進行暫避，同時安排工人第一時間切斷一切電源，撤出傘棚等 裝置，保證顧客安全。THANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETING區(qū)域管控預(yù)案活動現(xiàn)場所有顧客須有次序互動，安排工作人員現(xiàn)場督導(dǎo)，避免現(xiàn)場擁擠；活動前對活動場地內(nèi)所有供電線路、燈光照明線路和音響設(shè)備進行徹底檢查，避免電器設(shè)備存在漏電的隱患；并在活動期間安排專人進行巡視，保證活動期間的正常使用;活動前，要配備應(yīng)急藥品和相關(guān)物品，輕者就地處置，及時將傷者或病者送醫(yī)院救治，傷情嚴(yán)重時應(yīng)立即撥打急救電話（120）求救，重病者送醫(yī)院;舞臺表演開始時，嚴(yán)禁現(xiàn)場非工作人員靠近設(shè)備電源及舞臺后方，現(xiàn)場將采用一米線將活動區(qū)域及工作區(qū)域進行嚴(yán)格劃分，
