2、司平安工作方案要求，強化平安消費責任意識和反違章管理，樹立全員參與意識，通過多樣培訓和演練工作，進步員工平安防范技能和意識，促進公司平安開展。二、活動主題和時間安排活動主題: 強化平安根底，推動平安開展?；顒訒r間：6月30日。三、工作目的通過“平安消費月”活動的開展，結實樹立以人為本、平安開展的理念，把平安消費擺到更加重要的位置，完善平安應急預案體系，促進平安消費責任進一步落實；員工平安意識明顯增強；平安管理明顯加強；隱患整治獲得明顯成效。四、組織機構為了組織和開展好“平安消費月”活動，實在搞好各項活動，特成立“平安消費月”活動領導小組。組 長： 副組長： 成 員：領導小組下設辦公室，辦公室設

3、在平安監(jiān)察部，同志兼任辦公室主任，詳細負責協(xié)調“平安消費月”活動期間開展的各項活動。五、活動安排部署及相關要求1、5月31日舉行“平安消費月”啟動儀式，并組織簽名_活動，由公司黨支部、平安監(jiān)察部、工會負責組織。2、6月1日張貼、懸掛活動宣傳品，由平安監(jiān)察部組織張貼。3、6月6日至6月9日開展警示教育活動，組織全體員工觀看消費平安事故典型案例盤點警示教育片，由平安監(jiān)察部組織。4、6月17日至23日為應急演練周，由安委會辦公室適時組織，在油品罐區(qū)開展一次全員性應急救援預案演練。5、6月20日之前各部門、車間組織進展一次平安消費隱患自查、自糾活動，平安監(jiān)察部于6月20日至30日適時組織檢查。6、6月

4、26日由公司黨支部、工會、團支部等結合舉辦第八屆“安康杯”平安知識競賽及平安消費知識有獎答題活動。7、6月27日進展佩戴空氣呼吸器、油槽滅火及兩人一盤水帶出水操作等消防應急器材競賽活動。8、各單位在“平安消費月” 期間組織本車間員工開展以“強化平安宣傳教育、全面推進平安。各部門、車間領導要高度重視，進步認識，從增強全員平安意識，提升平安管理程度作為工作的切入點和落腳點，認真組織施行，確?！捌桨蚕M月”的各項活動順利開展?！捌桨蚕M月”期間全國3起化工企業(yè)事故6月2日14時30分許，大連石化公司位于甘井子區(qū)廠區(qū)內一結合車間939號罐著火，該罐用于儲存焦油等雜料，目前正處于檢修期間。經(jīng)消防官兵及時

5、撲救，截至16時火已撲滅?；馂脑斐?人受傷，2人失蹤。?火情發(fā)生后，大連石化立即啟動應急預案，開展現(xiàn)場搶險救援。一是組織消防力量進展現(xiàn)場滅火撲救；二是對大氣環(huán)境進展實時監(jiān)測，現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)說明，事故未造成環(huán)境的空氣和水質污染。事故原因正在調查中。?據(jù)理解，事發(fā)時爆炸引發(fā)的兩聲巨響，在很遠的地方就能聽到，現(xiàn)場濃煙滾滾，天空彌漫著黑色灰塵，地上還有黑色的油點落下來。?這是自2022年以來，大連石化甘井子區(qū)廠區(qū)內的第三起爆炸事故。國家安監(jiān)總局網(wǎng)站的通報顯示，2022年7月16日，該廠區(qū)一煉油裝置“三蒸餾轉換器”發(fā)生泄漏起火，大火燃燒6小時后才被撲滅；當年8月29日，該廠區(qū)一臺2萬立方米柴油儲罐爆炸起火

6、。二、吉林6.3寶豐20_年6月3日清晨，吉林寶豐禽業(yè)公司發(fā)生火災，到上午10時火勢根本被控制住，但現(xiàn)場仍有大量濃煙冒出。從德惠市米沙子鎮(zhèn)寶豐禽業(yè)火災現(xiàn)場救援指揮部得悉，截至6月10日，共造成121人遇難，77人受傷。事故發(fā)生后，企業(yè)法人代表已被控制。國務院已成立特別調查組。據(jù)吉林省消防部門介紹，本次事故系廠房氨氣爆炸引發(fā)火災。國務院關于吉林德惠市“63火災”事故調查組6月6日上午召開第一次全體會議，調查組目前確定這是一起嚴重的責任事故，事故原因還未能確定。大連金州化工廠爆炸致5死 多事故敲響平安警鐘15日下午5：30左右，大連科諾爾化工廠發(fā)生爆炸，目睹者稱：爆炸發(fā)生后，有物體被沖到幾十層樓的
