1、Nervous tissue神經(jīng)組織第7章大綱要求1.掌握神經(jīng)元的結(jié)構(gòu)及功能;突觸的結(jié)構(gòu)及功能;神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的分類及功能。2.熟悉神經(jīng)元的分類;神經(jīng)纖維和神經(jīng);神經(jīng)末梢的結(jié)構(gòu)及功能。特點(diǎn):神經(jīng)組織概述-神經(jīng)細(xì)胞 也稱神經(jīng)元,1012個(gè), 功能: 具有接受刺激、整合信息和傳導(dǎo)沖動(dòng)的能力。 -神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞 數(shù)量為神經(jīng)元的1050倍, 四種 (中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)) 二種 (周?chē)窠?jīng)系統(tǒng)) 功能: 對(duì)神經(jīng)元起支持、保護(hù)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)和絕緣等作用。神經(jīng)元 H.E staining Silver stainingDifferent types of neurons Nucleus (核)Neuron H.ECell b

2、ody (胞體) Dendrite (樹(shù)突)Axon (軸突)一. 神經(jīng)元(一)結(jié)構(gòu):1.胞體: 是神經(jīng)元營(yíng)養(yǎng)和代謝的中心(1)細(xì)胞核居中,大而圓,著色淺,核仁大而明顯(2)細(xì)胞質(zhì)特征: Neuron H.E high ampli.Nissl body 尼氏體Neurofibril 神經(jīng)原纖維Nissl body (尼氏體) LM: 強(qiáng)嗜堿性的的斑塊狀 或細(xì)顆粒狀結(jié)構(gòu)Nissl bodyNeuron H.E 功能:合成結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白;Neurotransmitter (神經(jīng)遞質(zhì))Neuromodulator (神經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì))分布:胞體、樹(shù)突,軸丘和軸突內(nèi)無(wú)尼氏體分布TEM: Nissl body RER

4、Na+、K+、Ca2+、Cl通道受體:突觸2. 樹(shù)突 Neuron H.EDendrite樹(shù)突Axon軸突功能:接受刺激,樹(shù)突和樹(shù)突棘擴(kuò)大了神經(jīng)元接受刺激的表面積形態(tài):一至多個(gè)樹(shù)突,形如樹(shù)枝狀,分支上??梢?jiàn)大量短小的樹(shù)突棘3. 軸突只有一個(gè)軸突,一般比樹(shù)突細(xì),無(wú)尼氏體,但有神經(jīng)原纖維分布軸丘:胞體發(fā)出軸突的部位常呈圓錐形,無(wú)尼氏體,染色淺功能:傳導(dǎo)神經(jīng)沖動(dòng)軸丘軸膜:the cytomembrane of axon軸質(zhì):cytoplasm in axontransport of axon (軸突運(yùn)輸):軸突內(nèi)的物質(zhì)運(yùn)輸軸突終末:the ends with numerous branchestel
