21、電源的回路數(shù)、容量、 電壓等級。4)變、配電所:位置、數(shù)量、 容量。3 應急電源系統(tǒng):確定備用電源和應急電源型式。4 照明、防雷、接地、智能建筑設計的相關(guān)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容。1 給水設計1)水源情況簡述(包括自備水源及市政給水管網(wǎng))。2)用水量及耗熱量估算:總用水量(最高日、最大時),熱水設計小時耗熱量,消防水量。3)給水系統(tǒng):簡述系統(tǒng)供水方式。4)消防系統(tǒng):簡述消防系統(tǒng)種類,供水方式。5)熱水系統(tǒng):簡述熱源,供應范圍及供應方式。6)中水系統(tǒng):簡述設計依據(jù),處理方法。7) 循環(huán)冷卻水、重復用水及采取的其他節(jié)水節(jié)能措施。8)飲用凈水系統(tǒng):簡述設計依據(jù),處理方法等。2 排水設計1)排水體制,污、廢水及雨水的

22、排放出路。2)估算污、廢水排水量,雨水量及重現(xiàn)期參數(shù)等。3)排水系統(tǒng)說明及綜合利用。4)污、廢水的處理方法。3 需要說明的其他問題。1 采暖通風與空氣調(diào)節(jié)的設計方案要點。2 采暖、空氣調(diào)節(jié)的室內(nèi)設計參數(shù)及設計標準。3 冷、熱負荷的估算數(shù)據(jù)。4 采暖熱源的選擇及其參數(shù)。5 空氣調(diào)節(jié)的冷源、熱源選擇及其參數(shù)。6 采暖、空氣調(diào)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)形式,簡述控制方式。7 通風系統(tǒng)簡述。8 防煙、排煙系統(tǒng)簡述。9 方案設計新技術(shù)采用情況,節(jié)能環(huán)保措施和需要說明的其他問題。1 供熱1) 熱源概況;2)供熱范圍;3)供熱量估算;4)供熱方式;5)鍋爐房及場區(qū)面積、換熱站面積、位置及房高等要求;6)熱力管道布置方式及敷設
