14、lications for which the scaffold tower was not approved as well as an incorrect assembly and unauthorized use are excluded,andthat an approved utilization is ensured and the standard mobile scaffold towers are used in accordance with the contractually agreed operating instructions.2.安全條款Safety rules

15、2.1安全須知:safety notes(1鋁合金塔架的安裝至少有2名技術(shù)人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搭建,并確保使用正確的安裝方法。The aluminium tower should be erected by at least2competent persons and ensure that the correct erection procedure is used.(2檢驗(yàn)搭建塔架的地面是否能承載塔架所需的最大承載力。Check if the ground on which the mobile access tower is to be assembled and moved is level,ev

16、en and capable for supporting the tower.(3搭建塔架之前檢查所有零部件,確保所有零部件都合格;塔架安裝完后要用水平儀測(cè)試塔架是否垂直,方可使用。Check if you have the correct equipment and if it is in working condition before you assemble the tower.After assembly,use a spirit level to check whether thetower is upright or not.(4每張?zhí)ぐ宓淖畲蟪休d力為272kg。每塊工作平臺(tái)最

17、大承載力為200公斤每平方米。平臺(tái)最大水平橫向力為300牛頓。The maximum working load is272kg per platform unit.The maximum capacity of the working platform for an evenly distributed load is2.0kN/m2(according to EN1004:2004Load class3.The maximum horizontal force at platform is300N.(5增加高度的踏板平臺(tái)在沒(méi)有裝配好鋁架(或護(hù)欄的情況下不得使用;搭建或拆除塔架過(guò)程中,任何臨時(shí)

18、踏板的使用都應(yīng)被看作是工作平臺(tái),并帶有高于平臺(tái)0.5m或1m的護(hù)欄。Never work on,build or dismantle the tower from an unguarded platform.During erection or dismantling,every use of temporary platform should be considered as a working platform which must be consist of guardrails0.5m or1m above.(6塔架拆除順序與搭建順序相反。The dismantling sequenc

19、e is the reverse order of the erection process.(7鋁塔架單獨(dú)搭建時(shí),戶外使用時(shí)最高工作平臺(tái)不能超過(guò)8米,室內(nèi)使用時(shí)最高工作平臺(tái)不能超過(guò)12米,如超過(guò)相關(guān)規(guī)定須咨詢相關(guān)專家,采取相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施。When the tower is individually assembled,the maximum height of working platform for outdoor use is8m,the maximum height of working platform for indoor use is12m.(8鎖好腳輪,僅在移動(dòng)塔架時(shí)才開鎖。L

20、ock all castors by pushing down the brake levers.The brake levers may only be released for moving the mobile scaffold tower.(9在安裝,拆卸,移動(dòng)和安全工作期間,確保不存在任何障礙!在架設(shè),拆卸,移動(dòng)和安全工作期間,提防風(fēng)況的!(9Make sure there is no any obstruction during erection,dismantling,moving and safe working!Beware of wind conditions during

22、r in open buildings at a wind force over6(on the Beaufort scale,move it to an area sheltered from the wind or secure it against tipping over with other suitable means(e.g.anchors.(12不要將自己綁在側(cè)邊護(hù)欄上。Do not lean yourself against the side guards when working.(13不要在平臺(tái)踏板上跳動(dòng)。Do not jump on the platform.(14不要

24、f buildings,pay particular attention to the wind conditions to prevent the mobile scaffold tower from tilting over.(16使用塔架之前要檢查塔架的垂直度及因環(huán)境引起的安全變化,并修改完善(調(diào)節(jié)腳輪使整個(gè)塔架平衡垂直。Before using the mobile scaffold tower,check the perpendicularity of the scaffold tower,correcting it if necessary(adjust the caster.Fu

25、rthermore,inspect the mobile scaffold tower for proper and complete assembly.Also check there are no environmental changes influencing the safety of the mobile scaffold tower.(17注意周圍環(huán)境的電力因素影響,如高壓點(diǎn)等。Identify any electrical risks in the work area,such as overhead lines or other exposed electrical equi

27、r from inside.(21不要用踏板來(lái)連接塔架和建筑物,塔架不能作 為樓梯來(lái)攀登其他建筑。Do not connect mobile scaffold towers to buil-dings with planks,etc.The mobile scaffoldtower can not be used as a staircase for ascen-ding to other constructions.(22不能用梯、盒或其他裝備在塔架在作為升高工 作臺(tái)用;工具及材料等只能用手拿,不能從地面往塔架上拋,要考慮相應(yīng)的重量對(duì)塔架的影響。Do not use ladders,boxe

28、s or other devices toincrease the height of the platform.Tools andmaterials may only be handed up.Always takingthe weight of the tools and materials into con-sideration so as not to overload the working plat-form.Only re-lease the load when the recipient of the load is secure in hands.2.2特殊安全條款Speci

29、al safety rulesa安裝Erection.工作人員在安裝/拆卸塔架時(shí)一定要綁安全帶。Under no circumstances safety harnesses shall be attached to the towers during erecting or dismantling.檢查所有配件是否齊全、合格。Check that all components are on site and that they work correctly.檢查地面情況是否能足夠承受塔架安裝使用。Check that the ground on which the mobile access

34、s.2.3移動(dòng)安全Movement safety(1移動(dòng)前先檢查在移動(dòng)的過(guò)程中,地面有無(wú)障礙物,如建筑屋頂結(jié)構(gòu)、電纜電線等高空障礙物。Before moving the tower,beware of soft or uneven ground,rains or pot holes and overhead obstructions,especially power cables.The ground shall be level,hard and generally level enough.(2塔架的移動(dòng)只能依照程序人工移動(dòng),決不可以采用機(jī)械的方式移動(dòng),如拖車或鏟車移動(dòng);塔架移動(dòng)后馬上制剎

35、并檢查塔架垂直穩(wěn)定。The tower should only be moved by manual effort!Do not move themobile scaffold tower with vehicles(e.g.lift trucks.Do not lift,pull or push the mobile scaffold tower with a lift truck.Immediately after moving,brake all castors by pushing downthe brake lever,then check whether the tower is

36、upright and stableor not.(3移動(dòng)塔架時(shí)不得有人或其他東西物體滯留在踏板上。No personnel or material is allowed on the tower during movement.(4在高低不平的地面移動(dòng)塔架時(shí)一定要小心,移動(dòng)前要清除地面上高12mm的障礙物,且不能在有坡度的地面上移動(dòng)、使用。Caution should be exercised when moving a tower over rough,uneven or sloping ground, clear ground obstruction which is over12mm

37、above the ground(5移動(dòng)時(shí)要注意保證塔架的穩(wěn)定和安全,支撐三角斜撐要與地面保持12mmH20mm的距離,以起到扶持的作用。Be aware of tower is stable and secure during movement.Stabilizers should keep the distance12mmH20mm to the ground to support the tower.(6移動(dòng)塔架時(shí)腳輪不得制動(dòng),確保腳輪能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)自如。Ensure the brakes are unapplied during movement in order that the caste

38、r can be rolling with no break.(7檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境,以確保沒(méi)有影響鋁合金塔架移動(dòng)的其他因素存在。Inspect the circumstance,ensure there is no factor which will effect the movement of the tower.(8不能以行車速度移動(dòng)塔架,只要慢慢移動(dòng)。(8Do not roll the tower at running speed.Just walk slowly.(9通過(guò)調(diào)整腳輪上的可調(diào)腳確保移動(dòng)塔架的水平和垂直。(9Level and plumb the mobile scaffold

39、tower by adjusting the base jacks on the castors.(10請(qǐng)記住,塔架移動(dòng)后,鎖好所有的腳輪和加強(qiáng)外支撐與地面的接觸。(10Remember to lock all brakes and tighten the stabilizers against the ground after the tower is relocated.(11始終遵守及履行有關(guān)地方由地方當(dāng)局公布的規(guī)定。(11Always observe and comply with the concerning local regulation published by the loc

40、al authorities.2.4鋁合金塔架使用中注意風(fēng)力因素的影響Attention to the wind effect鋁合金塔架在高空中使用,風(fēng)的因素起到很大的作用,在適當(dāng)?shù)娘L(fēng)力的環(huán)境下,注意有保護(hù)的條件下可以安全工作,而風(fēng)力較大時(shí)和沒(méi)有有效的固定和穩(wěn)定的保護(hù)的條件下,風(fēng)的因素成為鋁塔架最危險(xiǎn)的條件之一,必須考慮并關(guān)注風(fēng)的因素:在風(fēng)速>7.7m每秒時(shí),停止塔架工作;如果風(fēng)速達(dá)到11.3m每秒時(shí),將塔架綁在建筑物上;如達(dá)到18m每秒時(shí),需拆除塔架。During use,wind takes a great part in effect.In suitable wind enviro

41、nment,the tower can be safely used under protection.When the tower posited in high wind and without any effective protection,wind is one of the most dangerous factor and should be awared. We recommend to pause work on the tower in wind speeds over7.7metres per second (17m.p.h.If the wind becomes a s
