1、.電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)發(fā)展動(dòng)向的研究一、 分析研究課題:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)對(duì)電能的需求也在快速增長(zhǎng),電網(wǎng)也由此變得空前的巨大與復(fù)雜。繼電保護(hù)作為電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,在龐大的電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)生擾動(dòng)或故障時(shí),起到巨大的保護(hù)作用,保證了電能的有效供求。繼電保護(hù)(relays protection)主要是利用電力系統(tǒng)中元件發(fā)生短路或異常情況時(shí)的電氣量(電流、電壓、功率、頻率等)的變化,構(gòu)成繼電保護(hù)動(dòng)作的原理.繼電保護(hù)是電力學(xué)科中最活躍的分支,在20世紀(jì)50至90年代的40年時(shí)間走過(guò)了機(jī)電式、整流式、晶體管式、集成電路式和微機(jī)式五個(gè)階段。從繼電保護(hù)走過(guò)的階段可以看出,隨著電力系統(tǒng)的快速發(fā)展,繼電保護(hù)也必

10、order;【中文摘要】在電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)生復(fù)雜故障或開關(guān)、保護(hù)存在較多誤動(dòng)、拒動(dòng)以及因通訊中斷而發(fā)生信息丟失等諸多不確定因素的影響下,目前基于開關(guān)和保護(hù)信息的診斷方法已經(jīng)不能取得令人滿意效果,必須尋找新的信息源。隨著繼電保護(hù)及故障處理系統(tǒng)的建立,豐富的故障信息為診斷進(jìn)一步提供了基礎(chǔ)。本人根據(jù)電力系統(tǒng)目前的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況和今后的發(fā)展,提出一種利用采集信息進(jìn)行分層故障診斷的方法。對(duì)于復(fù)雜故障情況下利用故障處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,提出了虛擬保護(hù)的診斷思想,并建立相應(yīng)的面診斷模型,有效地彌補(bǔ)了利用開關(guān)、保護(hù)診斷的局限性。 同時(shí)針對(duì)繼電保護(hù)管理信息量大,類型多等特點(diǎn),提出以WEB服務(wù)器和數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器構(gòu)成的的繼電保護(hù)信

14、atic System;【中文摘要】電力系統(tǒng)的迅速發(fā)展對(duì)繼電保護(hù)提出了越來(lái)越高的要求,尤其是現(xiàn)代的超高壓、大容量電網(wǎng)對(duì)繼電保護(hù)的選擇性、速動(dòng)性、靈敏性和可靠性以及電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性有了更高的要求。因此,在結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的中高壓電網(wǎng)中,應(yīng)當(dāng)采用性能較為完善的保護(hù)裝置,微機(jī)型距離保護(hù)就是其中的一種。本文研究和開發(fā)了主要針對(duì)110kV輸電線路微機(jī)型距離保護(hù)裝置。 本文首先介紹了距離保護(hù)的基本原理,并著重從軟件結(jié)構(gòu)上講述了距離保護(hù)各個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)軟件,既是當(dāng)代軟件開發(fā)的流行趨勢(shì),同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了距離保護(hù)原理自身的特點(diǎn)。距離保護(hù)作為中高壓輸電線路的主保護(hù),結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,程序量龐大,采用模塊化

The software can be used for manual setting of distance protection in a conventional system or as an intelligent tool for an automatic setting in a modern coordinated control and pr

A microprocessor-based distance relay with this new adaptive technique can respond to system conditions that change from time to time and the computer simulation has shown the validity of the new technique. The additional input data required by the adaptive algorithm can be obtained
36、 through low speed communication systems such as SCADA, RTU or substation host computers. The reach of distance protection is evaluated for user-defined high resistance faults and the line maximum short-term load forecasting. As a result a list of new settings for distance relays is printed out whic

56、or protection relay is presented. The evidence used for the estimation consists of expert judgements on the development process and estimated operational experience of the computer-based system. The framework of Bayesian modelling and Bayesian networks was applied throughout the assessment. A prior
57、reliability estimation of the motor protection relay was built using the expert judgements on the product development process. The prior estimation was updated by taking into account the estimated operational experience for successive software versions. Prior estimations for possible reliability cha
58、nges between different software versions were included to the assessment using the expert judgements on the version management of the motor protection relay. The Bayesian networks seem to provide an excellent way of performing quantitative reliability estimations of computer-based systems. Bayesian
59、networks are particularly useful when different kinds of evidence is introduced and combined in the same assessment. The assessment method described in the paper gives informative posterior probability distributions for the failure rates of different software versions. The methodology can be used as a
