The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing part.14. 不可抗力：由于人力不可抗拒事故，而賣方交貨遲延或不能交貨時，責(zé)任不在賣方，但賣方應(yīng)立即將事故通知買方，并于事故發(fā)生后_天內(nèi)將事故發(fā)生地政府主管機關(guān)出具的事故證明用空郵寄交賣方為證。

13、Force Majeure: The seller shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the goods due to force majeure, which might occur during the process of manufacturing or in the course of loading or transit. However, the seller shall advise the buyer immediately of such occurrence
