4、lprogressbychangingthebackwardsituationinsocialsecurity,welfareandservice.What'smore,familycareandcommunity-basedservicesshouldalsobeencouraged.Generallythetendenciesofthreecountrieskeepupthoughtherearesomedifferencesamongthem.TheJapaneseoldpeopleaged65andoveraccountfor5%in1940whichisthelowestpr
