2、earrequirementsandcontrolthetranslationqualityofpartyb.2 .partybshallcompletethetranslationworkintimeanddeliverthetranslationbyprintedhardcopyandarelevantdiskwithintheagreeddate(withtheexceptionofthedelaycausedbyforcemajeure).detailsaboutthedeliverytimewillbediscussedbetweenthetwoparties.fortheurgen

3、trequest，thedeliverytimewillbediscussedaccordinglybetweenthetwoparties.3 .partybshallkeepconfidentialityofanydocumentsprovidedbypartyaandcannotdisclosetothethirdparty.4 .calculationoftheloadoftranslation:forelectronicdocuments，thetranslationloadshallbebasedonthestatisticsofthecomputer(chineseversion

4、wordXX“chinesecharactersnotincludingblankspaces”).forprinteddocuments，thetranslationloadshallbecalculatedaccordingtolinesofchinesecharacters(theoriginalprintedcopy),i.e.linesxrows.5 .partybwillchargethetranslationprojectfrompartyawithfavorableprice:forenglish-chinesermbchinesecharactersandmarks(more

5、thanchinesecharactersandmarks).6 .partybcanevaluateandnoticepartyatheestimatedtranslationfeebeforethelaunchoftheproject.partyashallpaytopartybtheamountoftranslationfeeaccordingtotheactuallycalculatedloadoftranslation(asspecifiedinclause4ofthiscontract).7 .partybpromisestoprovidenecessarymodification

6、stothetranslationdocumentsfreeofchargeafterthedelivery.8 .termsofpayment:partyashouldpaypartyb50ofthetotalpaymentwhenthetranslateddocumentisdelivered(onthesameday).theremaining50willbepaidfullywithindays.whenthepaymentisnotreceivedindays，alatepaymentchargeof%odailyisapplied.9 .partybshallguaranteeth

7、atthequalityofthetranslationandrelevantservicebeuptothereceivedevenhandedstandardofthetranslationindustry.incaseanydisputesarisingfromthequalityofthetranslationmaterial，itshallbesettledthroughthejudgmentofathirdpartyagreedbythetwopartiesorapplytoarbitrationdirectly.oneforeachparty10 .thiscontractiswritteninduplicatesand
