機(jī)組聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1、 機(jī)組儀表聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一、公司儀表聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)系統(tǒng)管理制度(附件1：) 大機(jī)組聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置原則(一) 大機(jī)組軸瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖：止推瓦溫度測量要求每個(gè)面設(shè)三個(gè)測溫點(diǎn)，采用三取二聯(lián)鎖。如果只能安裝二個(gè)測溫點(diǎn)，則采用二取二聯(lián)鎖，但必須設(shè)置溫度報(bào)警。支撐瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖，機(jī)組中無軸系振動(dòng)聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)信號(hào)的，設(shè)軸瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖。在機(jī)組中已配置軸系振動(dòng)聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)的，不設(shè)支撐瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖。但必須設(shè)置支撐瓦溫度高報(bào)警信號(hào)。(二) 大機(jī)組油壓低低聯(lián)鎖：潤滑油壓需采用三取二聯(lián)鎖。為了解決油泵切換過程中油壓瞬變問題，潤滑油壓低低聯(lián)鎖邏輯中加3S延時(shí)（即潤滑油壓低低信號(hào)持續(xù)時(shí)間大于3S后才啟動(dòng)聯(lián)鎖）。汽輪機(jī)速關(guān)油壓、動(dòng)力油壓低低聯(lián)鎖：在機(jī)組

2、安全保護(hù)上，速關(guān)油壓、動(dòng)力油壓低低有機(jī)械保護(hù)，無特別要求不設(shè)聯(lián)鎖。潤滑油壓變送器的取壓口須在潤滑油總管的末端。(三) 重要機(jī)組透平轉(zhuǎn)速高聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置三個(gè)獨(dú)立的轉(zhuǎn)速測量，采取三取二聯(lián)鎖。(四) 重要大機(jī)組都必須設(shè)置軸振動(dòng)、軸位移聯(lián)鎖。同一斷面X、Y方向軸振動(dòng)聯(lián)鎖采取二取二聯(lián)鎖。機(jī)組軸位移要求同一端安裝三個(gè)位移傳感器，采取三取二聯(lián)鎖。如果只安裝二個(gè)位移傳感器的采取二取二聯(lián)鎖，必須設(shè)置二個(gè)位移傳感器測量偏差報(bào)警。(五) 對(duì)大機(jī)組電機(jī)三組定子溫度設(shè)置聯(lián)鎖，但須采取三取二方式，設(shè)置溫度報(bào)警。(六) 機(jī)組停機(jī)后的工藝聯(lián)鎖?？紤]到現(xiàn)場等因素，應(yīng)以機(jī)組實(shí)際運(yùn)行狀態(tài)作為工藝聯(lián)鎖啟動(dòng)條件。汽輪機(jī)機(jī)組用速關(guān)油壓低低（三

8、r circuit, only the circuit-fault alarm and the alarm (alert) will activate that is, the shutdown (danger) relay will not activate. The shutdown (danger) relay will activate when any of the following conditions occur: a. Both axial position transducers or circuits fail. b. Either channel has failed, and the other channel has violated the shutdown (danger) setpoint. c. Both channels jointly violate the shutdown (danger) setpoint.5.4.1.5d.
