6、lextronics In dustrial (Zhuhai). The procedure cover the resp on sibilities, the required activities , the gen eric new product flowchart and the gen eric NPI checklist for in troducti on of any new product.本程序適用于任何規(guī)劃導(dǎo)入偉創(chuàng)力實(shí)業(yè)(珠海)生產(chǎn)制造的新產(chǎn)品,涵蓋了新產(chǎn)品引進(jìn)過程中,各部門的責(zé)任,需完成的工作,通用的新產(chǎn)品工藝流程圖和通用的NPI查檢表。3.0 RESPONSIBIL

7、ITIES 職責(zé)3.1 Program 商務(wù)3.1.1 Orga nize , coord in ate and commu ni cate with customer to en sure the receipt of complete customer docume nts and in formatio n's.docume nt t組織、協(xié)調(diào)、聯(lián)絡(luò)客戶確保收到完整的客戶文件和信息。3.1.2 Initiate the first NPI meeting upon receipt of sufficient customers present the project inform

The first NPI meeting will be attended by representatives from Programs, Engineering (Product, Test, Process, Equipment),NPI, QA, DCC, PMC and Purchas ing. 27、ntative from the Facilities may also be required to attend the meeting. Thereafter, the original copy of the checklist should be
