1、機械電子工程專業(yè)本科培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Mechatronics Engineering一、修業(yè)年限及授予學(xué)位名稱四年;工學(xué)學(xué)士、Length of Schooling and Degree Four Years: Bachelors of Engineering.二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo) 本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有機械、電子、控制、計算機等基礎(chǔ)理論知識與實際應(yīng)用能力,富有責(zé)任心、主動性和創(chuàng)造力,能從事機電設(shè)備系統(tǒng)及元件的研究開發(fā)、設(shè)計制造、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟管理等工作的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型技術(shù)與管理人才。、Educational ObjectivesThe main

2、object of education is for students to have basic knowledge of general principles about mechantronics engineering and to have the capability of science and research, responsibility and creativity. The graduate students will work in manufacturing works, research institutes, governments and colleges;

3、they will have the abilities in mechantronics engineering related design, experiment, manufacturing, management and education.三、培養(yǎng)規(guī)格及要求本專業(yè)學(xué)生主要學(xué)習(xí)機械電子工程專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)理論知識,受到工程設(shè)計和研究分析的基本訓(xùn)練,具有學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)新和分析解決工程實際問題的基本能力。畢業(yè)生應(yīng)獲得以下幾方面的知識和能力:1掌握較扎實的數(shù)學(xué)、力學(xué)等學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)理論知識;2系統(tǒng)掌握本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的機械、電子、控制、計算機等專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識;3具備必要的制圖、設(shè)計、計算、測試和基本工藝操作等應(yīng)

4、用能力;4了解機械電子工程學(xué)科前沿及發(fā)展趨勢;5具有一定的人文、藝術(shù)及其他社會科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)素養(yǎng);6具備較強的自學(xué)能力、創(chuàng)新意識和較高分析問題、解決問題的綜合素質(zhì)。III、Skills Profile and Minimum CreditsThe education emphasizes on systems approach to general mechantronics engineering principles and knowledge. Training on engineering project design, investigation and analysis are focu

5、sed on. Thus capability of self study, creative thinking and practical problem solving are encouraged.The students graduated should have the related knowledge and capability as follows:1. The common theories corresponding to engineering mechanics and mechanical engineering;2. Basic knowledge on mech

12、ine14496.47Selective Courses in Specialty3201712.23Minimum Graduate Credits168七、集中實踐環(huán)節(jié)及要求1. 金工實習(xí):初步掌握機械設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)知識及數(shù)控加工的基礎(chǔ)知識,掌握基本的工藝操作技能。2. 電子實習(xí):了解電子產(chǎn)品制作的基本工藝過程、掌握基本儀器儀表的使用及產(chǎn)品的測試技術(shù)。3. 機械設(shè)計課程設(shè)計:進行簡單機械設(shè)計,掌握機械設(shè)計基本理論、設(shè)計步驟及方法,培養(yǎng)設(shè)計、計算、制圖、查閱資料、應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手冊的能力與技能。4. 機械制造基礎(chǔ)課程設(shè)計:結(jié)合CAPP,設(shè)計簡單零件的工藝規(guī)程。5. 微機原理及應(yīng)用課程設(shè)計:計算機接口設(shè)計

13、。6. 液壓氣動系統(tǒng)課程設(shè)計:液壓氣動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。7. 生產(chǎn)實習(xí):了解機電產(chǎn)品的組成及其制造過程。8. 機電控制課程設(shè)計:典型機電系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,硬件、軟件設(shè)計。9. 畢業(yè)實習(xí)設(shè)計:綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識,以實際工程設(shè)計、科技開發(fā)、試驗研究為課題,進行設(shè)計能力和科研能力的培養(yǎng)及綜合工程訓(xùn)練。、Practical Training and Requirement1. Machine Design Course Project: through mechanic design of basic structures, students will mast the principle of machin
