Nickel and chrome are plated on copper substrates:1.1 Thickness of plating layers : Ni layer >7.6um;Chromelayer A0.25um。1.2 Corrosion resistance performance: Neutral salt spray te

2、st for 96hours; Acid salt spray test for 24 hours.After above tests, corrosion points per an inch on the surfaceof parts are not more than 1 point, corrosion point length of any direction is not more than 0.8mm.1.3 Adhesion test of plating layers: Put the part into a baking boxwith the temperature 2

3、50C士 10 C and last for 1 hour, remove itand put into the water with room temperature, then remove it outof water and observe if there is blisters, peeling and cracks onthe surface.2.
