1、摘 要摘 要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是唐山興盛房地產(chǎn)辦公樓建筑設(shè)計(jì),底層層高3米,其余層層高為3米。建筑物總高度為13.3米,采用框架結(jié)構(gòu),主體為4層,本地區(qū)抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度,近震,場(chǎng)地類別為II類場(chǎng)地。樓屋蓋均采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。主要進(jìn)行的是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)部分。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)而言之就是用結(jié)構(gòu)語言來表達(dá)工程師所要表達(dá)的東西。結(jié)構(gòu)語言就是結(jié)構(gòu)師從建筑及其它專業(yè)圖紙中所提煉簡(jiǎn)化出來的結(jié)構(gòu)元素,包括基礎(chǔ)、墻、柱、梁、板、樓梯、大樣細(xì)部圖等等。然后用這些結(jié)構(gòu)元素來構(gòu)成建筑物或構(gòu)筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,包括豎向和水平的承重及抗力體系,再把各種情況產(chǎn)生的荷載以最簡(jiǎn)潔的方式傳遞至基礎(chǔ)。該設(shè)計(jì)包括三部分:建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和施工設(shè)計(jì)

2、。其中,建筑設(shè)計(jì)主要是建筑物的平、立、剖面設(shè)計(jì);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)有結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的布置及構(gòu)件尺寸的初定,統(tǒng)計(jì)荷載,內(nèi)力計(jì)算(橫向水平地震作用下內(nèi)力計(jì)算采用D值法,豎向荷載作用下內(nèi)力計(jì)算采用彎矩二次分配法),內(nèi)力組合,配筋設(shè)計(jì),樓梯設(shè)計(jì),樓板設(shè)計(jì),基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)等;施工設(shè)計(jì)主要有施工組織設(shè)計(jì)說明書,施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排,施工平面布置和主要分部工程施工方案設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)過程中,計(jì)算部分使用手算,繪圖部分使用CAD、Tarch8.5繪圖軟件。設(shè)計(jì)成果有設(shè)計(jì)說明書一份,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖紙共18張。該辦公樓采用內(nèi)廊式框架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,使用安全。該設(shè)計(jì)共分為三大部分,分別是:建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。建筑設(shè)計(jì)部分:綜合了幾個(gè)方案的

3、優(yōu)點(diǎn),考慮可影響建筑的各種因素,采用了經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用、美觀的方案。在確定建筑方案后,使用CAD繪圖軟件,繪制出建筑平、立、剖面圖,以及各種詳圖,并編制了建筑設(shè)計(jì)總說明。建筑施工圖紙8張,分別是:首層平面圖、二三層平面圖、頂層平面圖、屋頂平面圖、北立面圖、東西立面圖、1-1剖面圖、樓梯剖面圖及平面圖、墻身大樣圖。該辦公樓的平面設(shè)計(jì)采用內(nèi)廊式,成一字形,功能房間對(duì)稱布置,各個(gè)房間的開間和進(jìn)深比較均勻協(xié)調(diào)。根據(jù)該樓的建筑面積和人流量,在建筑內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)了兩部可以從一層到達(dá)四層的雙跑樓梯,一部在大廳,另一部對(duì)稱布置在東側(cè)??紤]到該建筑物的辦公功能,對(duì)于一些辦公室、資料室、會(huì)議室等的開間設(shè)計(jì)得比較大,讓人感覺寬敞

4、舒服,有利于員工提供一個(gè)較好的工作環(huán)境。為了使該辦公樓給人一種比較氣派的感覺,在首層中部設(shè)有較大的門廳,并在辦公樓大門外設(shè)有較寬廣的臺(tái)階。辦公樓的立面設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)潔、美觀、大方。外墻裝飾以貼瓷磚為主,門窗布置比較勻稱和規(guī)則,看上去比較明朗美觀。為了增強(qiáng)立面給人的視覺效果,在墻裙部位用灰色蘑菇石裝飾,增強(qiáng)了氣派感。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)部分:分別從結(jié)構(gòu)的體系選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)總體的布置、樓屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)方案及基礎(chǔ)方案的選擇等多方面進(jìn)行了論述和詳細(xì)的計(jì)算。結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算大致分為以下幾個(gè)步驟:(1)荷載統(tǒng)計(jì):荷載統(tǒng)計(jì)是在初選截面的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,其計(jì)算過程是按從上到下的順序進(jìn)行的,荷載的取值按各層房間的使用功能及位置的不同,查荷載規(guī)范確定

5、。 按建筑方案中的平立剖面設(shè)計(jì) ,選定計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)圖,并初選構(gòu)件的截面。(2)框架變形驗(yàn)算:驗(yàn)算了框架在水平地震作用下橫向變形。此過程中,采用了節(jié)點(diǎn)位移法計(jì)算結(jié)構(gòu)的自震周期,按底部剪力法建立并考慮了節(jié)點(diǎn)附加水平地震作用。(3)橫向框架的內(nèi)力分析:分別分析了橫向框架在水平地震作用及豎向荷載作用下的內(nèi)力,用彎矩二次分配法計(jì)算梁端、柱端彎矩。(4)內(nèi)力組合:對(duì)恒載、活載及地震荷載進(jìn)行三種不同得內(nèi)力組合,選出最不利內(nèi)力,并以此為依據(jù)對(duì)框架梁、柱進(jìn)行截面設(shè)計(jì)。(5)板的設(shè)計(jì): 用塑性鉸線法進(jìn)行計(jì)算并進(jìn)行配筋。(6)樓梯設(shè)計(jì): 采用板式樓梯進(jìn)行樓梯板、平臺(tái)板、平臺(tái)梁的計(jì)算和配筋。(7)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì): 采用柱下獨(dú)立基

6、礎(chǔ),根據(jù)基本工程條件確定基礎(chǔ)尺寸并驗(yàn)算其承載能力,進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)的抗沖切驗(yàn)算、受彎計(jì)算等,再進(jìn)行配筋。施工組織設(shè)計(jì)部分:根據(jù)工程概況進(jìn)行一系列的施工部署,進(jìn)行了一定的工程量的具體統(tǒng)計(jì),計(jì)算相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)與指標(biāo),編制出施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、材料需要量計(jì)劃、勞動(dòng)力需要量計(jì)劃和機(jī)具需要量計(jì)劃,繪制出施工總平面圖,根據(jù)施工準(zhǔn)備的條件編制施工準(zhǔn)備計(jì)劃,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)氖┕し桨负褪┕し椒?,并列出一些質(zhì)量安全措施。本工程總的施工順序?yàn)橄鹊叵潞蟮厣?,先主體后維護(hù),先土建后設(shè)備安裝,先結(jié)構(gòu)后裝飾。主體結(jié)構(gòu)自下而上逐層分段流水施工。根據(jù)工程的施工條件,全工程分三階段進(jìn)行施工:第一階段,基礎(chǔ)工程;第二階段,結(jié)構(gòu)工程;第三階段,裝修工程。施

7、工組織設(shè)計(jì)圖紙2張,分別是:施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和施工總平面圖。本設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求和原始資料,運(yùn)用鋼筋混凝土、結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)基本原理及土力學(xué)和對(duì)材料性質(zhì)的深刻了解,遵守設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則,保證建筑結(jié)構(gòu)合理,所有材料的質(zhì)量和強(qiáng)度合格,工藝良好。建筑設(shè)計(jì)采取積極措施來增強(qiáng)建筑物的外表強(qiáng)度和堅(jiān)固性,給人以心理上的安全感。另外,還要有藝術(shù)的美感,要有時(shí)代氣息。結(jié)構(gòu)體系是鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是使結(jié)構(gòu)物得到足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度和韌性的過程。結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇后,進(jìn)行荷載分析和強(qiáng)度分析,同時(shí)考慮與建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的關(guān)系,把材料制作安裝所需成本、所用時(shí)間,以及結(jié)構(gòu)使用期間的維修聯(lián)系起來。施工組織設(shè)計(jì)按照科學(xué)的依據(jù)分項(xiàng)工程,流水施工的方法,合
