1、PEP小學(xué)英語四年級上冊教學(xué)計劃教材分析:    本教材的教學(xué)目標是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,培養(yǎng)他們英語學(xué)習(xí)的積極態(tài)度,使他們建立初步的學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生裝一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào),書寫基礎(chǔ),以及良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣;使他們形成初步用英語進行簡單交流的能力,同時,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、記憶、思維和創(chuàng)造的能力。    1、強調(diào)語言運用本教材吸收了交際教學(xué)思想,注重學(xué)生語言應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng)。在整體構(gòu)思、內(nèi)容安排、活動設(shè)計和教學(xué)方法選用等方面都緊密聯(lián)系學(xué)生的生活實際,體現(xiàn)語言的交際功能,把話題-功能-結(jié)構(gòu)-任務(wù)結(jié)合起來,并根據(jù)學(xué)生的年齡特點,

2、采用“全部動作反應(yīng)法”讓學(xué)生在有節(jié)奏的說唱中體驗語言。    2、注重能力培養(yǎng)本教材在內(nèi)容安排、活動設(shè)計和學(xué)習(xí)評價上都貫穿“學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)”的主題。十分注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)和獨立運用所學(xué)語言去做事情的能力。    3、突出興趣出發(fā)本教材從內(nèi)容、形式、方法、插圖及裝幀設(shè)計等方面都以最大限度地激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機和興趣。教學(xué)內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系學(xué)生裝生活與實際。選擇話題充分考慮小學(xué)生的需求。    4、重視雙向交流本教材重視雙向交流,中西方文化知識的滲透,在教學(xué)內(nèi)容中選編了一些適合學(xué)生年齡特點和認知能力的中西方文化知識。&#

3、160;   5、本教材十分重視在學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容上與其他學(xué)科知識的兼容閉并蓄,精選學(xué)生最需要了解的最感興趣的,最易學(xué)會的,最有普及價值的,與學(xué)生日常生活聯(lián)系最緊密的學(xué)科知識內(nèi)容融入語言材料之中。本教材采用了“教案式”的編排體系。每冊書共和8個單元,其中 2個復(fù)習(xí)單元。每單元分ABC三個部分,共10頁。    一、學(xué)生情況分析    四年級的學(xué)生已經(jīng)接受了一年的英語學(xué)習(xí),掌握了一定量的英語詞匯和基礎(chǔ)的英語會話。故本學(xué)期將進一步培養(yǎng)其英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣與運用英語的基本技能。在詞匯教學(xué)和會話教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,扎實進行字母的四會教學(xué)。&

4、#160;   二、教學(xué)目標與要求    1、能聽懂、會說12組會話,并能進行簡單的交流。    2、能聽、說、認讀66個單詞和聽、說、讀、寫26個字母并且能聽、說、讀寫36個單詞。    3、能聽、做、演18個游戲。    4、能聽、做7個“TPR”活動。    5、以學(xué)會2個制作。    6、能唱8首歌曲。    7、能聽、說、唱8首歌謠。  

5、  8、以完成6個自我評價活動。    9、能聽懂6個幽默故事。   10、能了解6項簡單的中西方文化知識。    三、教學(xué)方法    1、會話教學(xué) 本冊會話教學(xué)部分均設(shè)計在各種真實自然的情景之中,并以連環(huán)畫的形式出現(xiàn)。其目的在于分散教學(xué)難點,循序漸進,便于表演。三年級學(xué)生的特征就是愛玩,了表現(xiàn)自己。因此,用表演和游戲的形式來進行交流,學(xué)習(xí)語言,運用語言是最恰當(dāng)?shù)?。盡量做到:融會話教學(xué)于情景表演之中,讓學(xué)生裝在表演中練,在交際活動中用。    2

6、、詞匯教學(xué) 本冊書中的單詞都是圍繞話題集中歸類出現(xiàn)的。巧用實物和卡片,在興奮刺激的游戲中讓學(xué)生學(xué)會單詞。將單詞的教學(xué)融于會話教學(xué)之中。充分發(fā)揮“TPR”的優(yōu)勢,動作與節(jié)奏相結(jié)合。    3、字母教學(xué) 字母是本冊書的重點教學(xué)內(nèi)容之一。26個字母是英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ),學(xué)好26個字母對學(xué)生裝以后的發(fā)音、拼讀和記憶是單詞都起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本冊書中前三個單元每單元出現(xiàn)6至10個字母,每個字母都配有三個以上該字母為首字母的例詞,供學(xué)生在聽說例詞的過程中逐步了解字母在單詞中的發(fā)音。在教學(xué)時采用填字母、畫圖和找字母等方法進行趣味操練。 內(nèi) 容 周 次課 時Unit1 m

8、性差,記憶力差,家長不夠重視其學(xué)習(xí),更重要的是學(xué)生不足齡的比較多等等綜合因素。這部分學(xué)生大多有共同的特點,主要表現(xiàn)為:(一).自卑感強。學(xué)困生由于各方面較差,受到批評較多,進而產(chǎn)生自暴自棄心理,日積月累,他們對英語學(xué)習(xí)以漸漸失去興趣,因為他們無法體會到成功的喜悅。(二)、作業(yè)完成得較差,怕受批評又學(xué)會了撒謊,上課發(fā)言也不積極。怎樣改變學(xué)困生這種怕學(xué)、厭學(xué)的狀況呢?由于學(xué)困生形成原因的不同,在學(xué)困生轉(zhuǎn)化過程中,應(yīng)該有意識地根據(jù)不同的情況采取多種方法進行教育,不斷優(yōu)化育人環(huán)境和條件,改進教學(xué)方法。實施方法:一、師幫生教師在學(xué)困生轉(zhuǎn)化工作中起者“導(dǎo)”和“演”的雙重作用。蘇霍姆林斯基說過:“教育才能的

9、基礎(chǔ)在于深信有可能成功地教育每個兒童,我不相信有不可救藥的兒童、少年或男女青年。”每一位教師都應(yīng)深信這一點。1、抓重點。一位英語教師擔(dān)任多個班英語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀在近幾年無法改變,一個英語教師要擔(dān)任二三十個學(xué)困生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作,實際操作起來真的很困難。因此,應(yīng)抓住重點,先幫助那些在短時間內(nèi)容易轉(zhuǎn)化過來的學(xué)生,然后再幫助其他的學(xué)生。2、揚優(yōu)點。美國心理學(xué)家威譜.詹姆斯有句名言:“人性最深刻的原則就是希望別人對自己加以賞識”。表面上,學(xué)困生表現(xiàn)出一副無所謂的態(tài)度,其實,他們比其他學(xué)生更渴望得到老師的表揚。我們可以從這一點入手,讓他們的閃光點全部展現(xiàn)出來,并適時表揚,讓他們對自己有信心。3、補弱點。每一個學(xué)困

10、生的情況各不一樣,有的是因為智力問題,多次的失敗使他們對自己失去信心;有的是非智力問題,只是習(xí)慣較差,自覺性不強;還有的是因為家庭問題教師可針對具體情況,對癥下藥。由于我任課多、帶班多的特點,接觸學(xué)生的時間是少之又少,這里主要講講如何發(fā)動學(xué)生的力量,幫助語教師作好學(xué)困生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作。二、生幫生1、師徒結(jié)對首先把優(yōu)生和學(xué)困生的名字羅列出來,讓他們自由進行師徒結(jié)對,并定好激勵制度。2、制定計劃接著就是制定計劃,如一星期或一個月內(nèi),師徒共同的目標是什么?具體的做法什么?都一條一條寫下來,每天去看一看,是否做到,做到的在相應(yīng)欄中打。如果達到共同目標的師徒,優(yōu)進生品德為優(yōu)+,學(xué)困生平時考查等第進一個等級,

11、同時期末評獎優(yōu)先考慮。具體實施措施: 1、思想上樹立他們的自信心,發(fā)現(xiàn)閃光點,創(chuàng)造成功的機會對學(xué)習(xí)有困難的同學(xué),要積極引導(dǎo)他們參加教學(xué)活動,多鼓勵他們。就算是一句簡單的話語:“你的字很漂亮”、“你坐得很好,老師喜歡你”也能加強師生間的情感溝通。師生之間應(yīng)在合作、平等的基礎(chǔ)上建立起互信融洽的師生關(guān)系。這樣才能促進學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)的進步和思想的轉(zhuǎn)化。樹立他們的自信心。多問他們簡單的問題,讓他們有機會體會成功的喜悅。2、待中下生要有愛心了解中下生,理解他們尊重愛護他們。在課堂上優(yōu)先對待他們,不要總把目光停留于優(yōu)等生。要心里時刻裝著中下生,時時處處為他們著想。如面對調(diào)皮掏蛋的學(xué)生時,教師在有涵養(yǎng),不要急躁沖動

12、,要機智地巧妙化的讓問題留待靜以后再想辦法妥善處理。3、教給中下生學(xué)習(xí)方法三年級的新知識內(nèi)容雖然不多。中下生普遍存在基礎(chǔ)不扎實的情況。從簡單的、他們有能力接受的方法去做。例如:自我復(fù)習(xí)一、二冊的單詞并進行歸納,定時到老師處進行信息反饋,檢查復(fù)習(xí)效果,及時在班里表揚鼓勵。亦可求助于錄音機、成績好的同學(xué)或老師。4、在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中提高中下生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣幫老師做做小事、抄抄寫寫,幫老師把卡片涂色。叫他們做,從側(cè)面說明老師重視他們,看得起他們,沒有遺棄他們。他們的心里總會有小小感激。正所謂“親其師,而信其道吧!”在談心、交往的過程中,要把學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語興趣吸引過來,可進行英語知識方面的交談,用行動去證明你作

13、為老師的是從心里面想他們學(xué)好。5、與家長多聯(lián)系、齊抓共管充分發(fā)揮家長學(xué)校的管理作用,與家長多聯(lián)系齊抓共管,促其進步。6、給中下生特別幫助a、一幫一b、擔(dān)任小老師c、課后輔導(dǎo) 7、持之以恒,鞏固習(xí)慣學(xué)困生的轉(zhuǎn)化不可能一蹴而就,一般要經(jīng)歷醒悟、轉(zhuǎn)變、反復(fù)、穩(wěn)定四個階段。因此,在轉(zhuǎn)化過程中,學(xué)困生故態(tài)復(fù)萌,出現(xiàn)多次反復(fù),是一種正常現(xiàn)象。對這項十分艱苦的工作,必須遵循教育規(guī)律,“反復(fù)抓,抓反復(fù)”,因勢利導(dǎo),使學(xué)困生保持不斷前進的勢頭。 “十年樹木,百年樹人”,我相信在學(xué)困生的轉(zhuǎn)化過程中,只要遵循教育規(guī)律,了解學(xué)生心理,從他們的年齡特點出發(fā),持之以恒,就一定會有所收獲。Unit 1 My classro

15、要求1、 能聽懂、會說,會用每一課會話。2、 掌握本單元出現(xiàn)的生詞,詞組和字母。3、 會唱本單元的歌曲。三、教學(xué)重點和難點1、 對于較長的單詞如classroom, classmate, computer的掌握以及對于第一次出現(xiàn)的詞組和短語如have a look, good job的掌握。 2、 對于禮貌用語“Thank you , Excuse me, After you”的掌握與應(yīng)用。3、 描述教室中所有物件,并能據(jù)此編出對話。四、教學(xué)時間本單元共6課時,每周3課時,2周完成。Lesson 1 電教1 / 11. Listen to the tape. 教學(xué)反思:本課運用多樣化教學(xué)手段,調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。例如:根據(jù)小學(xué)愛猜愛動的年齡特點和心理特征,我在教授單詞采用實物、圖畫,在幾張圖片外畫簡筆畫拼出接下的單詞,以及要求學(xué)生根據(jù)

23、我英語表達和動作猜測單詞等等,調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性。從整體而言,我覺得本課的設(shè)計和實施是符合小學(xué)英語新課程標準的,學(xué)生較成功地完成了學(xué)習(xí)的任務(wù)。學(xué)生通過學(xué)習(xí),懂得教室器具的英語表達,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生愛老師、愛集體、愛學(xué)校的思想情感。但本節(jié)課也存在不足之處,時間的把握不好,節(jié)奏不夠快,在感覺時間不足時又沒有及時地調(diào)整教學(xué)進度,覺得有遺憾。以后再上這節(jié)課,我會加快上課的節(jié)奏,多設(shè)計一些有趣的但是時間較短的練習(xí)游戲來增加學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,幫助學(xué)困生培養(yǎng)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,并且檢驗學(xué)生的掌握程度。 Lesson 2 電教2 / 21.Teaching AimsLet the students recognize and
