Time and temperature deciding are depending on the thickness and consistency of fabric. As the temper
3、ature is 160, the time: above 32s finishing cotton needs 150s-180s, 21s-32s finishing cotton needs 160s-210s, below 21s finishing cotton needs 180s-240s. . (2)Post cure process:Padding agent Dry ( reach water-retention value established) Pad-roll(cover roll with plastic film to retain water during t

5、t a little crease.Disadvantage:Cost high, before garments making or fabric roll transforming, it may be pre- formed, so that it difficult to eliminate creases that was made in the roll, as well as keep ironed pleats balance is no batter.(3) Garment finishing:Padding dyed fabric with the agent Centri
6、fugal dehydration( raffinate will reuse) barrate dryer(60-80C retain water content up to the 20%) Steamer ironing by iron machine (175-185C, 30sec.) 10、87NEW處理織物的方法通常有預焙烘法、延遲焙烘法和成衣整理等三種工藝,具體用法和用量根據(jù)織物情況而定。 1 工藝配方:工藝設計中使無甲醛免燙整理劑SRD787與催化劑NP756之比為2:1。 (以軋液率為6080%為例): 推薦配方:免燙劑SRD787NEW 180g/L催化劑NP756 50g/L 柔軟劑 40g/L2 工作液的配制:先加入3/5的水(80左右),攪拌加入無甲醛免燙整理劑SRD787NEW,再加入催化劑NP756,攪拌均勻,加入1/5的冷水冷卻至室溫,最后加入柔軟劑和剩余的冷水并攪拌均勻。3 工藝流程:(1) 預焙烘(pre-cure):織物(布面pH值=6.57)浸軋整理
11、溶液(軋余率6080%,液溫:室溫)烘干(80100)焙烘(160×3min或150×6min)成品注意事項: 織布最好經(jīng)過水洗,使布面干凈,干濕度一致,不帶堿。 烘干最好是熱風烘干,如果用烘桶烘干時,開始幾只烘桶不宜過燙,以免泳移、結殼、手感發(fā)硬。 焙烘溫度和時間由織物的厚度和密度決定。如焙烘溫度160時,焙烘時間:32支以上的純棉織物150180秒,21支32支純棉織物160秒210秒,21支以下的純棉織物180240秒。 (2) 延遲(后)焙烘(post-cure):織物浸軋整理液烘至規(guī)定的含濕量打卷(外面包塑料薄膜,防止運輸或放置過程中失去水分)裁剪成衣高溫壓燙(175185壓燙3040秒,按要求使平整或產(chǎn)生褶縫)焙烘房焙烘(160×36min;或150×612min,或140×1230min焙烘時間由織物的厚度、密度決定)優(yōu)點:織物平整,尺寸穩(wěn)定,能產(chǎn)生耐久褶縫,縫線處可能起皺,但極少。缺點:服裝焙烘成本高。打卷后的織物在運輸、制衣前的放置過程中易發(fā)生早定形,導致布卷中已存在的皺紋難以去除以及壓燙形成的褶縫保持能力差。(3)
