1、LCT 微機勵磁控制器LCT Digital Excitation Controller通訊規(guī)約Communication ProtocolLCT微機勵磁控制器與DCS分散控制系統(tǒng)的通訊協(xié)議The protocol of LCT digital excitation controller and DCS separated controlling system一、 通訊標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Communication standard采用RS-232串口;通訊波特率9600bps;3線通訊方式數(shù)據(jù)出、數(shù)據(jù)入、地。Adopt RS-232 serial port;9600bps communicating ba
2、ud rate; three-line communicating mode(data output, data input, earth).二、 通訊協(xié)議 Communication protocol采用MODBUS協(xié)議,RTU編碼方式。Adopt Modbus protocol, RTU coding mode.采用主從式通訊方式,DCS系統(tǒng)為主站,勵磁控制器為從站。Adopt master-slaving communication mode, define DCS system as master station, digital excitation controller as sl
3、ave station.三、 通訊數(shù)據(jù)格式 Communication data mode1位起始位,8位數(shù)據(jù)位,沒有奇偶校驗,2位停止位。1 bit as start bit, 8 bit as data bit, non odd and even checking, 2 bit as stop bit.錯誤檢測采用CRC16校驗方式,校驗多項式為X16+X15+X2+1。Error checking adopts CRC16 test mode, testing multinomial is X16+X15+X2+1.四、 數(shù)據(jù)包格式 Data package format起始Start目
4、的地址Destination address功能碼Function code數(shù)據(jù)DataCRC校驗CRC checking結(jié)束EndT1T2T3T41字節(jié)1 Byte1字節(jié)1 ByteN字節(jié)N Byte2字節(jié)2 ByteT1T2T3T4T1T2T3T4:時間長度,由應(yīng)用程序控制,兩個數(shù)據(jù)包之間的最小時間間隔為傳送3.5個字符的發(fā)送時間約4ms。Time length, controlled by application, the least time distance between two data package is as long as the sending time of 3.5
5、character(about 4ms).目的地址Destination address:DCS主站要訪問的從站地址。如果勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器為雙通道結(jié)構(gòu),則占用兩個從站地址;假設(shè)勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器為單通道結(jié)構(gòu),則占用一個從站地址。 The slave address which the DCS master station should call on. If excitation regulator is two-channel structure, engross two slave station addresses; If single-channel structure, then use one
6、slave station address.功能碼Function code:主站告知從站所要執(zhí)行的操作代碼。 Master station give slave station the operation code it will carry out.數(shù)據(jù)Data:傳送的數(shù)據(jù),長度為N字節(jié)。Sent data, length is N byte.CRC校驗CRC checking:前面所有數(shù)據(jù)的CRC校驗值,長度為2字節(jié)。The CRC testing value of above all data, length is 2 bytes.五、 功能碼定義 Function code defi
7、nition為保證微機勵磁調(diào)節(jié)裝置的可靠運行,調(diào)節(jié)裝置只支持DCS主站的讀命令,不允許DCS主站對調(diào)節(jié)裝置進(jìn)行控制。調(diào)節(jié)裝置所支持的功能碼如下:To guarantee excitation regulators reliable running, regulating equipment only support DCS master stations reading commend, controlling regulating equipment by DCS master station is forbidden. 11、字節(jié)為輸出開關(guān)量,首地址為01H。K系列的開關(guān)量為送出裝置或由裝置外送入的開關(guān)量,F(xiàn)系列的開關(guān)量只送至控制器面板或只由控制器面板送入的開關(guān)量。The digital excitation regulator send to DCS master station has 8 bytes, in turn is Kairu1, Kairu2, Kairu3, Fairu, Kaicu1, Kaicu2, Kaicu3, Faccu. Thereinto the first four bytes are input digital, the other four are output digital

26、Data N(Hi)數(shù)據(jù)NLoData N(Lo)CRC校驗LoCRC checkingLoCRC校驗HiCRC checkingHi微機勵磁調(diào)節(jié)裝置向DCS主站發(fā)送的模擬量的額定值有5個字,10個字節(jié)。依次為Vfref、Vfref、Iref、Pref、Qref,首地址為01H,其定義分別為:發(fā)電機勵磁專用電壓互感器之額定發(fā)電機電壓采樣值、發(fā)電機儀表用電壓互感器之額定發(fā)電機電壓采樣值、發(fā)電機電流互感器之額定發(fā)電機電流采樣值、額定發(fā)電機有功功率采樣值、額定發(fā)電機無功功率采樣值。另外發(fā)電機直流量如發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子電壓、電流及調(diào)節(jié)器輸出電流等的額定采樣值統(tǒng)一規(guī)定為1000H,因此不再向DCS主站發(fā)送該量。
