Microsoft Exchange System Manager 2003 (Exchange 2000 or 2003).如果是Exchange2003，需要安裝Exchange2003管理控制臺(tái)。 Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI/CDO 1.2.1 (Exchange 2007). 如果是Exchange 2007 需要安裝 ExchangeMapiCdo.EXE。此程序用于AMserver和Exchage2007進(jìn)行通訊，不用再安裝Exchange2007管理員控

4、制臺(tái)。 SQL server 2000 sp4或 SQL server 2005 SP2。確保服務(wù)使用域帳號(hào)。 安裝和啟動(dòng)帳戶(hù)要使用域管理員帳號(hào)運(yùn)行，否則安裝會(huì)有問(wèn)題。 SQL Native Client (sqlncli.msi). 如果數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器不是本地的，需要安裝。建立帳號(hào)Exchange Storage Manager account(ArchiveMgr_ESM)This account will be used to run the Exchange StoreManager Service. 9、d-as -user “your Archive Manager user or group”如果是Exchange2003，在Exchange2003server上運(yùn)行(regedit)，打開(kāi)注冊(cè)表，轉(zhuǎn)到HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftExchangeExAdmin右鍵新建, registry value: Value Name: ShowSecurityPage Data Type: REG_DWORD Value: 1在組織上右鍵屬性。在安全標(biāo)簽中確保Archive Manager Exchange Admin具有完全權(quán)限。包括Receive As在A

10、d服務(wù)器上打開(kāi)Active Directory Users and Computers ，點(diǎn)擊委派控制。顯示welcome，點(diǎn)擊Next。在Users or Group，點(diǎn)擊add，選擇ArchiveMgr_Service，ok后next。在Task to Delegate，選擇Read all user information，然后next，完成。在Exchange server 2003 上：打開(kāi)Exchange 控制臺(tái)，在組織上右鍵委派控制，添加ArchiveMgr_Service，選擇Exchange View Only Administrator或更高權(quán)限。在Exchange 200

12、nal Mailbox in Exchange 2007首先建立一個(gè)獨(dú)立的存儲(chǔ)組(事例中為ArchiveMail Storage)，然后建立一個(gè)郵箱數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（示例中為Archive MBX）在新創(chuàng)建的ArchiveMBX數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上， 創(chuàng)建一個(gè)郵箱 ,名為ArchiveMgr_Journal在郵箱數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上選擇日記收件人，指定到創(chuàng)建的archiveMgr_Journal郵箱。在集線(xiàn)器傳輸上建立日記規(guī)則：1.
