12、 the robot begand 軟件開發(fā)中心公共區(qū)域管理辦法第一章 總則第一條 為規(guī)范軟件開發(fā)中心辦公人員日常工作行為,創(chuàng)造良好的辦公環(huán)境;落實各項安全措施,特制訂本制度。第二條 本中心分三個區(qū)域,具體管理職責如下:行政部:負責整體區(qū)域的日常管理、環(huán)境維護、安全以及辦公區(qū)域設(shè)備設(shè)施使用、維護工作等。開發(fā)部:負責開放辦公區(qū)域日常業(yè)務(wù)管理、環(huán)境維護、設(shè)備設(shè)施使用、維護及安全等。戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展部:展示大廳日常業(yè)務(wù)使用、環(huán)境維護、設(shè)備設(shè)施維護及安全。第二章 行為規(guī)范第三條 工作人員上班時儀表整潔,舉止得當、佩掛好工作牌,工作牌必須佩掛在胸前,嚴禁隨意掛在胳膊或放在辦公抽屜等處。 第四條 辦公區(qū)域應(yīng)保持安
13、靜、整潔,嚴禁吸煙,吸煙可到消防通道吸煙處、用餐在公司統(tǒng)一指定區(qū)域。 第五條 工作時間內(nèi)嚴禁在走廊大聲喧嘩、奔跑。需在個人工作區(qū)域內(nèi)進行談話的,不應(yīng)影響他人辦公,應(yīng)盡量壓低談話聲音和縮短談話時間。 第六條 使用會議室或培訓(xùn)室,要先向區(qū)域負責人員報備,在使用完畢后應(yīng)恢復(fù)原狀并做好清潔整理工作。第7條 下班前,辦公室人員須各自整理好工作臺面。最后下班人員要關(guān)閉水、燈、空調(diào)、電腦、飲水機、門窗等。 第八條 公司員工應(yīng)在每天工作時間開始前和工作時間結(jié)束后做好個人工作區(qū)內(nèi)的衛(wèi)生,個人辦公臺面整潔(顯示器、鍵盤、鼠標、筆筒一個、文件框一個),私人物品、水杯等不得放置于工作臺面上。保持整潔、衛(wèi)生,營造良好和
14、諧的工作環(huán)境。第九條 要愛護辦公用品,辦公耗材使用中應(yīng)厲行節(jié)約的原則;辦公室專用設(shè)備應(yīng)按使用說明操作,辦公設(shè)備(包括通訊、照明、影音、電腦、建筑等)損壞或發(fā)生故障時,員工應(yīng)立即向行政部報修,不得隨意拆卸,造成損壞。第十條 員工接待來賓和訪客應(yīng)舉止大方,熱情周到,及時聯(lián)絡(luò)相關(guān)部門或人員,必要時應(yīng)做好記錄。第十一條 各部門負責人應(yīng)認真配合公司管理制度,督促屬下職員共同遵照執(zhí)行。第三章 辦公管理第十二條 文印設(shè)備管理1、文印室設(shè)備由行政部負責維護,員工應(yīng)規(guī)范使用,保持文印室整潔。2、各部門文印用紙由行政部統(tǒng)一申購,各部門定額領(lǐng)取,節(jié)約使用。第十三條 辦公管理1、整體區(qū)域工位、設(shè)備、設(shè)施由行政部負責日
15、常管理,工位、設(shè)施一經(jīng)確定,未經(jīng)行政部批準,嚴禁私自調(diào)動。 2、辦公設(shè)施/設(shè)備由使用部門負責人負責監(jiān)管,未經(jīng)批準嚴禁擅自調(diào)動。購置、調(diào)配、維修須有行政部審核后方可執(zhí)行。 3、相應(yīng)區(qū)域負責人應(yīng)對本區(qū)域設(shè)備的軟硬件維護,規(guī)范使用進行監(jiān)管,落實責任人。第十四條 環(huán)境管理的要求:1、 清潔人員應(yīng)在員工上班前和下班后做好日常保潔工作,綠化植物定期更換、無灰塵,花盆內(nèi)無茶葉、煙蒂等雜物;2、 辦公桌面文件資料和物品擺放整齊、無灰塵;第四章 辦公區(qū)域安全管理第十五條 行政部為辦公區(qū)域安全管理的負責部門,并負責整個區(qū)域安全防范措施的落實、檢查及安全事故的調(diào)查、處理;各部門負責人負責本部門所在區(qū)域的安全管理工作
16、。第十六條 消防安全管理1、 行政部對消防設(shè)施設(shè)備的配置情況、性能情況進行檢查,確保消防監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、消防栓、滅火器具等完好、有效、消防通道暢通,消防標識清晰、準確。2、 辦公區(qū)域嚴禁存放易燃易爆物品。3、 發(fā)生火情應(yīng)立即報警,并采取相應(yīng)措施,避免發(fā)生重大事故。第十六條 防盜安全管理1、公司門禁系統(tǒng)必須24小時開啟,員工憑門禁卡進出,任何人不得無故關(guān)閉系統(tǒng)。行政部指定專人負責門禁和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的日常使用管理。 2、公司員工不得在辦公室存放私人貴重物品或大筆現(xiàn)金,離開辦公室(室內(nèi)無人)應(yīng)立即鎖門。3、會議室應(yīng)有行政部專人負責管理,無會議時應(yīng)鎖門。4、公司印信須存放在保險柜內(nèi)或其他安全的地方,財務(wù)專用章和
17、法定代表人印章應(yīng)分開存放。5、公司車輛使用人在停放車輛時應(yīng)關(guān)窗鎖門,車內(nèi)不宜存放貴重物品。6、公司員工及外來人員攜帶大件物品或辦公設(shè)備離開公司,須到前臺辦理登記。7、各區(qū)域最后一位下班離開辦公室的人員應(yīng)關(guān)好門窗。執(zhí)勤保安每日交接班要有記錄,并對門窗等整體安全情況進行檢查,在交接記錄上注明。節(jié)假日期間仍有員工加班,則提前在前臺做好登記,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)及時處理或報告。第十七條 用電安全管理 1、 公司辦公區(qū)域配置設(shè)施設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)配電容量,并留有余地。2、 公司員工使用各類設(shè)施設(shè)備時,應(yīng)遵守相關(guān)的操作程序和要求,禁止違規(guī)操作以保障用電安全。3、 當天白天夏季室外氣溫最高溫度在攝氏30以上或冬季室外氣溫最低
18、溫度在攝氏5以下,方可使用空調(diào)。制冷最低不低于23,制熱最高不高于28。4、 公司員工不得在辦公區(qū)域私接電線,不得擅自使用電熱器具。5、 辦公區(qū)域燈源及空調(diào)應(yīng)按規(guī)定開啟,離開區(qū)域場所應(yīng)及時關(guān)閉,下班時應(yīng)切斷辦公設(shè)施設(shè)備電源。 第五章 附 則公司行政部可隨時對辦公室衛(wèi)生、安全進行監(jiān)督檢查,對發(fā)現(xiàn)的衛(wèi)生、安全問題,第一次勸導(dǎo)責任人及時整改、修正。第二次要求責令整改,并視情況通報批評。 本辦法由行政部負責解釋和修訂。本辦法自2013年2月起執(zhí)行。全面落實企業(yè)主體責任;持續(xù)強化“兩重點一重大”、重點地區(qū)和特殊作業(yè)等重點環(huán)節(jié)監(jiān)管,遏制較大以上事故,保持事故總量繼續(xù)下降,推動兩個行業(yè)領(lǐng)域安全生產(chǎn)形勢持續(xù)穩(wěn)
