4、ngs in RBAC to keep Bosch know-how and help associates develop competency. The “RBAC Internal trainer management” is designed for selecting, managing, and motivating internal trainers in Bosch Suzhou.RBAC/HRL3 is the responsible function of internal trainer management. II DefinitionThe definitions b

5、elow are clarified to identify the words which have similar meaning in this management guide. The definitions are used in Bosch Suzhou internal trainer management internally.Training: Teaching of skills, knowledge, or experience acquired which last more than 4 hours per session, the objective is to

6、teach the participants understand the training topic deeply, and can apply the knowledge learned after training, e.g. Project Management training.Introduction: Introduction of basic knowledge, information or policies, which last less than 4 hours per session, objective is to let the participants hav

7、e an overview of the basic knowledge or policies, e.g. HR Policy, CI Regulation or Purchasing Process introductions in the New Employee Orientation.RBAC Junior trainer: The internal trainers who conduct Introduction in RBAC.RBAC Senior trainer: The internal trainers who conduct training in RBAC. RBA

8、C Star Trainer: The trainer who win the top 3 annual evaluate score and the top 3 training hours will be the “RBAC Star Trainer”.Training hours: Total training hours of one internal trainer in a year based on the trainings organized by HRL3.III Internal Trainer Responsiblity1.1 Internal trainer resp

9、onsibilityl Support HRL3 to fulfill the annual training plan.l Plan, organize and deliver training together with RBAC/HRL3.l Develop and improve the quality of course delivery, e.g. training contents and materials update, training follow up.l Support training needs analysis and new course design. IV

10、 Internal trainer selection1.1 Internal trainer selection criterial Over 1 year service span in Bosch.l Good presentation skill & communication skill;l Willing to share knowledge, have passion in training;l Present special expertise in specific training area;l Willing to widen his/her career dev

11、elopment.1.2 Internal trainer selection processRBAC/HRL3 will announce the requirement via “Internal trainer job description form” (Attach. 1) with detail requirement description of trainer of each training course. 1.3 Internal trainer nomination and applicationRBAC/HRL3 can recommend internal train

12、er by filling “Internal Trainer Referral/ Application form” (Attach. 2). Associate who are interested with the internal trainer job can also apply with the same form.1.4 Internal trainer initial review and hiringRBAC/HRL3 will review each potential internal trainers qualification then make the choic

13、e.Each internal trainer should sign the “Internal trainer job description form” and the agreement (Attach. 3) with HRL3 together to ensure his/her responsibility and rights as an internal trainer.1.5 Internal trainer dismissFor following situation, the internal trainer is dismissed automaticallyl Th

14、e training program has been cancelled within Bosch china.l The trainer stopped provide tanning in RBAC for 1 year.l The annual average training evaluation score of the training conducted by the trainer is below 4.0.IV Internal Trainer Qualification1.1 Qualification in the training contentAs internal

15、 trainers are experts in certain topic, they should keep their knowledge updated and acquire new knowledge in this field and integrate the new knowledge into the training. RBAC/HRL3 will support with information sharing, experience exchange with internal/external experts in the same topic. 1.2 Quali

16、fy for specific training topic expertiseFor expertise on specific training topics, TTT on the topic, coaching or self-learning etc. will be supported to help internal trainer to study intensively of the topic. If the training topic have experienced trainer in RBAC, HRL3 will support the potential ne

17、w trainer follow the experienced trainers training.1.3 Interpersonal competency & Technology competency developmentThe annual training hours of the RBAC Senior trainers can be calculated as learning hours next year; internal trainers can choose trainings will organized in RBAC from Interpersonal

18、 competency or technology competency in RBAC training calendar next year. HRL3 will check the seats and arrange you into the trainings after MAG season. V Internal Trainer Evaluation and Certification1.1 CertificationFor the first training of a new trainer or a new course, HRL3 will attend as observ

19、er to check the training effectiveness. If the feedback both from participants and observers shows the training fully meets the requirement as designed, the trainer will be officially certified as RBAC internal trainer and a certification will be given. 1.2 EvaluationHRL3 will check the evaluation o

20、f trainings conducted by internal trainers. If the feedback from trainees is not good, HRL3 can discuss with the trainer about the improvement, the trainers CIP action plan could be fully support by HRL3. VI Internal Trainer Compensation1.1 Internal trainer allowanceFor RBAC Junior trainers, gifts w

21、ill be award at the end of each year. For RBAC Senior trainers, the allowance for each Trainer will be RMB20/hour or equivalent coupon, the training hours of introduction conducted by the Senior trainer will not calculated into the allowance hours, gifts will be award for the introduction; the allowance will be award to the trainer at the end of year, too;1.2 Internal trainer annual award Eac
