RESPONSIBILITIES & RELIABILITIESParty A- According to the information of XXXX business

6、access standards, investment environment and tax policy which provided by Party B, Party A shall recommend the high-quality companies from China to conduct business through Party B in XXXX.- Provide the full documentations of Chinese companies to conduct business in XXXX.- Ensure the authenticity an

7、d legality of all the documentation provided by the Chinese companies.- As authorized by Party B, Party A is responsible to the signing and interpretation of various documents for mutual business.- Assist Party B to conduct the business promotions and publicities in China.Party B- Party B shall prov

8、ide all the financial support on their business in China; it includes business initiation, management and promotion.- As Party A shall refer the Chinese Companies to Party B. Party B shall provide these companies the consultant services regarding legal, audition, taxation, financial, risk management

9、, accounting and other related areas.- In order to establish the intensiveness business co-operation. Party B shall provide all the business related documents, information, legal acts and governmental information in XXXX for the reference of Party A.- Party B shall provide a systematic training cour

10、se on XXXX businesses SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), XXXX law & Tax regulations and IIM Billing system for Party A employees.二 責(zé)任與義務(wù)甲方- 甲方根據(jù)乙方所提供的 XXX業(yè)務(wù)進入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、投資環(huán)境以及稅收政策，為乙方推薦中國國內(nèi)優(yōu)質(zhì)企業(yè)到乙方公司開展業(yè)務(wù)。- 提供中國公司在 XXXX進行業(yè)務(wù)所需的所有文件。- 確保中國公司文件的真實性、合法性。- 負(fù)責(zé)乙方在中國業(yè)務(wù)各種文件的簽署、解釋工作。- 協(xié)助乙方在中國展開相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的推廣及宣傳。乙方- 乙方將提供

11、其相關(guān)項目的所有開展、管理及推廣業(yè)務(wù)的資金。2北京 XXXX投資顧問有限公司XXXXIIM 顧問咨詢有限公司·戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議- 甲方所推薦到 XXXX地區(qū)的企業(yè)，乙方須為其提供后續(xù)的經(jīng)營、管理、法律法規(guī)咨詢、會計及其他相關(guān)的顧問服務(wù)工作。- 乙方根據(jù)甲方在中國開展業(yè)務(wù)的需要，提供一系列必要的宣傳類資料，包含當(dāng)?shù)氐亩愂照?、投資環(huán)境分析、乙方公司的官方宣傳材料等。-乙方須向甲方特定人士進行XXXX當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)務(wù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作步驟、政府法律/ 稅則規(guī)定及IIM 收費系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)課程。3. COMMUNICATION STRUCTUREFor a better future business devel

12、opment, Party A and Party B shall establish a regular meeting schedule for the business assessment, business flow and information exchange.三 業(yè)務(wù)溝通交流機制為了將來更佳的業(yè)務(wù)拓展，甲、乙雙方須定時展開會議，進行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的評估、流程及信息交流。4. CONVENANT AGAINST REVEALING TRADE SECRETSNo party shall, during the continuance of the co-operation relat

13、ionship or for 5 years after its termination by any means, divulge to any person not a member of both firms any trade secret or special informationemployed in or conductive to the co-operation business and which may come to the both party s knowledge in the course of the co-operation relationship, w

14、ithout the consent in writing of the other party,or of the other partysheirs, administrators, or assigns.四 保守商業(yè)秘密的承諾在甲、乙雙方展開合作業(yè)務(wù)的存續(xù)期間或無論以何種方式終止合作業(yè)務(wù)后5 年內(nèi)，如果沒有其他合伙人或其繼承人、管理者或受讓人的書面同意，任何合伙人不得向非公司成員泄漏任何商業(yè)秘密或有官合作業(yè)務(wù)采用或有助于合作業(yè)務(wù)的信息，在合作業(yè)務(wù)的運營過程中，該信息可能會成為合作雙方的專有知識。5. DURATION OF AGREEMENTThe term of this agreem

15、ent shall be for 1 year, commencing on DATE, and terminating on DATE, unless sooner terminated by mutual consent of the parties or by operation of the provisions of this agreement.五 協(xié)議期限本協(xié)議期限為 1 年，從 2011 年 x 月 x 日 開始到 2012 年 x 月 x 日 結(jié)束，除非甲、乙雙方同意或本協(xié)議條款規(guī)定可終止該協(xié)議。6. 16、顧問咨詢有限公司·戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議The enforcement and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of THE PEOPLESREPUBLIC OF CHINA.六 法律適用本協(xié)議的實施和解釋適用于中華人民共和國法律。7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTESAny dispute arising out if or in connection with this Agreement, shall be governed and construed by the laws of

17、the PEOPLE S REPUBLIC OF CHINA in CHINA INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC AND TRADE ARBITRATION COMMISSION, and shall be referred to and finally resolved by China Beijing District Court, P.R.C.七 爭議的解決方案及管轄所有因履行本協(xié)議引起的，與之相關(guān)的或不能夠通過協(xié)商解決的爭議及糾紛，任何一方均可將爭議提交中國國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易仲裁委員會，并且依照中華人民共和國規(guī)定，在北京通過仲裁的方式進行解決。8. PREVAIL OF LANG

18、UAGE VERSIONAny contradiction between Chinese and English version, Chinese version shall prevail.八 中文及英文版本間的效力所有因中、英文版本引起的矛盾及爭議，以中文版本為準(zhǔn)。9. OTHER PROVISIONBoth parties will be based on actual needs of the business co-operation to sign the specific business contracts and execute accordingly. If there

20、lePrint Name and Title姓名正楷及職務(wù)姓名正楷及職務(wù)其中專業(yè)理論知識內(nèi)容包括：保安理論知識、消防業(yè)務(wù)知識、職業(yè)道德、法律常識、保安禮儀、救護知識。作技能訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容包括：崗位操作指引、勤務(wù)技能、消防技能、軍事技能。二培訓(xùn)的及要求培訓(xùn)目的安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)責(zé)任書為了進一步落實安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，做到“責(zé)、權(quán)、利”相結(jié)合，根據(jù)我公司2015 年度安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)的內(nèi)容，現(xiàn)與財務(wù)部 簽訂如下安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)：一、目標(biāo)值：1 、全年人身死亡事故為零，重傷事故為零，輕傷人數(shù)為零。2 、現(xiàn)金安全保管，不發(fā)生盜竊事故。3 、每月足額提取安全生產(chǎn)費用，保障安全生產(chǎn)投入資金的到位。4 、安全培訓(xùn)合格率為 100% 。二、本單位安全工作上必須做到以下內(nèi)容：1 、對本單位的安全生產(chǎn)負(fù)直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責(zé)任，必須模范遵守公司的各項安全管理制度，不發(fā)布與公司
