1、Mixing(配料)Mix solve nt and bound separately with positive and n egative active materials. Make into positive and negative pasty materials after stirring at high speed till uniformity.Coati ng (涂布)Now, we are in coati ng line. We use back reverse coati ng. This is the slurry-mixi ng tank. The anode(

2、Cathode) slurry is introduced to the coating header by pneumaticity from the mixing tank. The slurry is coated uni formly on the copper foil, the n the solve nt is evaporated in this ove n.(下面的依據(jù)情況而定)There are four temperature zon es, they are in depe nden tly con trolled.Zone one sets at 55 degree

3、C, zone two sets at 65 degree C, zone three sets at 80 degree C, zone four sets at 60 degree C. The speed of coati ng is 4 meters per minu te.You see the slurry is dried. The electrode is wound to be a big roll and put into the oven. The time is more than 2 hours and temperature is set at 60 degree

4、C.Throughout the coati ng, we use micrometer to measure the electrode thick ness per about 15 minu tes. 7、 to a big roll. We use micrometer to measure the compressed electrode thickness every 10 minutes. After compressing we cut the web into large pieces. We tape the cathode edge to preve nt any possible internal short. The large electrode with edge taped is slit into smaller pieces. This is ultrasonic

8、process that aluminum tabs are welded on to cathodes using ultras onic weld mach ine. We tape the weld sect ion to preve nt any possible internal short. At the mean time, we put a small piece of in sulati on tape to the tab in order to preve nt any possible internal short. Then the prepared n ickel tab is riveted on anode and

And fin ally, we clea n the fini shed electrodes with vacuum and brush.Jelly rollThis is Jelly roll, a manual winding process. In the course of Jelly roll, firstly, we place the separator in betwee n cen tral pins,

11、press the foot switch to turn cen tral pins about 120 degrees. Secon dly, place the anode to the edge of cen tral pins, and turn cen tral pins about 180 degrees. Lastly, place the cathode to the edge of central pins. During the winding process, we apply tension by press ing the electrodes and the se

12、parator. We put the term in ati on tape at the end.After Jelly roll, we check the short circuit, the n form the Jelly roll by press ing, so that it is easier to in sert the Jelly roll into the can.Con trol poin ts:1. Then check the cap in the suitable positi on, or the defects is put into red bin ,Fi nal

18、oom! The first process is welding for the aluminum cap, specially connect the rivet with the weld plate to prevent the cell impedance excursion.The sec ond process is the Laser seam weldi ng. In the process, it must en sure the inten sity and airproof characters of the weld.After the cell is welded,

20、s is the process of cells oven drying at 80 °C for more than 12 hours under vacuum. After oven drying, the cells are tran sferred to the process of electrolyte filli ng through this cha nn el. The electrolyte filling performs in dry room. The electrolyte is injected in two times so that it can

21、be filled easily and sufficiently. When filling, vacuum first, then inject electrolyte. After that, we repeat vacuum and vent to room pressure several times. Fin ally the cell is put off at room pressure, then weigh the cell in order to check the amount of electrolyte. After weighing, we seal with t

This is the first process.The sec ond process is perform ing a pre-charge at 0.1C rate for 390 minu tes.A

24、fter the pre-charge, we take a voltage checking to the cell at once. If the voltage is lower than the sta ndard, it n eeds to be re-charged.The fourth process is the ball seal. we must complete this process in 15 minu tes.First, put the steel ball in the right place. Then, give pressure to it so tha

Formati on is done at 1.0 Capacity rate for 140 minu tes to 4.2 Voltage. After that, check thick ness and impeda nee. At last, we tran sfer the
