國際合作與交流項目合作研究協(xié)議書撰寫說明及范本

1、國際（地區(qū)）合作研究項目申請書撰寫提綱國際（地區(qū)）合作研究項目采用網(wǎng)上填寫申請書方式。申請書由基本信息 表、報告正文和相關(guān)附件材料三部分構(gòu)成。一、信息表格請在指定的位置選擇或按要求輸入正確信息， 信息填寫必須保證準(zhǔn)確清楚。 請申請人注意：您的申請書 “基本信息表 ”一頁的內(nèi)容在獲得資助后將以 在基金委的網(wǎng)站等適當(dāng)形式向社會公開， 凡涉及保密和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題的內(nèi)容不得 寫入，項目依托單位須認(rèn)真核查。 必須寫入摘要中的保密內(nèi)容應(yīng)特殊聲明， 并說 明理由。其聲明和說明以書面形式作為附件隨同紙質(zhì)申請書一并申報， 內(nèi)容保密 的摘要未提交聲明而被公開的責(zé)任自負(fù)。二、申請書報告正文（一）立項依據(jù)1. 項目的研
