4、性體預(yù)聚物、33200噸高性能表面活性油品項(xiàng)目一期工程II階段工程的機(jī)電安裝工作，包括所有設(shè)備機(jī)器及附件安裝、管道及其附件制作安裝、儀表工程安裝、電氣安裝、暖通工程安裝等。We will be responsible for whole MEI installation works in the CHEMTURA Project Acorn in accordance with the drawings, specifications and BOQ issued by CHEMTURA/WPC, and under the relevant code and standard. Includ

26、System inspection prior to blowing/flushing吹掃（清洗）前，經(jīng)監(jiān)檢部門、建設(shè)部門及施工單位對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)體及資料進(jìn)行全面檢查，確認(rèn)合格后方可進(jìn)行。After Supervision Companies, Client and Contractor fully inspect & check the system and documents, we can blow/flush.6.1.1 完成管道的強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)和嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)。 Shall complete intensity test and tightness test to piping.6.1.2

27、 向參加吹掃工作的人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底。 Shall educate and train this procedure to workers who operate the blowing/flushing.6.1.3 壓力試驗(yàn)時(shí)，需要裝設(shè)隔斷盲板的地方，壓力的導(dǎo)入口以及拆除的儀表、閥門等附件需裝設(shè)臨時(shí)短管的地方要考慮吹掃工作的需要，不宜馬上復(fù)原，以免造成重復(fù)拆卸與安裝。 During pressure testing, we have installed the blind flanges and temporary pipes and removed the instruments/valve

To avoid from repeating to install/dismantle them, we will resume them after blowing/flushing.6.1.4 吹掃時(shí)需要拆除的閥門、法蘭、儀表等，事先拆除，并用臨時(shí)短管接通。對(duì)拆除下來(lái)的閥門、法蘭等附件要密封好，妥善保管，以免丟失。管道吹洗作業(yè)前，管線上的儀表盡量避免先行安裝；已安裝的，必須采取隔離措施；已焊接的儀表部件的，需加強(qiáng)保護(hù)措施，避免損壞儀表元器件。 We shall dismantle the components (such as valves, flanges, instrument

29、s, etc.) which should be necessary to remove during blowing/flushing work, and shall install temporary short pipes instead. We should keep and store and protect the dismantled valves, flanges and instruments from damaging or losing.6.1.5 凡用氣體（如氮?dú)狻嚎s空氣）和清水沖洗的管道，在吹掃前先用敲打法，使附著于管壁的雜物脫落下來(lái)，已達(dá)到徹底吹除的目的。 To

30、obtain the efficient blowing/flushing purpose, if we use gas (such as Nitrogen and compress air) and water for flushing/blowing pipes, we should take a beat measures to piping before blowing/flushing, so that making the debris inside pipes fallen down.6.1.6 金屬管轉(zhuǎn)子流量計(jì)、玻璃管轉(zhuǎn)子流量計(jì)、電磁流量計(jì)、容積式流量計(jì)、調(diào)節(jié)閥、彈簧管壓力表、

31、視鏡、流量孔板、過(guò)濾器、隔膜閥、聚四氟乙烯閥等拆除，用臨時(shí)短管和孔板代替。安全閥應(yīng)拆除或插入盲板予以隔離。 We shall dismantle the metallic piping rotormeter, vitreous piping rotormeter, electrical flowmeter, volumetric flowmeter, adjust valve, spring piping pressure gauge, sight glass, flow orifice, strainer, diaphragm valve, PTFE valve and so on, the

32、n install temporary pipes and orifices instead. We should dismantle the safety valve or insert a blind plate to separate, too.6.1.7 儀表導(dǎo)壓管、PH計(jì)主閥關(guān)閉，下方側(cè)打開；鐵殼溫度計(jì)、液面開關(guān)不拆；液面調(diào)節(jié)計(jì)、液面計(jì)主閥關(guān)閉。 Shall close the instrument pressure transmit pipe and PH indicator valve and open the downside of them; dont need to dis

33、mantle the metalclad temperature gauge and level switch; close the level adjust indicator and level indication valve.6.1.8 應(yīng)有完善的已經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的吹掃（清洗）方案，并已向操作人員進(jìn)行了技術(shù)及安全交底。 Shall have a completed and approved procedure for blowing/flushing, and train to operators.6.2 吹掃（清洗）介質(zhì)選定Select and confirm a medium for bl

34、owing/flushing6.2.1 管道系統(tǒng)吹掃（清洗）介質(zhì)應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)規(guī)定時(shí)，可按下屬原則結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具體情況選用吹掃（清洗）介質(zhì)： We must use the medium for blowing/flushing as per Design requirements. If no design provision, we shall consider the site actual conditions and follow:6.2.1 DN600的管道宜用人工清理； Shall clean up the DN600 pipes by manpower;6.2.2 DN

35、600的液體管道宜用水沖洗； Shall use water for flushing DN600 liquid piping.6.2.3 DN600的氣體管道宜用空氣吹掃； Shall use air for blowing DN600 air piping.6.2.4 蒸汽管道應(yīng)用蒸汽吹掃； Steam pipes should be blew with steam.6.2.5 水管道應(yīng)用清潔水； Water pipe should be flushed with water.6.2.6 堿液管道應(yīng)用清水； Use water for flushing the alkali liquid

36、pipes.6.2.7 一般壓縮空氣管道應(yīng)用一般空氣； Use air for blowing the general compress air pipes.6.2.8 儀表壓縮空氣管道應(yīng)用干燥的無(wú)油壓縮空氣； Instrument compress air pipe should be blew with dry oil-free compress air.6.2.9 酸液、油管道等物料管道應(yīng)用壓縮空氣；6.2.10 純水管道應(yīng)用工業(yè)水或純水； Use industrial water or pureness water for flushing DI water pipe.6.2.11 排

37、氣（汽）管道可不沖洗，但應(yīng)檢查管路是否暢通； Vent pipe doesnt need to be flushed, but should be checked whether free or not.6.2.12 設(shè)計(jì)有規(guī)定時(shí)應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定的吹掃或清洗介質(zhì)及方法進(jìn)行吹掃或沖洗。 If Designing document has the provision of medium to flushing/blowing, we shall flush/blow with that medium.6.3 管道系統(tǒng)吹掃（清洗）Piping system blowing/flushing6.3.1

38、 水沖洗 water flushing6.3.1.1 水沖洗應(yīng)用臨時(shí)水泵來(lái)供沖洗水，當(dāng)使用工程正式泵時(shí)，應(yīng)在泵的入口前加裝臨時(shí)過(guò)濾器，以防止管路中的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入泵體內(nèi)造成設(shè)備損傷。當(dāng)被沖洗管道直徑較小且附近又能提供足夠流量和壓力的自來(lái)水管時(shí)，可以采用自來(lái)水直接進(jìn)行沖洗。 General, water flushing shall be supplied water by temporary pumps. When we use the formal ones, we should install the temporary strainer in front of pump inlet to av

39、oid pump damaged by debris inside pipes. When diameter of flushed pipe is smaller and water supply pipe (near flushed pipe) has adequate flow and pressure, we can use water of supply pipe to flush straightly.6.3.1.2 系統(tǒng)沖洗用臨時(shí)供水管道及排水管道應(yīng)按沖洗（吹掃）方案進(jìn)行安裝。水源應(yīng)從管道系統(tǒng)的高處接入，在底處排放，并將沖洗水引入下水道或溝渠。 Water supply pipe

40、and drain pipe shall be installed for piping system flushing as per flushing/blowing procedure. Water supply should be connected in high point of piping system, and drain water in low point. Flushing water shall be drained to sewer or ditch.6.3.1.3 水沖洗管道應(yīng)用潔凈水，沖洗不銹鋼管所用水的氯離子濃度必須小于25ppm。 Use cleanness

41、water for flushing. Stainless steel pipe should be flushed with water witch contains less than 25ppm consistency of chloride ion. 6.3.1.4 沖洗流速不低于1.5m/s或者水壓不低于0.5MPa/cm2。 Flow/speed of flushing shall be more than 1.5m/s or water pressure is more than 0.5MPa/cm2.6.3.1.5 水沖洗應(yīng)連續(xù)進(jìn)行，以排出口的水色透明度與入口水目測(cè)一致為合格。

42、 Water flushing shall be done continuously. When cleanness degree of drain water is same to water supply, that is to say, flushing work is finished.6.3.1.6 排放管的截面積被沖洗管道截面積的60%，排水時(shí)，應(yīng)注意不能形成負(fù)壓。 Diameter of drain pipe shall be more than 60% diameter of flushed pipe. Pay attention to negative pressure du

43、ring drain water.6.3.1.7 如果需要通過(guò)設(shè)備進(jìn)行沖洗時(shí)，在爭(zhēng)得有關(guān)人員的同意后，才可這樣做，這時(shí)應(yīng)該先沖洗設(shè)備上游側(cè)的管道，上游側(cè)管道沖洗基本干凈后再連通設(shè)備沖洗下游側(cè)的管道。 If we need flush piping system through the equipments, we must get the approval from correlative personnel. In that case, we should flush pipe of upside of equipment first. After pipe of upside is cle

44、an, we can connect to the equipment and continue to flush pipe of downside.6.3.1.8 如果不允許設(shè)備沖洗時(shí)，應(yīng)安裝臨時(shí)旁通管，繞過(guò)設(shè)備對(duì)管道系統(tǒng)沖洗。 If it is not allowable to flush pipe through equipment, we should install a by-pass pipe to flush piping system.6.3.1.9 沖洗泵類的冷卻水管時(shí)，要與泵斷開。 Shall separate from pump when we flush chillin

45、g water system.6.3.1.10 管道系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行水沖洗時(shí)必須在環(huán)境溫度5以上。若在冬季沖洗，應(yīng)采取加溫措施，在下班前，應(yīng)將管道通向大氣，排盡管內(nèi)的水，需要時(shí)可用壓縮空氣吹干，以防管道及閥門等部件凍裂。 When we flush the piping system, the environment temperature must be more than 5. In winter, we shall take heating/warming measures to flush. Before off duty, we must drain out water inside pip

46、es, even use compress air to blow out, in order to avoiding pipes and valves from freezing.6.3.2 空氣吹掃 Air blowing6.3.2.1 首先將壓力源接到被吹掃的管道上，接入點(diǎn)應(yīng)盡可能選區(qū)本系統(tǒng)的較高位置，這樣可以自上而下的吹掃，以獲得較好的效果。 First, we should connect air supply to blew pipes and keep the connect point in high point of system so that blow pipe from

47、 up to down.6.3.2.2 吹掃時(shí)，空氣的流速較大，空氣帶著雜物通過(guò)被吹洗的管道內(nèi)表面，所以襯里管道需用低流速，以免損傷管道的襯里。 General, air speed is quickly during blowing. So liner pipe need to be blew with low speed to avoid from damaging by debris inside pipes.6.3.2.3 空氣吹掃流速20m/s，吹掃壓力不大于0.6MPa，且不得超過(guò)管道的設(shè)計(jì)壓力。 Keep a speed of more than 20m/s and pressu

48、re is less than 0.6MPa and design pressure.6.3.2.4 吹掃時(shí)用錘（不銹鋼管用木錘或塑料錘）輕敲管壁，對(duì)焊縫、死角和管底部位重點(diǎn)敲打，但不得損傷管子。 When we need blow piping system, we can use a hammer (wooden hammer or plastic hammer for SS pipes) to beat pipe (especially, in the point of welding joint, dead leg and bottom of pipes) lightly, but d
