32、基 本條件。根據(jù)改煤礦的基本情況本設(shè)計(jì)決定采用暗胴開(kāi)拓，采用走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤的方法，是根據(jù)國(guó)家有 關(guān)文件及實(shí)際情況而設(shè)計(jì)的，本方案安全可靠，經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、見(jiàn)效快、技術(shù)可靠。礦井設(shè)計(jì)的供電電源采用多級(jí)設(shè)備多級(jí)備份，可滿足礦區(qū)各設(shè)備的供電需求。對(duì)于各種本安和非 本安設(shè)備都有有其相關(guān)用電規(guī)則，保證井下的安全用電，從而提高礦區(qū)的工作效率。二、安全檢測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)概述1、礦井災(zāi)害種類程度及設(shè)置安全監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的重要性本礦井屬高瓦斯礦井，所開(kāi)采煤層均為易自燃煤層；煤塵具有爆炸性地點(diǎn)危險(xiǎn)；礦井無(wú)沖擊 地壓顯現(xiàn)，煤層為 2類頂板易管理。礦井設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力45kt/a, 2面4頭，提升、運(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)、排水、供配電等環(huán)節(jié)較多，不論哪

33、一環(huán)節(jié)故障都有可能釀成事故，甚至造成重大事故，特別是近幾 年煤礦事故的頻出以及相關(guān)機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)煤礦安全的重視。因此礦井設(shè)置安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，對(duì)礦井安 全實(shí)施全方位的監(jiān)控是十分必要的。2、安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)置的條件和要求根據(jù)煤礦安全規(guī)程第 158條規(guī)定，所有礦井必須裝備礦井安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)在采煤工 作面進(jìn)、回風(fēng)平巷、回風(fēng)隅角、巖石回風(fēng)上山、行人上山、提升上山、掘進(jìn)工作面磕頭、礦井總 回風(fēng)巷、井下中央配電所、主扇風(fēng)機(jī)房等重要機(jī)電胴室，在回風(fēng)巷大于1000m的時(shí)候必須在必須在回風(fēng)平巷的中部必須設(shè)置甲烷傳感器，并設(shè)置安全集中監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)，對(duì)礦井瓦斯?jié)舛?、一氧化碳、溫度、風(fēng)速、壓差等影響礦井安全的環(huán)境參數(shù)及礦井

34、主要機(jī)電設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行時(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控。各種傳感器的預(yù)警值、報(bào)警值和斷電值以及上限復(fù)電值都要根據(jù)該礦井的實(shí)際情況設(shè)定好值；各 種傳感器的對(duì)應(yīng)控制輸入輸出也應(yīng)該規(guī)劃好；近程和遠(yuǎn)程斷電都要按其規(guī)定連接好設(shè)備和調(diào)效。三、安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和傳輸設(shè)備選擇6. 監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備選型原則(1)監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控設(shè)備必須符合有關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，取得“防爆合格證，且優(yōu)先選擇本質(zhì) 安全型設(shè)備。(2)必須具有監(jiān)測(cè)、報(bào)警、斷電、控制、顯示、存儲(chǔ)、打印報(bào)表和完善的故障閉鎖功能。當(dāng)電網(wǎng)停電時(shí)能正常工作不小于2h;系統(tǒng)必須具有防雷電保護(hù)措施；中心站不少于2臺(tái)主機(jī)，1臺(tái)備用。(3)技術(shù)先進(jìn)、更新能力和售后服務(wù)好。(4)充分利用現(xiàn)有

45、制輸出，最多安裝 16個(gè)傳感器；中分站（KFD-3 ） 容量：8個(gè)輸入端口，4個(gè)控制輸出，最多安裝 8個(gè)傳感器。根據(jù)傳感器和執(zhí)行器與分站的距離最 多不能超過(guò)2km,與地面中心站的距離不能大于25km,根據(jù)線纜的損耗確定實(shí)際距離監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控分站為礦用本質(zhì)安全型，輸入電壓為AC36或AC127V ,頻率為50Hz。分站在接傳感器時(shí)，不用區(qū)別開(kāi)關(guān)量、模擬量，完全由地面計(jì)算機(jī)作統(tǒng)一定義。分站主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各類傳感器數(shù)據(jù) 收集、實(shí)時(shí)處理、存諸、顯示、控制和與地面中心站的數(shù)據(jù)通信。分站可適用于井上下各種場(chǎng)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)瓦斯斷電儀和瓦斯風(fēng)電閉鎖裝置的全部功能。分站使用帶備用電源（獨(dú)立供電大于2h）,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)停電或發(fā)生故障時(shí)

46、，仍可獨(dú)立工作，能從分站調(diào)出有關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行故障分析。井下分站安裝在便于人員觀察、調(diào)試、檢驗(yàn)及支護(hù)良好、無(wú)滴水、無(wú)雜物的進(jìn)風(fēng)巷道或胴室中，安裝時(shí)加墊支架，使其距巷道底板不小于 300mm或吊掛在巷道中。聲光報(bào)警器設(shè)置在相鄰分站附 近。瓦斯傳感器防爆型式為 Exibd I礦用本安兼隔爆型，其余為 Exibd I礦用本安型，傳感器穩(wěn)定 性好、可靠性高，具有就地?cái)?shù)據(jù)顯示、報(bào)警、斷電等功能，工作電流小，傳輸距離遠(yuǎn)。系統(tǒng)具有獨(dú)特的三級(jí)斷電控制和超強(qiáng)異地交叉斷電能力（中心站手控、分站程控和傳感器就地控 制），具有斷電回信息比較，若異常則報(bào)警。礦井達(dá)產(chǎn)時(shí)，全礦共需要 9個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控分站，使用 7個(gè)，備用2個(gè)。其中

57、：每10天必須使用校準(zhǔn)氣樣和空氣樣調(diào)校、測(cè)試1次。監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控設(shè)備發(fā)生故障時(shí)，必須及時(shí)處理，在故障期間必須有安全措施。必須每天檢查監(jiān) 測(cè)監(jiān)控設(shè)備及電纜是否正常，使用便攜式甲烷檢測(cè)報(bào)警儀與甲烷傳感器進(jìn)行對(duì)照，并將記錄和檢 查結(jié)果報(bào)監(jiān)測(cè)值班員；當(dāng)兩者讀數(shù)誤差大于允許誤差時(shí)，先以讀數(shù)較大者為依據(jù)，采取安全措施并必須有8h內(nèi)對(duì)2種設(shè)備調(diào)校完畢，必須設(shè)專職人員負(fù)責(zé)便攜式甲烷檢測(cè)報(bào)警儀的充電、收發(fā)和維護(hù)。每班要清理隔爆罩上的煤塵，發(fā)放前必須檢查便攜式甲烷檢測(cè)報(bào)警儀的零點(diǎn)和電壓或電源 欠壓值，不符合要求的嚴(yán)禁發(fā)放使用。9. 傳輸設(shè)備及器材選型(1) .傳輸設(shè)備及器材選型原則傳輸設(shè)備應(yīng)符合中華人民共和國(guó)煤炭行業(yè)標(biāo)

58、準(zhǔn)煤礦用信息傳輸裝置(MT/T899-2000 )。用于監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的誤碼率不應(yīng)大于10-6,最大巡檢周期不應(yīng)大于30s。安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控設(shè)備之間的輸入輸出信號(hào)必須為本質(zhì)安全型信號(hào)，設(shè)備之間必須使用專用阻燃電纜、光纜連接，嚴(yán)禁與調(diào)度電話 線和動(dòng)力電纜等共用。(2) .傳輸設(shè)備及器材型號(hào)、數(shù)量根據(jù)煤礦安全規(guī)程規(guī)定，井下電纜必須選用檢驗(yàn)合格的并取得煤礦礦用產(chǎn)品安全標(biāo)志的阻燃 電纜、光纜。本系統(tǒng)中心站下井、井下主要傳輸線采用光纜，根據(jù)本礦井屬于平胴型也可以選用 MHY-32 (1x4x1.0)主傳輸線纜。分站至模擬量傳感器之間采用PUYVR-1 X 4 X 7/0.43型電纜，分站至開(kāi)關(guān)量傳感器之間、控制電纜采用PUYVR-1 X2X 7/0.28型電纜。電纜每隔100m作一黃色標(biāo)志，標(biāo)志長(zhǎng)度為100m,電纜的敷設(shè)、連接方式按相關(guān)規(guī)程規(guī)范的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。(3) .傳輸設(shè)備由傳輸電纜和接線盒組成，傳輸電纜分3種規(guī)格：1)主通訊電纜：用于監(jiān)控總站至分站、分線盒至分站的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，型號(hào) PUYVRP39 1X4 X 7/1.38,長(zhǎng) 1200m。2)模擬電纜：用于分站至分線盒的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，型號(hào) PUYVP 1X4X7/0.43,長(zhǎng)2150m。3)開(kāi)關(guān)量電纜：用于分
