2、ent目錄一、 工程概況Project Overview上海迪士尼樂園項(xiàng)目GC-5明日世界迪士尼片區(qū)位于迪士尼西南角，緊靠西門；明日世界308單體天幕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)正在施工，天幕膜結(jié)構(gòu)工程由72塊ETFE氣枕組成，最大氣枕約為70米長(zhǎng)，3米寬，面積約200平方米，最小氣枕長(zhǎng)為8米，面積約為20平方米。ETFE氣枕是迪士尼定制的雙層藍(lán)色帶印花圖案。外圍由508塊連續(xù)的不規(guī)則鋁板組成收邊，鋁板表面是業(yè)主選擇的變色龍油漆噴涂。Shanghai Disneyland GC-5 Tomorrowland is located in the southwestern side and close to west

3、entrance. TL 308 Canopy steel structure is under construction. The canopy membrane consists of 72 pieces of ETFE air cushion of which the biggest is about 70m long and 3m wide with an area of about 200 square meters and the smallest is about 8m long with an area of about 20 square meters. ETFE air c

4、ushion has double-layer blue printed pattern specially designed for Disney. 508 pieces of continuous irregular aluminum panel form the lining. 9、 material 根據(jù)本工程設(shè)計(jì)要求和國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)范要求對(duì)所涉及到的ETFE膜材、邊繩、鋁型材、緊固件、鋁板、鋼支架、充氣管、防水膠條、防水硅膠等進(jìn)行監(jiān)控檢查。According to design requirements and national codes, ETFE membrane, edge rope, aluminum, fastener, steel rack, air feeding pipe and waterproof tape should be kept under monitoring. 1、 進(jìn)場(chǎng)ETFE（四氯乙烯）膜材氣枕及邊繩等外觀檢查，氣枕表面是否受潮、污損

10、，是否有劃痕、斷裂，邊緣是否平順，防水膠條邊繩是否扭曲、打結(jié)、斷裂，出廠標(biāo)證是否齊全。Perform appearance check for delivered ETFE membrane air cushion and check its surface moisture, damage, crack, scratch and smoothness status; waterproof tape should not be twisted, bent or cracked. Factory warranty and certificates should be provided. 2、 進(jìn)

11、場(chǎng)鋁型材、鋁板、鋼支架、轉(zhuǎn)接件、緊固件等材質(zhì)規(guī)格檢查，外觀尺寸厚度等是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，鋁型材、鋁板、鋼支架等表面是否有銹蝕、麻點(diǎn)、凹坑、毛刺等，平整度是否符合要求，出廠標(biāo)證是否齊全。Delivered aluminum, steel rack, transition fittings and fastener should have qualified size. No rust, cup and spur is allowed on the surface. The flatness should comply with requirements with full set of facto

12、ry certificates. 3、 按照有關(guān)規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)工程所涉及的構(gòu)件等材料，制造廠商均應(yīng)提供完整的出廠產(chǎn)品合格證、檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)報(bào)告、質(zhì)保書等復(fù)印件。Manufacture should provide complete product qualification certificate, testing report and warranty. 凡不符合上述要求的，監(jiān)理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不予驗(yàn)收并不得進(jìn)場(chǎng)安裝使用。Jianli will not carry out inspection if above requirements are not met. 五、 轉(zhuǎn)接件及鋁型材安裝質(zhì)量監(jiān)控Transi

13、tion Components and Aluminum Installation Quality Control 1、 轉(zhuǎn)接件的組立定位：由于308、302、307均為曲面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，尤其是308天幕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)全部為空間三維扭曲形狀，因此T型轉(zhuǎn)接件組立定位的尺寸誤差必須嚴(yán)格控制在設(shè)計(jì)允許范圍內(nèi)，以確保整體幾何形狀的正確。組立定位完成后須認(rèn)真自檢自查，各部尺寸、角度等符合設(shè)計(jì)要求后，方允許進(jìn)行定位點(diǎn)焊。Positioning of transition component: due to the irregular structure of 308, 302 and 307, T type trans

14、ition component must have offset under control strictly to guarantee the correct size. After positioning, perform self-check. Welding is not allowed until all size and angle have complied with design requirement. 2、 轉(zhuǎn)接件的焊接：轉(zhuǎn)接件的焊接必須由取得焊接作業(yè)操作資格證的合格焊工進(jìn)行焊接操作，組裝焊接前應(yīng)清除構(gòu)件連接處焊縫兩側(cè)各30mm-50mm范圍內(nèi)的油漬、氧化皮、油污、水份等有

15、害物，焊縫外觀應(yīng)平滑，無焊瘤、咬邊、氣孔、飛濺、偏焊等缺陷，焊縫余高、包角符合要求。Welding of transition components: welding must be performed by qualified welder with certificate. Before welding, remove all oil, rust, oxide skin and water; welding seam should be smooth and free of weld flash, undercut, air bubble and splash. 3、 鋁型材及轉(zhuǎn)接件的安裝

16、：底座型材必須與相鄰型材在同一直線上，兩相鄰型材接口處水平錯(cuò)口和水平高差必須嚴(yán)格控制在±2mm，同時(shí)做好相鄰型材伸縮縫的控制（相鄰鋁型材安裝時(shí)預(yù)留6mm-14mm的間隙，或每隔3m至少設(shè)置6mm-14mm間隙）。 鋁型材必須使用正確的固定方式在轉(zhuǎn)接件上擰緊鎖定，所有底座型材都應(yīng)與主結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行電氣隔離。Installation of aluminum and transition component: base profile bar must be at the same straight line with adjacent profile bar; Offset of two ad

Expansion joint must comply with requirement as well (6mm-14mm gap preserved for installation or set up 6mm-14mm gap every 3m). 4、 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鋁型材在安裝施工前，要檢查鋁型材相應(yīng)位置是否有排水孔，若沒有排水孔，可在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行鉆孔，鉆孔時(shí)必須與鋁型材表面齊平，并清理毛刺。Before installation of aluminum profile bar, ch

18、eck installation position and confirm there is drainage hole; if not, drill hole on site and the hole must be levelled with the surface of aluminum bar. Spur must be removed. 六、 ETFE膜結(jié)構(gòu)氣枕安裝質(zhì)量監(jiān)控ETFE Membrane Structure Air Cushion Installation Quality Control ETFE膜結(jié)構(gòu)氣枕安裝對(duì)于屋面性能有長(zhǎng)期影響，在所有安裝階段，成品外觀和性能非常重要

19、，必須保證外層無損且性能良好。Installation of ETFE membrane air cushion will have long-time effect on the performance of roof so in all stages of installation, appearance and performance must be guaranteed well. 1、 氣枕安裝前，首先必須檢查底座密封膠條，接縫防水膠片是否安裝到位并保持完好。管道充氣口是否位于正確位置，并粗測(cè)氣枕框架以確保氣枕合適匹配。First check base rubber seal bef

20、ore installation to confirm waterproof gasket has been correctly installed. Inflation mouth must be at the right place. Make air cushion frame match with air cushion soundly. 2、 氣枕安裝過程中，底座型材上所有區(qū)域都必須裝有密封膠條和壓蓋，固定邊必須全部壓到中央槽中進(jìn)行固定，在所有密封膠條接縫位置，用密封膠進(jìn)行密封，做到防水連接。During inspection of air cushion, sealing gask

21、et and cap must be installed for all area. To fix all edges into central channel and use sealant to seal joints for the sake of waterproofing performance. 3、 壓蓋安裝時(shí)，螺釘須完全擰緊到壓蓋中，但不得損傷橡膠墊圈，不得弄斷橡膠密封條，兩相鄰壓蓋膠條間防水處理須用專門的密封劑密封。密封劑表面外觀應(yīng)平坦均勻，邊緣應(yīng)平直整潔。Screws must be tightened into cap for installation but rubbe

22、r gasket should not be damaged. Use special sealant to do waterproofing between adjacent rubber tapes. Surface of sealant should be smooth and uniform. 七、 充氣系統(tǒng)的安裝與調(diào)試質(zhì)量監(jiān)控Installation and Commissioning Quality Control for Inflating System 1、 充氣管道： 充氣泵須嚴(yán)格按照?qǐng)D紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)要求安裝到位，充氣泵須安裝在離地10cm以上的鋼架基地上，以防設(shè)備遇積水浸泡，充氣設(shè)

23、備周邊20cm以上應(yīng)無遮擋，確保設(shè)備周圍空氣流動(dòng)通暢，所有充氣管道接口要用硅膠進(jìn)行密封，并用夾具進(jìn)行緊固，防止漏氣。Inflating pipe: inflating pump must be installed on steel rack at least 10cm higher than ground in strict accordance with design drawing and there should be no shielding 20cm from the inflating device to make sure air can flow freely. 24、e joints should be sealed with silicon sealant and be fixed with clipper to avoid air leakage. 2、 充氣泵：充氣管道安裝完畢后，對(duì)充氣泵內(nèi)氣壓設(shè)置進(jìn)行檢查是否在設(shè)計(jì)氣壓，通電前檢查各個(gè)開關(guān)是否復(fù)位準(zhǔn)確，通電后觀察指示燈是否正常指示，充氣設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后連接充氣管一端封堵，檢查每個(gè)接頭是否漏氣。Inflating pump: after air pipe is installed, check the air pressure of the inflating pump and each switch

25、before power connection. Observe indicating lamp and check air leakage status after operation. 3、 充氣系統(tǒng)全部安裝調(diào)試完成后，連接主充氣管道，對(duì)管道進(jìn)行24小時(shí)預(yù)沖洗清潔，去除充氣管道內(nèi)部灰塵，充氣管道清潔完畢后，連接充氣軟管，對(duì)氣枕進(jìn)行充氣，并仔細(xì)檢查氣枕周邊是否平順，是否漏氣。Connect the main inflating pipe to clean the pipe 24 hours after commissioning is done and remove dust inside.

26、 Later inflate the air cushion and check carefully the smoothness and air leakage status. 八、 鋁板、天溝的安裝Aluminum Panel and Gutter Installation 1、 天溝支架的定位安裝：由于是扭曲結(jié)構(gòu)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)每塊鋁板大小不同，在支架安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)模型和深化圖對(duì)支架進(jìn)行定位，首先在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)外緣桿件上定位，安裝好抱箍。安裝抱箍時(shí)，抱箍?jī)?nèi)側(cè)與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)桿件接觸部位必須用橡膠墊片隔開，同時(shí)將鋁型材用螺栓固定在鋼架上，將鋼支架與抱箍用連接板連接，并檢查支架間距及方向。Positioning o

27、f gutter rack: due to different size of each aluminum panel, do positioning for rack installation according to model and shop drawing; first do positioning on outer edge rod of the steel structure and install the clamp. During installation, use rubber gasket to separate the inner side of clamp and s

28、teel rod; fix aluminum profile to steel rack with screws and connect steel rack with clamp with connection plate and check rack spacing and direction. 2、 天溝鋁板的安裝，鋁板安裝前須經(jīng)業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、管理公司共同檢查油漆噴涂質(zhì)量，確保從工廠到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料無損后進(jìn)行安裝，若在安裝過程中油漆劃傷或者損壞，則要將鋁板拆除返廠進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)或重新加工。Before installation of gutter aluminum board, the owner,

If damaged during installation, aluminum board should be returned to factory for repair.九、 一些具體事項(xiàng)要求Other Requirement 1、 原材料、構(gòu)件進(jìn)場(chǎng)報(bào)驗(yàn)：原材料、構(gòu)件進(jìn)場(chǎng)后，分包單位應(yīng)有專職質(zhì)檢員進(jìn)行外觀、尺寸、質(zhì)量等進(jìn)行檢查，查驗(yàn)合格后，以書面形式報(bào)總包單位復(fù)驗(yàn)，總包單位檢查通過后，報(bào)監(jiān)理公司復(fù)查驗(yàn)收。Material and components witness test: after delivery, subcontractor should arrange dedicated QC pe
