2、略,并在2013年4月的漢諾威工業(yè)博覽會(huì)上正式推出,其目的是為了提高德國(guó)工業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在新一輪工業(yè)革命中占領(lǐng)先機(jī)。該戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)得到德國(guó)科研機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)界的廣泛認(rèn)同,弗勞恩霍夫協(xié)會(huì)將在其下屬6 - 7個(gè)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的研究所引入工業(yè)4.0概念,西門子公司已經(jīng)開始將這一概念引入其工業(yè)軟件開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)。12工業(yè)4.0內(nèi)涵工業(yè)4.0概念包含了由集中式控制向分散式增強(qiáng)型控制的基本模式轉(zhuǎn)變,目標(biāo)是建立一個(gè) 高度靈活的個(gè)性化和數(shù)字化的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的生產(chǎn)模式。在這種模式中,傳統(tǒng)的行業(yè)界限將消失,并會(huì)產(chǎn)生各種新的活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域和合作形式。創(chuàng)造新價(jià)值的過程正在發(fā)生改變,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分工將被重組。德國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界和產(chǎn)業(yè)界認(rèn)為,工業(yè)4.0

3、'概念即是以智能制造為主導(dǎo)的第四次工業(yè)革命,或革命性的生產(chǎn)方法。該戰(zhàn)略旨在通過充分利用信息通訊技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間虛擬系統(tǒng)一信息物理系統(tǒng)(Cyber-Physical System)2相結(jié)合的手段,將制造業(yè)向智能化轉(zhuǎn)型。工業(yè)4.0項(xiàng)目主要分為兩大主題,一是智能工廠”,重點(diǎn)研究智能化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)及過程,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)化分布式生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的實(shí)現(xiàn);二是智能生產(chǎn)”,主要涉及整個(gè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流管理、人機(jī)互動(dòng)以及3D技術(shù)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中的應(yīng)用等。該計(jì)劃將特別注重吸引中小企業(yè)參與,力 圖使中小企業(yè)成為新一代智能化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的使用者和受益者,同時(shí)也成為先進(jìn)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)造者和供應(yīng)者。3工業(yè)4.0月標(biāo)德國(guó)制造業(yè)是世界上最具
