1、攪 拌 罐BLENDING TANK說明書Specification廣州市依肯乳化機(jī)械設(shè)備有限公司GUANGZHOU YKN EMULSIFYING MACHINERY CO,.LTD一 用途 Usage本攪拌罐主要用于液體洗滌劑，如洗潔精、香波、沐浴露等產(chǎn)品的配制。本機(jī)集攪拌、均質(zhì)、加熱、保溫等功能于一體，且具有節(jié)能、耐蝕、生產(chǎn)能力強(qiáng)、清洗方便、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單等特點(diǎn)，是廠家配置液體的理想設(shè)備。This blending tank is main use in producing detergent, such as dish wash、shampoo、shower gel and so on. 3、結(jié)構(gòu) Structure本設(shè)備分為罐體、罐蓋、攪拌機(jī)構(gòu)、均質(zhì)機(jī)構(gòu)、電控裝置和框架平臺。罐體上與物料接觸的部分使用316材料制成。罐體有兩個夾層，為加熱層和保溫層；罐體內(nèi)外拋光，罐體內(nèi)裝有攪拌槳和均質(zhì)頭，工作時起均質(zhì)攪拌作用；罐體頂部有擺線針輪減速器，帶動攪拌槳，并可裝拆和清洗，有一扇半開式鍋蓋，供清洗和進(jìn)料用；罐體底部裝有裝有溫度計(jì)，顯示罐內(nèi)溫度；下面還帶有兩個出料口，一個垂直向下，尺寸為3寸，另個一朝向前面，尺寸為2寸；兩個出料口都裝有放料閥，等均質(zhì)攪拌結(jié)束后，打開放料閥手柄90°，即可放料；放料口可以連接管道方便放料。本設(shè)備配備有小型的框架平臺，方便客戶往罐體里面加料和檢測罐體內(nèi)

7、h small frame platform for feeding and chat the condition inside the tank more easy.三 特性 Characters本罐體以380V電力為熱源，加熱夾層內(nèi)裝有電熱棒，由外接電源控制，且加熱夾層外部配備有保溫夾層，夾層內(nèi)塞有高質(zhì)量的保溫棉。故整個罐體具有受熱面積大，熱效率高，加熱均勻，液料沸騰時間短，保溫時間長等特點(diǎn)。The heating source of the tank is 380V. 11、be on the opposite. 六 使用和保養(yǎng) Use and preserve1. 攪拌罐使用前，罐內(nèi)須用淡熱水洗干凈。物料由開放鍋蓋倒入，放入物料不宜裝的太滿，以免物料被攪拌時外濺，造成物料損失或環(huán)境污染。2. 攪拌結(jié)束，放盡灌內(nèi)剩余物料，應(yīng)盡快使用溫水沖洗，刷掉附著物料，并對罐體進(jìn)行全面清洗，待下次使用。3. 要經(jīng)常檢查設(shè)備和減速器的工作情況，減速器乳化油不足時，應(yīng)及時補(bǔ)充，半年換一次（40#機(jī)油）。在設(shè)備不用時，一定要用清水洗凈罐體內(nèi)外，勿用臟水沖洗，以免腐蝕，經(jīng)常擦洗罐體，保持外膽清潔，內(nèi)膽光亮，達(dá)到經(jīng)久耐用的目的。1.
