22、 used to ensure the long-term stable and reliable performance of the dewar with more than five-year life service.5. 航空運(yùn)輸型液氮生物容器中先進(jìn)的液氮吸收體，可大量吸附液氮并防水、防潮。當(dāng)向容器中注入液氮時(shí)，液氮吸收體便充分吸附液氮，通過液氮吸收體吸附的液氮自然揮發(fā)形成氮?dú)?，使?nèi)膽中的溫度在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)始終保持在150 以下，保存的生物樣品便可在冷凍和干爽狀態(tài)下儲(chǔ)存或安全地進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸，即使在運(yùn)輸途中容器傾倒，也不會(huì)有液氮流出。While filling liquid nitro

Poring excessive liquid nitrogen from the container, nitrogen gas evaporated from liquid nitrogen in Liquid Nitrogen Adsorber can maintain the temperature of Inner Vessel under -150 for a certain period, it is suitable for long-distan

24、ce transportation for liquid nitrogen stored or biological specimen stored, especially for air transportation. Even if the container is turned over, liquid nitrogen never spills out.六、產(chǎn)品使用須知(Notice)1. 用戶使用產(chǎn)品前，應(yīng)開箱檢查產(chǎn)品外觀質(zhì)量，如發(fā)現(xiàn)容器外觀有缺陷，在收到產(chǎn)品后5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，將此信息返回我公司（聯(lián)系方式見封底）。代、經(jīng)銷單位則按代、經(jīng)銷協(xié)議有關(guān)條款執(zhí)行。Before using th

25、e dewar, users should open the cases to check the outward appearance. If any defect is found on it, our company should be informed within 5 working days after receiving the dewar (For means of contact, see the back cover) . Then the sales agency or distribution department shall solve the problem in

26、accordance with the related clauses in the agreement2.液氮生物容器系列產(chǎn)品分貯存、運(yùn)輸兩大類型。貯存型容器主要用于室內(nèi)液氮和冷凍物品的靜置貯存，不能作車載運(yùn)輸使用；為滿足運(yùn)輸?shù)氖褂脳l件，運(yùn)輸型容器作了專門的防震設(shè)計(jì)，該類容器除可靜置貯存外，還可在充裝液氮狀態(tài)下作運(yùn)輸使用，但應(yīng)避免碰撞和劇烈震動(dòng)。Liquid nitrogen container includes storage and transportation types.The storage dewar is mainly used for indoor static storag

28、ng or sever vibration is permitted.3貯存型容器初次使用時(shí)，按如下步驟進(jìn)行：Instruction for first time of using storage type:1）.若在室內(nèi)對容器補(bǔ)充液氮，請注意要打開門窗操作，防止操作環(huán)境中嚴(yán)重缺氧。If the making-up of the liquid nitrogen is conducted indoor, all the windows and doors must be opened to avoid the severe lack of oxygen to cause suffocation

29、of the operator.2）. 貯存型新容器或已解凍復(fù)溫的容器，在使用前必須先充入少量液氮預(yù)冷，接近熱平衡（氣化不劇烈）后再注滿液氮。充裝液氮時(shí)，宜用泵或長管漏斗，其充注管要插至接近容器底部，并須在容器口部留有空隙，讓氮?dú)馀懦觥Ｗ⑷肴萜鲀?nèi)的液氮液面高度不能超過頸管下端平面。操作中應(yīng)避免人體與液氮接觸，以免引起凍傷。New dewars or de-frosted dewars must be pre-cooled to reach the thermal balance (with no violent vaporization) before they are filled with

30、 liquid nitrogen. During filling liquid nitrogen, the pump or long-tube funnel is preferred for this purpose. The filling tube should reach near the bottom of the dewar with a gap left at the dewar mouth as an outlet for gaseous nitrogen. The height of liquid nitrogen level filled in mustnt be highe

31、r than bottom of the neck tube. During the operation, caution must be taken against the contact of human body with the liquid nitrogen to avoid cold injuries.4.航運(yùn)型容器初次使用時(shí)，按如下步驟進(jìn)行：Instruction for first time of usingdir shipper:1）向容器內(nèi)注入液氮，液面高度達(dá)頸管底部；Fill the container to the bottom of Neck Tube and Liq

32、uid Nitrogen Absorber starts to absorb liquid nitrogen;2）12小時(shí)后，再向容器內(nèi)注入液氮，液面高度達(dá)頸管底部；Fill the container to the bottom of Neck Tube for the second time 12 hours later to make liquid nitrogen absorbed completely (to reach saturation);3）靜止12小時(shí)后，才能將殘余液氮倒出；After another 12 hours, Liquid Nitrogen Adsorber s

33、hould be saturated (Complete absorption may take up to 24 hours);運(yùn)輸之前，應(yīng)測試液氮吸收體是否已達(dá)飽和，按下述“容器中液氮貯量的測試”方法進(jìn)行測算液氮吸收體吸附的液氮貯量，比較該值與表1對應(yīng)的吸附容積數(shù)值，若兩者偏差不大（由于大氣壓情況、制造誤差，液氮吸收體的實(shí)際吸附能力與表1的理論值可能有偏差），便可判定液氮吸收體已經(jīng)飽和。反之，應(yīng)再次向容器內(nèi)注入液氮，2小時(shí)后，倒出殘余液氮，即可使用。Prior to shipment, pour off the excess liquid nitrogen. 34、r is just for storage, it is unnecessary to pour off the excess liquid nitrogen.In order to make Liquid Nitrogen Absorber reach saturation (to ensure the maximum liquid nitrogen holding time), it is recommended to test if Liquid Nitrogen Absorber reaches saturation before the above step 4). The meth

35、od is: calculating liquid nitrogen volume which Liquid Nitrogen Absorber adsorbs, and comparing with the value in Table 1. If the value calculated is as much as the value in table 1, Liquid Nitrogen Absorber has reached saturation (The actual value is slightly different from the nominal value due to

36、 manufacturing tolerance). If not, refill liquid nitrogen to the bottom of Neck Tube. 2 hours later, Liquid Nitrogen Absorber will reach saturation.5. 在容器初次放入冷凍物品后的23個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)，建議用戶落實(shí)專人，定時(shí)觀察容器外表面是否出現(xiàn)冷凝水或有結(jié)霜現(xiàn)象，如出現(xiàn)這兩種情況，表明容器的真空度已惡化，將引起容器內(nèi)的液氮在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)揮發(fā)完，容器便不能正常使用。出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象的概率雖然很小，有可能是由于未按產(chǎn)品要求進(jìn)行裝卸、運(yùn)輸所致，但為避免冷凍物品的損

37、失，這種觀察很有必要。Within 23 hours after the frozen goods are put into the dewar for the first time, a special person must be designated by the user to regularly observe whether there is condensed water or frost on the outer shell. If there is condensed water or frost, it means that the vacuum of the dewar

38、has been deteriorated, which will cause liquid nitrogen to evaporate completely in a very short time. In this case, the dewar cant work normally. The possibility of this kind of phenomenon is small. It may be caused by the improper unloading or transporting of the dewar. However, in order to avoid t

39、he loss of frozen matters, this kind of observation is very necessary.6.請注意，容器外殼已承受使用、運(yùn)輸環(huán)境的大氣壓壓力，在使用或運(yùn)輸過程中，如發(fā)生嚴(yán)重碰撞或重壓，將會(huì)使容器外殼表面發(fā)生凹陷，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品損壞或失效。Attention must be paid to the fact that the outer shell of the dewar is under the atmospheric pressure in the transportation and operation, so if any serve bu

40、mping or heavy pressing occurs, the outer surface of the dewar will be dented to cause damage or ineffectiveness to the dewar.7. 容器為液氮貯存、運(yùn)輸而設(shè)計(jì)，嚴(yán)禁盛裝液氧。The dewars are designed for liquid nitrogen storage and transporting, please do not store liquid oxygen.8. 容器的內(nèi)膽屬常壓工作狀態(tài)，不允許隨意采取充氣加壓或密封容器口的方法使用。The inn

41、er vessel generally works under the normal pressure and no pressurization is permitted at random and no sealing of the vessel mouth is allowed in operation.9. 頸管是液氮和冷凍物品進(jìn)出的通道，使用時(shí)切勿劃傷管壁。The neck tube is the channel for liquid nitrogen and frozen matters and no scratch on the wall of the neck tube is

42、allowed when using.10. 容器真空封口接頭是保持容器夾層真空的關(guān)鍵部件，一旦受到破壞，將立即導(dǎo)致容器夾層真空惡化，產(chǎn)品不能繼續(xù)使用，因此，用戶不得擅自打開容器真空封口接頭。The Evacuating Nozzle is important for protecting the interlayer vacuum of the dewar; Once damaged, the interlayer vacuum will deteriorate immediately and dewars cant work, so users mustnt open the Evacua

43、ting Nozzle privately.11. 容器中液氮貯量的測試Test of the quantity of liquid nitrogen in the container1）、貯存型容器中液氮貯量的測試檢查容器內(nèi)液氮貯存量，可使用稱重法，也可采用液面尺、細(xì)木或竹桿插入液氮視其結(jié)霜高度（液面高度）的方法，切勿用空心管插入，以免液氮從管內(nèi)沖出飛濺傷人。使用中注意及時(shí)補(bǔ)充液氮，對容器補(bǔ)充液氮時(shí)，其液位的高度不得高于容器頸管的下端平面。操作及取放冷凍物品時(shí)，請注意要輕拿輕放。The quantity of liquid nitrogen stored in the dewar may b

44、e measured by weighing or by inserting a level gage, thin wooden or bamboo stick into thedewarto see the height of its frosted part (i.e. the height of liquid nitrogen). It is prohibited to insert any hollow pipe into the dewar to prevent the liquid nitrogen from squirting out. During the operation,

45、 attention must be paid to make up liquid nitrogen in the dewar in time. The height of liquid mustnt be higher than the bottom of the neck tube. Please conduct gently and carefully when putting in and taking out the frozen matters.2）、容器在使用過程中，用戶如需測試液氮貯量以便及時(shí)補(bǔ)充液氮，可按以下方法進(jìn)行：先稱出容器含蓋塞、不含提筒和冷凍物品時(shí)的重量（若內(nèi)膽中有殘

46、余液氮，則需完全倒出后稱重），再減去表1中對應(yīng)的容器空重，差值即為液氮吸收體所吸附的液氮重量，以該重量除以液氮密度（理論值為0.808 kg/L），即可得出液氮吸收體吸附的液氮體積。Container during use, users need to test in order to replenish the liquid nitrogen storage in liquid nitrogen, according to the following method: First, said the container covering the plug, without mentioning

49、nd then the cleaned dewar must be rinsed with warm water at a temperature not higher than 50. After cleaning, the inner vessel must be dried (preferably by blowing warm gas at a temperature not higher than 50) and cooled to the ambient temperature before filling liquid nitrogen.13. 容器應(yīng)放在陰涼、通風(fēng)、干燥的環(huán)境中

50、；長期貯存時(shí)應(yīng)注意定時(shí)檢查液面和容器外表面有無冷凝水和結(jié)霜現(xiàn)象。The dewars must be placed in a cool, ventilated and dry area. They must be checked to see if any frost or condensed water exists on the level of liquid nitrogen and the outer surface of the dewar during long-period storage.14. 容器蓋的開啟、關(guān)閉方法。為防止非正常的振動(dòng)、碰撞等原因造成容器蓋（未加鎖時(shí)）的意外

51、開啟，我公司產(chǎn)品配裝的帶鎖扣的容器蓋采用了獨(dú)特的自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。用戶在開啟、關(guān)閉容器蓋時(shí)，應(yīng)按如下方式操作：Ways to open and close the cover of dewars. To prevent accidently open of cover(unlocked) caused by abnormal vaporization and pumping, cover with lock in our company uses specific self-lock design. To open and close the cover of dewars, please fol

52、low the operations:在容器蓋上鎖處，伸入手指（食指和中指）扣住上蓋邊緣朝外施加并維持一定的力，然后向上翻轉(zhuǎn)即可打開容器蓋（如圖2）。關(guān)閉容器蓋時(shí)，當(dāng)聽見輕微“咔嚓”一聲，表明容器蓋的關(guān)閉已到位，上蓋和底座之間已形成了自鎖。At the locked place of the cover , use your finger(Index and Middle) to clasp the edge of upper cover and impose appropriate force towards outside for a while, then flip up(see dia

53、gram 2), the cover of dewar is opened. To close the cover, a slight "Clicking" means the cover is closed, upper cover and base has been self-locked圖215. 提筒的正確提取方法。用手握住一個(gè)提筒的提勾，垂直向上提起約4080mm，然后將提勾旋轉(zhuǎn)180º，再垂直向上將整個(gè)提筒從容器中提取出來（如圖3）。按照前述辦法，便可以一一將容器中的所有提筒提取出來。Ways to get canisters.
