可旋轉(zhuǎn)的瓦片表皮

1、Clay Roof House by DRTAN LM Architect可旋轉(zhuǎn)的瓦片表皮建筑位于吉隆坡最早的衛(wèi)星城市Petaling Jaya的郊區(qū)。業(yè)主買下這棟破舊的建筑，希望這在塊小場(chǎng)地上建起一座新住宅。在實(shí)地考察的過(guò)程中，建筑師發(fā)現(xiàn)原建筑屋頂?shù)挠《日惩镣咂匀槐４嫱旰谩＿@些瓦片被重新利用，豎向排列形成屏風(fēng)狀外表皮，阻擋早晚低角度直射建筑前后立面的東西向陽(yáng)光。The House is located on a small lot in the older suburbs of Petaling Jaya. The owners had purchased an old dilapidat

2、ed house and wanted to rebuild a new family home. Upon inspection it was discovered that the old house had good quality Indian clay roof tiles that were still robust. And as the property faced west, the clay roof tiles offered a good solution to vertically screen the façade from the morning and

3、 afternoon sun.新建筑外貌，external view of the new building建筑原貌，original building 設(shè)計(jì)概念，diagram瓦片被小心的拆除，儲(chǔ)存和再利用。瓦片由豎向鋼架固定，每一片都可以繞其附著的垂直鋼條旋轉(zhuǎn)。建筑有著大量的通透的玻璃門窗，其外的瓦片可隨天氣和業(yè)主需要部分旋轉(zhuǎn)，調(diào)節(jié)陽(yáng)光的直射室內(nèi)的程度和范圍。片片陶瓦在陽(yáng)光下呈現(xiàn)出溫暖的橘色。在夜晚，室內(nèi)的燈光透過(guò)瓦片縫隙漏出，如同無(wú)數(shù)星星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的燈火在跳躍。The roof tiles were carefully removed, stored and reused. Vertical

4、steel rods were designed to hold the clay tiles whilst allowing free movement to swivel and turn. This reduces the solar gain through the houses fenestration of windows and glass doors and lends a soft tremulous lighting effect when viewed with internal lights switched on at night from the outside.

7、案和開(kāi)放空間的設(shè)計(jì)則透露著極簡(jiǎn)主義的意味。這座建筑無(wú)論是平面布置，生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)亦或其表皮都極具實(shí)用性，從廢棄的老房子拆除下來(lái)的屋頂瓦片屏風(fēng)隨著微風(fēng)在空中輕輕擺動(dòng)。There is a touch of purism in the raw walls and use of building materials in its natural form, a breath of minimalism in the simple lines, unornamented motifs and open spaces.
