1、幼兒秋季保健小知識隨著秋天的到來， 氣溫開始下降， 天氣也變得干燥起來。 幼兒適應(yīng)能力差，皮膚稚嫩，與成人相比需要更多的水分，容易出現(xiàn)口干舌燥、便秘等一系列“陰虛內(nèi)熱”的征象。做好各項保健措施，對維護(hù)幼兒健康十分重要。訣竅 1：給幼兒多喝水秋高氣爽，幼兒應(yīng)該多喝白開水，不宜喝飲料。如果幼兒排斥白開水，可以試著喝些菊花茶、 烏梅湯、金銀花露等。 家長平時多給幼兒吃富含水分的應(yīng)季水果，如柚子、梨、橙子等。各種菜湯也是補(bǔ)充水分的重要手段，清湯可以稀釋菜肴的鹽分，并保持幼兒體內(nèi)水分平衡。訣竅 2：少吃“上火”食物刺激性食物應(yīng)該少吃，容易“上火”，如大蒜、姜、韭菜、花椒、辣椒等。少吃偏咸的食品， 因為鹽

2、分太多容易加速體內(nèi)水分的散失。 熱量過高的油炸食品和一些熱性水果，如荔枝、桂圓、橘子等，也應(yīng)盡量少吃。訣竅 3：限食冷食中醫(yī)認(rèn)為“寒涼傷脾”。 即使體質(zhì)好的幼兒也不能天天吃冷飲。除了限制冷飲以外，從冰箱拿出的飲料、酸奶最好放置在室溫下15 分鐘后食用。訣竅 4：冷水鍛煉秋季宜用冷水擦洗以提高幼兒對冷的適應(yīng)能力。 冷水擦洗包括冷水洗手、洗臉、擦身。冷水鍛煉要循序漸進(jìn)，先用與體溫接近的水，然后逐漸降低水的溫度，洗完后用干毛巾擦干。訣竅 5：預(yù)防腹瀉入秋后是輪狀病毒性腹瀉的發(fā)病高峰期，又稱秋季腹瀉，主要累及 3 歲以下幼兒。媽媽一定要把住“入口關(guān)”，注意飲食衛(wèi)生，不吃生冷食品，定期給玩具和食具煮沸消
