1、 襄 樊 學 院 建 筑 工 程 專 業(yè) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 I摘摘 要要本設(shè)計給出了韻綠公園住宅小區(qū) 1#樓一榀框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，包括梁、柱及板等部分。該建筑擬建于甲市，地上七層， ，總建筑面積為 4320.16 平方米，總建筑高度為 22.4 米，屬于高層民用建筑。確定該建筑類型為框架結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)分析中考慮了風荷載、地震荷載及重力荷載的作用，在樓板絕對剛性并對框架和剪力墻產(chǎn)生極強的約束作用的假定下，用近似的手算方法分析了該結(jié)構(gòu)中框架受力，并將水平荷載分配到框架上，分別用 D 值法和彎矩分配法計算水平地震和重力荷載作用下個構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力，并進行了一榀框架的內(nèi)力組合及截面設(shè)計。通過對計算結(jié)果的分析得知，作為
