43、邊溝設(shè)計較為復(fù)雜，底部有滲溝及滲溝檢查井，靠路基一側(cè)有約10cm碎石濾水層包邊，緊靠綠化平臺邊溝側(cè)墻每5米設(shè)置一斜度5%的5cmpvc綠化平臺泄水管。邊溝設(shè)計尺寸為：寬度60cm、墻厚40cm、底部厚度30cm、深度根據(jù)地形條件深度約為90cm左右。邊溝構(gòu)造材料：溝底及側(cè)墻為m7.5漿砌片石、側(cè)墻頂蓋以13cm厚c30砼臺帽、蓋板為預(yù)制c30鋼筋砼（15cm厚、50cm寬、86cm長)。（3）施工技術(shù)a、基槽開挖由于開挖基槽為變截面：滲溝基槽及邊溝基槽，所以分兩次開挖較好。開挖時必須從下游向上游開挖，避免在雨天開挖或開挖后被雨水浸泡。第一次開挖：在路槽開挖基本到位后放樣邊溝開挖線，每10m設(shè)置

44、一開挖控制樁，人工配合挖機開挖，本次開挖到滲溝頂處（邊溝流水面下45cm）。本次開挖后不清底。第二次開挖：本次開挖滲溝基槽，必須仔細(xì)到位，避免超挖，杜絕回填，采用小型挖機配合人工進(jìn)行，開挖斷面底部為60cm寬、15cm高矩形，上部為頂寬80cm、底寬60cm的梯形。本次開挖后需對開挖斷面全部進(jìn)行人工休整清理，休整時要按照設(shè)計圖紙及規(guī)范要求修整滲溝，且必須清理全部浮土。 滲溝休整時提前按照滲溝尺寸加工一滲溝框架模型，用直徑12mm的鋼筋按照基槽開挖尺寸加工一個框架，每個休整工人一個，以便使?jié)B溝基槽尺寸滿足設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。休整完畢后及時進(jìn)行自檢檢查，檢查合格后報監(jiān)理工程師驗收，驗收合格后方可進(jìn)行下

45、步施工。b、滲溝施工滲溝底部為c25鋪底砼厚15cm，做成兩側(cè)向內(nèi)15%的v字形。頂部標(biāo)高要嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計流水坡進(jìn)行，杜絕產(chǎn)生回流現(xiàn)象。鋪底砼頂部安裝內(nèi)徑為20cm，壁厚為6mm的夾砂玻璃管，玻璃管縱向間隔30cm開孔，外側(cè)包裹滲水土工布，滲水土工布包裹時盡量減少接頭，搭接時寬度必須大于2cm；滲溝外側(cè)必須包裹反濾土工布。滲溝排水管及反濾土工布安設(shè)好后及時用碎石回填，所施工碎石在施工前進(jìn)行篩選和水洗，粒徑為25cm（靠近溝壁處為23cm、靠近排水溝為35cm）。滲溝施工時所用碎石進(jìn)場后必須堆放處地面必須硬化，且必須覆蓋嚴(yán)實，以免污染，土工布和夾砂玻璃管要墊設(shè)且進(jìn)行有效覆蓋，避免雨淋及暴曬。c、m

46、7.5漿砌片石施工材料要求：片石的厚度應(yīng)不小于150mm。用作鑲面的片石，應(yīng)選擇表面較平整、尺寸較大者，應(yīng)稍加修整。片石抗壓強度要求大于30mpa,片石要求質(zhì)地堅硬、密實、耐久、無裂紋、無風(fēng)化，在使用時要沖洗干凈，保證片石的清潔。片石使用前，工地試驗室進(jìn)行強度檢測，并上報試驗監(jiān)理工程師驗收合格后才能使用。砂漿：砂漿所用的水泥、砂、石料均應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求，通過試驗監(jiān)理工程師的檢測后方能使用。砌筑時所用砂漿為m7.5水泥砂漿，其配合比應(yīng)通過試驗確定，砂漿應(yīng)具有適當(dāng)?shù)牧鲃有院土己玫暮鸵仔?。砂漿采用強制式攪拌機拌制，現(xiàn)場應(yīng)有砂漿配合比及磅秤。水泥及其他材料堆放場地必須進(jìn)行硬化，硬化厚度不小于10cm，堆

47、放距離周圍地面要保持一定高度，且四周必須設(shè)置攔水埂，防止因雨水或潮濕造成水泥浪費。從原材料場地計量磅秤拌和機料斗處必須有運送車行走道路，且道路較為平暢無坡度，片石砌筑：底部厚度30cm，盡量選用大塊片石一層砌筑，側(cè)墻厚度僅為40cm，豎向盡量搭接咬合，砌筑時底部和測量必須一起砌筑，盡量避免分開砌筑，杜絕底部砌石和墻身出現(xiàn)水平接縫。每15m左右預(yù)留一伸縮縫。側(cè)墻砌筑時，一次砌筑到位，頂部最高處不能侵入臺帽。漿砌底部時，最下層砂漿塌落度宜采用高值，坐漿砌筑，坐底片石及時鋪設(shè)。較大的片石應(yīng)用于下層，安砌時應(yīng)選取形狀及尺寸較為合適的片石，尖銳突出部分應(yīng)敲除。豎縫較寬時，應(yīng)在砂漿中塞以小石塊，不得在片石

48、下面用高于砂漿砌縫的小石片支墊。為底部漿砌片石與側(cè)墻片石咬合，宜一次砌筑成型。在鋪底側(cè)墻位置預(yù)留好接茬石，應(yīng)使其體積露出一半左右。砌筑時必須掛線施工，選用的石料應(yīng)質(zhì)地堅硬、不易風(fēng)化、無裂紋。砌筑時，外漏面要預(yù)留2cm左右的空縫備作勾縫之用。砌筑完成后，要對其表面勾縫，勾縫嵌入砌縫內(nèi)2cm深，勾縫寬度為1.2cm1.5cm。勾縫砂漿宜用細(xì)砂，不得過粗，砂漿標(biāo)號應(yīng)高于砌體砂漿標(biāo)號。對已砌筑的漿砌片石，及時覆蓋土工布進(jìn)行灑水養(yǎng)生，保持土工布濕潤，養(yǎng)生期限不少于7天。 d、臺帽施工臺帽高度13cm，寬度40cm，臺帽背墻高度15cm。臺帽施工應(yīng)在墻身砌筑完后及時進(jìn)行，以加強連接，采用組裝好的定型模板一

49、次成型。模板采用竹膠板，模板采用14拉桿螺栓連接，在臺帽中間處設(shè)置一道，外側(cè)采用兩根48鋼管橫向設(shè)置，在模板拼縫處用雙面膠帶，以防止漏漿。e、蓋板安裝邊溝蓋板厚度為15cm，寬度50cm，長度86cm。在小型預(yù)制場集中生產(chǎn)，統(tǒng)一安裝。安裝時為使蓋板放置平穩(wěn)，應(yīng)在蓋板底部墊設(shè)10mm厚的水泥砂漿。蓋板安裝要求板縫間距均勻。注意在制作、運輸及安裝過程中要求不得損壞蓋板。2、急流槽施工急流槽用于截水溝與路堤邊溝銜接，每級臺階高度30cm，截水溝厚度為30cm，采用m7.5漿砌片石砌筑而成。急流槽根據(jù)地形地勢不同，盡量順勢而成，但是流水坡度盡量采取一致，例如若截水溝土埂基底橫坡陡于1:5時，沿地面開挖

50、0.51.0m寬的臺階。根據(jù)截水溝匯水量不同，截水溝采用形式也不同，i圖用于匯水量較大，匯水坡度較陡的路段；反之采用ii型。急流槽砌筑時從低處向高處逐層逐臺階砌筑，砌筑時必須提前計算臺階數(shù)量，及流水坡度，使之成型美觀。漿砌片石砌筑要求同排水溝要求一樣。 3、路堤排水溝施工路堤排水溝根據(jù)地形不同、地質(zhì)不同、匯水面積不同共有7種型號。i型水溝用于一般填方路段；ii型水溝用于適用于個別排水困難，須將路堤邊溝抬起于地面之上地段；iii型水溝適用于溝底縱坡較緩的填方地段；iv型水溝適用于低洼積水，改河改溝與邊溝公用，排水不暢無出水口地段。v型水溝適用于路基外側(cè)臨水路段，攔水埂高度不小于0.5m；土路段。

51、i、ii、iii、v型排水溝為預(yù)制塊安裝，預(yù)制塊在小型預(yù)制件集中一制作，統(tǒng)一安裝，安裝縫隙要嚴(yán)密均勻，尺寸符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。施工工藝及要求：a、測量放樣按照設(shè)計圖紙或是說明現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)確放樣，放樣后根據(jù)地形地貌復(fù)核排水溝縱向線性及流水坡度。 b、基槽開挖水溝基槽開挖時必須按照設(shè)計位置及標(biāo)高進(jìn)行，開挖方式采用人工配合挖機。基槽開挖必須仔細(xì)到位，避免超挖欠挖現(xiàn)象，預(yù)留510cm人工清理，休整時要按照設(shè)計圖紙及規(guī)范要求必須清理全部浮土。 人工休整時提前按照邊溝尺寸加工一框架模型，每個休整工人一個，以便使基槽尺寸滿足設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。休整完畢后及時進(jìn)行自檢檢查，檢查合格后報監(jiān)理工程師驗收，驗收合格后方可進(jìn)行

52、下步施工。c、砂漿墊層施工預(yù)制板安裝或漿砌片石前之前在底部鋪設(shè)砂漿墊層（厚度為4cm或10cm）。因為砂漿墊層部分在斜坡上，因此砂漿塌落度盡可能采用低值，以便在斜坡上更好的施工。鋪設(shè)時必須控制好厚度及平整度，以免保證流水?dāng)嗝娉叽缂邦A(yù)制板安裝。砂漿墊層施工完畢后應(yīng)盡快安裝水溝預(yù)制板。d、預(yù)制板安裝水溝采用c30砼預(yù)制板拼裝而成，預(yù)制板安裝要求接縫要緊密，且縫隙間距均勻，每1020m作為一安裝單元，定位放線，保證線性平順、尺寸滿足設(shè)計要求。e、漿砌片石施工ivvii水溝為m7.5漿砌片石砌筑，砌筑時必須采用定位框架，每1020m作為一施工單元，掛線施工。砌筑要求同路塹邊溝。4、截水溝施工本段截水溝

53、、急流槽工程溝槽開挖采用挖掘機開挖、人工配合清理修整，砂漿用拌和機現(xiàn)場拌制，砌筑用坐漿法砌片石。施工工藝（1）開工前組織施工人員認(rèn)真熟悉設(shè)計文件，進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，以確保工程質(zhì)量。（2）測量放線：依照經(jīng)監(jiān)理審批的橋線控制點，放出截水溝、急流槽的開挖線，并用石灰標(biāo)出開挖輪廊線，確保超欠挖能控制在允許范圍內(nèi)。（3）溝槽開挖用小斗挖掘機開挖初步成型，人工進(jìn)行掛線修整，開挖過程中樣架嚴(yán)格控制其溝槽尺寸。溝槽開挖至設(shè)計尺寸后，經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師檢查，其平面位置尺寸大小、地質(zhì)情況均符合設(shè)計要求后，即進(jìn)行下一步施工。（4）砌筑施工采用坐漿法分段砌筑，砂漿飽滿，砂漿經(jīng)拌灰機拌合后，人工挑至漿砌工作面。片石抗壓強度嚴(yán)格控

54、制在30mpa以上，片石厚度不得小于150mm，片石表面較平整，不平整的片石不用于面石砌筑。砂漿用m7.5砂漿，水泥、砂、水等建筑材料均采用經(jīng)檢驗合格的材料，現(xiàn)場拌制的砂漿必須在2小時內(nèi)使用完畢，已凝結(jié)的砂漿嚴(yán)禁使用。砌筑前，對石料必須澆水濕潤，表面有泥土、水銹的石塊，清除干凈后用于施工，砌體每15m設(shè)沉降縫。砌筑順序為先坐漿鋪底石，后砌溝邊，采用分段支樣架掛線，先砌面石，跟隨砌腹石，分層砌筑。砌筑片石時，大面朝下，小面朝上放置以保證砌體穩(wěn)固，石塊之間砌縫控制在20mm，最大不超過40mm，砌塊之間用砂漿填塞飽滿，避免形成瞎縫，用小石頭填塞時，應(yīng)用砂漿包裹石塊固圍，石塊砌縫應(yīng)互相錯開，以免形成

55、通縫。砌筑溝底時，縱坡大于1:4的溝底。 勾縫采用凹縫，勾縫應(yīng)嵌于砌縫內(nèi)20mm深，縫槽深度不足時，必須鑿夠深度后再勾縫。溝頂砌體應(yīng)平順，線條流暢，采用m10號砂漿抹面厚度24cm。砌筑過程及砌筑完工都必須隨時注意澆水養(yǎng)護，完工后養(yǎng)護期保持在7天以上。六、質(zhì)量控制措施1、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)：本工程一次檢驗合格率100%，優(yōu)良率90%以上，確保工程驗交達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保省部級優(yōu)良工程。2、質(zhì)量保證體系針對本合同工程特點和質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，建立以項目經(jīng)理為第一責(zé)任人的質(zhì)量保證體系，項目經(jīng)理代表我處對本工程質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)，各施工隊負(fù)責(zé)人對所承擔(dān)的項目工程質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)；同時，把工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)目標(biāo)分解到各部門，進(jìn)行方針目標(biāo)管理，

56、并且建立以班組為基礎(chǔ)，技術(shù)人員為核心的qc小組，完善全面質(zhì)量管理體系。3、控制措施成立工地試驗室，并配備土工、水質(zhì)、砼、砂漿、鋼材、水泥等試驗所需的儀器設(shè)備，以試驗數(shù)據(jù)作依據(jù)，嚴(yán)把原材料質(zhì)量關(guān)，達(dá)不到質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的原材料嚴(yán)禁用于本工程；以試驗結(jié)果指導(dǎo)施工生產(chǎn)，尤其要嚴(yán)格砼、砂漿生產(chǎn)時的計量工作，并接受監(jiān)理工程師的指導(dǎo)和檢查。 實行物資采購供應(yīng)責(zé)任制，把好進(jìn)貨和驗收質(zhì)量關(guān)，收貨時對材料進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量檢查驗收，拒絕接收不符合要求的材料。 加強檢測試驗手段，充分發(fā)揮中心試驗室的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和職能作用，對原材料、半成品、成品進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢測，杜絕不符合設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、無產(chǎn)品合格證產(chǎn)品進(jìn)場。 依據(jù)工程材料試驗結(jié)果，對不合格物資必須及時采取隔離、標(biāo)識，以防誤用。 砌石工程中，精心
