希捷F3硬盤故障

1、希捷F3平臺硬盤常見故障案例-1硬盤不能識別：1.用終端備份28號系統(tǒng)文件，它是翻譯器對應(yīng)模塊2B .2.m0,6,22 重建翻譯器之后硬盤可以識別。大約要等1分鐘以上，硬盤才可以識別。但所有扇區(qū)不能讀數(shù)據(jù)。終端不斷有PING 錯誤報告。讀取扇區(qū)和固件會提示忙。3.清除非常駐缺陷表后，再重建翻譯器，硬盤能讀前面一部分扇區(qū)，后面大部分扇區(qū)報錯，不能讀。同樣認(rèn)盤緩慢。不能編輯硬盤ID參數(shù)。編輯ID參數(shù)無響應(yīng)報錯。遇到上面這種問題可以找到一個好的硬盤，編輯硬盤ID參數(shù) 。禁止PINGBUG 如圖：取消畫圈中的對鉤，然后點(diǎn)OK,這樣可以禁止硬盤的缺陷掃描。然后保存完好備件硬盤的這個系統(tǒng)文件ID號：09

2、3 ，它和硬盤的模塊2A是對應(yīng)的。 這個模塊是 Save mode pages （HDD SETS)硬盤設(shè)置參數(shù) 之后調(diào)整硬盤讀模式為終端，寫入093系統(tǒng)文件到故障硬盤，發(fā)現(xiàn)COPY0 不能寫入。之后寫入COPY1 成功。 再寫入原始備份的系統(tǒng)文件028（硬盤翻譯器模塊）到COPY0 .發(fā)現(xiàn)COPY0 不能寫入，我們同樣寫入COPY1. 成功。之后對硬盤斷電上電發(fā)現(xiàn)，硬盤可以很快識別并成功讀取所有扇區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)成功。注意，硬盤不識別，必須先備份系統(tǒng)文件28.它是翻譯器2B模塊重要提示：在重建翻譯器前最好用終端備份28號系統(tǒng)文件，如果重建翻譯器后前好后壞可以將原翻譯器寫回。通病快速處理方法：
