7、control box 。1、 傳感器外形及規(guī)格 Outline and specification of sensor安裝探測儀傳感器時，先將有線一端的螺絲拆除，然后將傳感器豎管上下拔出，然后將傳感器航空插頭分開，然后將傳感器安裝在皮帶架上，然后將航空插頭擰緊，將豎管裝回原位，用螺絲固定。When the first detector sensor installation, cable one end of the screw is removed, then the sensor tube, pull, and then the sensor air plugs separately,

11、illustration for metal detector 4使用方法使用方法 Operating methods本機可單獨與皮帶機連鎖使用,也可以與除鐵器配套使用,具體有兩種方法：This unit may be used solely with transport strap device，or used go together with separator，concretely there are two modes： 方式 1：探測器在前,除鐵器在后,探測器主要用于給除鐵器輸送一個信號,使除鐵器動作,吸取鐵件;Mode 1 ：the detector is fit at the a

12、head of separator, the main function of detector is to provide a signal to separator that making separator to run for attracting sundry irons。方式 2：探測儀在除鐵器的后面，探測儀發(fā)現(xiàn)金屬后，皮帶下料口的三通閥門動作，將金屬排出。Mode 2 ：Probe in the separator behind, detector found metal, belt feed opening three valve action, the metal disch

13、arge。5注意事項注意事項 Cautions5.1探測儀與除鐵器配套使用時，探測儀必須安裝在距除鐵器 15m 以上為好，這樣可有效消除磁場對探測儀的干擾；when detector is used to go together with separator, detector must fit at the position that distance between detector and separator is more than 15M, that is best。In this way may eliminate that the magnetic field disturb d

14、etector； 5.2從穩(wěn)定角度考慮，最好安裝于地面 0m 以下，以減輕因振動而引起的噪音干擾；About the view of stable ，it is the best way to fit it below the ground of 0m，so as to eliminate the noise disturbance aroused by vibration ； 5.3兩臺探測儀工作在同一現(xiàn)場時，應選購兩臺不同頻率的儀器，已消除相互間的干擾；When two detectors are worked at the same one locale，should select tw

15、o sets with different frequency，so as to clear up the disturbance each other； 5.4探測儀安裝在最好遠離大的振動設備及有大金屬件移動的地方；The fitting site is avoiding the place that bigger vibrating equipment is set or bigger metal piece is moving； 5.5托輥距離傳感器應不小于 750 毫米。Roller distance sensor shall be not less than 750 mm；5.6探測

16、儀距離皮帶頭尾輪應保持 10m 以上距離。Detector distance belt tail wheel should be kept above 10m distance。5.7進料方向距離傳感器 34 米處應加防護架。In the direction of feeding distance sensor 3 4 meters should be added protective frame。6 調(diào)試步驟調(diào)試步驟 Debugging procedures6.1接好主機與傳感器的連接線，電源線，接地線。Connect the host and the sensor cable, power
