CONSTRUCTION整臺起重機(jī)是由橋架、小車(裝有起升機(jī)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu))、起重機(jī)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)和電 氣設(shè)備四大部分組成。The whole crane girder is consist of four

14、parts : crane span structure, trolly( with hoist gear and running gear), the running gear of crane and electric equipme nts 起升機(jī)構(gòu)、小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)和起重機(jī)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)是起重機(jī)的三個(gè)工作機(jī)構(gòu),各機(jī)構(gòu)都備有單獨(dú)的電動(dòng)機(jī),進(jìn)行各自的驅(qū)動(dòng)。Hoist gear ,the running gear of crane and the running gear of crane are three work ing gear of crane, each gear has in dvidu

15、al electromotor can do respective driv ing 32/10噸的起重機(jī),具有兩個(gè)吊鉤,因此有主、畐寸兩套獨(dú)立的起升機(jī)構(gòu)。主鉤用 來提升重的物件,副鉤除可提升較輕的物件外,在它額定的負(fù)荷范圍內(nèi)也可用來 協(xié)同主鉤傾轉(zhuǎn)或翻倒工件之用。但必須注意的是,不允許兩個(gè)吊鉤同時(shí)提升兩個(gè) 物件。兩個(gè)吊鉤一起工作時(shí),物件的重量不許超過主鉤額定起重量本起重機(jī)共有二套起升機(jī)構(gòu)。,所吊運(yùn)的物件重量不應(yīng)超過起重機(jī)的額定起重量, 每個(gè)吊鉤只可起吊該吊鉤的額定起重量。The 30/10 ton cranhas two lifting hook, therefore,it has main

18、ts rated range of load.3.1金屬結(jié)構(gòu)3.1 METAL STRUCTURE金屬結(jié)構(gòu)包括橋架、小車架和操縱室。橋架是由兩根箱形主梁、兩根箱形端梁和 主梁兩側(cè)的走臺所組成。在主梁的上蓋板上鋪設(shè)軌道,供小車行走之用。與主梁 連接的一側(cè)走臺上安裝起重機(jī)的運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)。另一側(cè)走臺安裝小車導(dǎo)電的滑線。走 臺的外側(cè)都有欄桿,以保障檢修人員的安全。Metal structure is consists of crane span structure, trolly frame and handing room.Cra ne spa n structure is con sist of tw

19、o pieces of box-type girders , two pieces of girders and on both sides of the run way. On the main girder lay track on upper cover plate in order to for the car to walk. One side of the walki ng aborad conn ected to the mai n girder crane in stall running gear. The other side of swaliki ng aborad in

20、 stall slide wire for electric. Both sides of walking aborad have rails to ensure the safety of the maintenance staff主梁與端梁進(jìn)行剛性聯(lián)接,兩根端梁的中部是用螺栓連接起來的可拆件。這樣, 整個(gè)橋架可以拆分成兩半,以便進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸和安裝。Main girder with the end girder use rigid conn ecti on, in the middle of the two end girders use bolt to connect with each ot

23、ane span structure, interior is equipped with crane electrical control equipment, mainly for operators to manipulate 3.2起重機(jī)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)3.2 RUNNING GEAR OF CRANE起重機(jī)有四個(gè)行走車輪,安裝在兩根端梁的兩端。其中兩個(gè)是主動(dòng)車輪,兩個(gè)是 被動(dòng)車輪。主動(dòng)車輪的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在走臺上,這里采用的是兩套對稱的獨(dú)立的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,我們稱之為分別驅(qū)動(dòng)。減速器采用了負(fù)載能力較同類型漸開線齒型更 高的圓弧齒輪減速器。所有機(jī)構(gòu)都采用滾動(dòng)軸承,采用交流電磁鐵塊式制動(dòng)器。Crane

29、v ersi on, reducti on gears are hydraumatic reducti on gears3.5 其它設(shè)備3.5 OTHERS EQUIPMENTS1緩沖器:在起重機(jī)兩根端梁的兩端,裝有大車彈簧緩沖器。在小車車架的底部裝有小車彈 簧緩沖器。用以降低同跨內(nèi)的兩臺起重機(jī)可能相碰或是起重機(jī)及小車行至兩端極 限位置時(shí)的沖擊影響。On both ends of the end girders , equipped with a cart spri ng bumpper. Electric con trol equipme nt本起重機(jī)各機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)行控制,均由遙控器或地面手操控制器發(fā)出操縱信號, 由各 電氣控制柜內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備、電氣元器件執(zhí)行,達(dá)到控制起重機(jī)各機(jī)構(gòu)按指令運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的 目的。地面手操控制器懸掛在起重機(jī)橋架掛纜側(cè)的走臺下方,并可以

33、沿東西方向移動(dòng)。遙控器的接收器安裝在電源保護(hù)柜的右側(cè)板上方。 手操控制器和遙控發(fā)射 器的面板上均裝有啟動(dòng)按鈕,緊急按鈕,起升機(jī)構(gòu)上升下降按鈕、小車前行后行 按鈕、大車左行右行按鈕、及電笛警示按鈕等(其控制功能能詳見以下說明)。起重機(jī)非掛纜側(cè)走臺上安裝有供電保護(hù)柜、大車控制柜、各小車起升和運(yùn)行控制 柜、調(diào)整電阻器等電氣設(shè)備?,F(xiàn)將主要電氣設(shè)備分述如下:Operati on con trol, the cran es in stitutio ns by remote con trol or ground hand con troller send signal manipulation, execu

The main electrical equipme nts as follows.4.1凸輪控制器:凸輪控制器是用來控制各機(jī)構(gòu)的電動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)、停止和正反轉(zhuǎn)。它布設(shè)在操縱室內(nèi) 前方窗門周圍。4.1 Cam con troller1.Cam controller is used to control the agencies of motor start, stop, and turn positive and n egative. 38、ront of win dows of operati ng room.4.2保護(hù)配電盤:保護(hù)配電盤是用來對起重機(jī)上交流電動(dòng)機(jī)的過電流保護(hù)、零位保護(hù)和起重機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)的限位開關(guān)保護(hù)之用的。在操縱室內(nèi)的后方裝設(shè)著這種成型的保護(hù)配電盤。 保護(hù) 配電盤內(nèi)裝有過電流繼電器、線路主接觸器、刀型開關(guān)和熔斷器等。4.2 The protecti on switchboard:Protectio n switchboard is used for alter nat ing curre nt motor of crane over-curre nt protect ion, zero positi on prote

Protectio n switchboard is equipped with over-curre nt relay, li ne mai n con tactor, knife-type switch, fuse, etc4.3主令控制器:電動(dòng)機(jī)的容量很大時(shí),凸輪控制器體積龐大,操作不便。因此,凸輪控制器一般 只在電

40、動(dòng)機(jī)的容量不超過 45千瓦時(shí)才直接使用。16噸重級、20噸重級以及32 噸和50噸起重機(jī)的操縱采用另一種控制器即主令控制器,它是通過磁力控制屏 來實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控操作的。磁力控制屏則安裝在橋架的走臺上。4.3 The master con troller:While the capacity of the electromotor is large, cam controlleris too bulky to operati on. 42、e walk ing aborad.4.4限位和安全開關(guān):起重機(jī)運(yùn)行、小車運(yùn)行和起升機(jī)構(gòu)均裝有限位開關(guān),以限制各機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)行程。 當(dāng)限位開關(guān)動(dòng)作后,電路被切斷,機(jī)構(gòu)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。再次接通電源時(shí),機(jī)構(gòu)只能向 相反方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),從而保障了安全。為了防止操作人員和檢修人員發(fā)生意外事故, 在操縱室通往橋架走臺的“艙口門” 和通往端梁的欄桿上均裝有安全開關(guān)。在開啟艙口門或欄桿門時(shí),安全開關(guān)動(dòng)作, 就能切斷電路,以保護(hù)人員安全。4. 4 Limit and safety switchCrane operation, car running and lifting mechanism are equipped wi

In stallati on, debuggi ng and commissi oning5.1安裝和調(diào)試5.1 In stallati on and adjustme nt起重機(jī)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后,首先按裝箱單清點(diǎn)零、部件是否齊全。檢查橋架構(gòu)件在運(yùn)輸 過程中有否損壞和變形,若有,貝U設(shè)法消除之。B

In spect bridge parts, trolley and other comp onents stadus duri ng tran sportati on to see whether there is any damage or defoprmity, if there is, should repair before in stallati on.5.1.1橋架拼裝:5.1.1.bridge assembly為便于運(yùn)輸,橋架分成兩片。安裝前須先

47、行拼裝,在兩根端梁的中部用螺栓把橋 架連成一體(端梁上下蓋板用高強(qiáng)度螺栓,兩側(cè)腹板用普通螺栓)。橋架拼裝后, 其主要尺寸偏差應(yīng)滿足如下要求:For convenience of tran sportati on, crane spa n struct ion is divided into two pieces. 48、ic whole (both top and bottom cover plate of end girders use high strength bolt, on both sides of the web using ordinary bolt). After the crane span structure assembly, the main size deviation shall meet the followi ng requireme nts:(1)起重機(jī)的跨度偏差值應(yīng)在土5mm之 內(nèi)。兩根主梁應(yīng)具有 F=Lk (11.4 ) /1000 mm的上拱度(Lk橋架跨度)。(3)

49、兩根主梁的旁彎度不應(yīng)超過L/2000mm兩根主梁上軌道之間距離偏差:跨端土 1、跨中+ 5/ + 1 ( LV19.5M)跨中 +7/+1 (L 19.5M)。(1) crane spa n deviatio n should be with in 5mm .(2) the two main girder should have F = Lk (1 1.4)/1000 mm up camber (Lk- bridge spa n).(3) the two main girder n ear bending should not be more tha n L / 2000 mm.(4) the

52、on tact.5.1.3. 操縱室等部件安裝:安裝操縱室、導(dǎo)電架、導(dǎo)電線擋架、欄桿、電柱等,并檢查各部件的安裝是否符 合圖紙上有關(guān)技術(shù)要求的規(guī)定。5.1.3.
