Under risk,managers have historical data from past personal experience or secondary information that lets them assign probabilities to different alternative.Benefits of using software for decision makers:Has changed enterprise management system and

6、 introduced advanced management mode; Enterprise informatization has become the inevitable trend of enterprise development, and the only way out for modern enterprises is the organization form based on information.Effectively reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterpri

7、ses. Strengthen the control ability of top management.The application of information technology involves the economic management activities of the whole enterprise. It can directly affect the cost of any link in the enterprise value chain, so as to improve the cost structure.Promote the continuous i
