1、人造板連續(xù)平壓和精準(zhǔn)控制技術(shù)最終報告 摘 要:該研究通過對人造板連續(xù)平熱壓機在線精準(zhǔn)控制技術(shù)、液電高頻響應(yīng)厚度壓力控制技術(shù)、滾式鏈毯制造技術(shù)、自適應(yīng)載荷同步技術(shù)和曲面全適應(yīng)調(diào)控技術(shù)等方面的研究,突破了連續(xù)平熱壓機進入口角度大小的可調(diào)節(jié)性和鏈毯運行的同步性等核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù),能夠自適應(yīng)不同的板坯厚度,同時解決核心部件的高精度制造、耐溫、耐磨、抗壓等精密制造問題,以在線精準(zhǔn)控制技術(shù)和液電-高頻響應(yīng)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵點實施毫秒級監(jiān)測與控制,并保證關(guān)鍵液壓部件高速響應(yīng)。突破了國外在人造板連續(xù)平熱壓機上的專利封鎖,形成了具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的連續(xù)壓機電氣plc全自動過程控制系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)、連續(xù)壓機高頻響應(yīng)液壓伺服控

2、制系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)等連續(xù)平熱壓機設(shè)備和工藝技術(shù),完成了15萬m3/年人造板連續(xù)平壓機的樣機試制和定型。 該技術(shù)的運用能極大提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低能耗和木竹材原料的使用量,產(chǎn)品優(yōu)良率提高40%,生產(chǎn)效率提高25%。 關(guān)鍵詞:人造板 連續(xù)平壓 精準(zhǔn)控制 abstract:through thorough studies over existing technologies related to continuous presses for wood-based panels, including on-line precise control, hydraulic-electro high-frequenc

4、et. using new technologies, continuous press system is self-adaptive to variant board thickness, andprecise manufacturing issues, including core parts high precision manufacturing, temperature tolerance, abrasion resistance, compression resistance, etc. are solved in the meanwhile. monitor and contr

5、ol in millisecond-timescale over system key points are achieved through on-line precise control technologies, and high speed response of key hydraulic parts is guaranteed. this research breaks through the blockade of patents on continuous presses for wood-based materials controlled by foreign compan

6、ies, and forms a series of technologies with independent intellectual property rights relating to continuous presses, including electronic plc automatic control system, high-frequency-response hydraulic servo control system and etc. a prototype of continuous press system with capacity of 150,000 m3 of wood-based panels per year has been trialed and finalized. the new technologies can significantly improve the quality of final product with reduced consumptions of power and raw materials. the yield ratio rises by 40% and the production efficiency improves by 25%. key words:wood-
